- Hyounhee (1/5): もう二度と泊まりません。 - ・静かで落ち着いて過ごせる環境でした。 ・立地の治安が良く、周辺を歩く時も安心できました。 ・部屋全体に清潔感がなく、かなり汚れている印象でした。正直、滞在中に体調を崩さないか心配になるほどでした。 ・電子キーの反応が悪く、初日から部屋に入れないトラブルが発生。 緊急事態にもかかわらず電話対応はなく、「状況確認のため動画を送ってほしい」と言われました。 動画を送付したところ、暗証番号をきちんと押していないと、こちらの操作ミスとして扱われました。しかし動画では正しく入力しています。 ・最終的にスペアキーを渡され、不在中に点検したいと言われましたが、部屋の交換もなく、宿泊者がいない間に入室しようとする対応は理解できませんでした。 ・宿泊料金は安くないにもかかわらず、旅行の大切な時間を大きく失いました。
- Tomoko (1/5): I will not stay here again - Despite the detailed and complicated-looking check-in instructions sent beforehand, entering the room was actually very easy. It was also convenient that there was a large vanity area outside the unit bath. As other guests mentioned, the cleaning was not done properly. There were hair left everywhere — in the sink, on the bathroom counter, on the buttons of the washing machine, on the kitchen shelves, and even inside the refrigerator. The smell coming from the drains was consistently terrible. Every time we flushed the toilet, used the shower, or ran the washing machine, a strong odor came out. I contacted the management company and received a quick reply, but their response was: “Please buy a drain cleaner yourself and try it. We will reimburse the cost.” Although I searched for a room for two people on Booking.com and selected the room that appeared, and even though I indicated “2 guests” on the pre-check-in form from the management company, the bed was far too small for two people, there was only one pillow, and only one set of towels. I do not want to stay in a room that is dirty and smelly, so I will not use this property again.

Although the room was dirty and had a strong odor, due to our travel schedule we had no choice but to stay there again after a one-week interval. We were informed that we would be staying in the same room number, so I contacted the management company to request a different room because of the smell coming from the drains. However, the request was not accepted. Whether intentional or not, the cleaner had left the drain cover in the kitchen sink open. When we checked in, the moment we opened the front door, a nauseating smell filled the entire room. Once again, I do not want to stay in a room that is dirty and smelly, so I will not use this property again.

- duccio (1/5): Très sale ! - La taille de la chambre et l'emplacement Le quartier est très calme et agréable à 10 minutes du métro mais loin du centre Expérience très désagréable.N'y allez pas! La chambre était très sale le ménage n'était pas fait. Les draps étaient plein de cheveux sales. Le sol n'était pas aspiré. Les toilettes très sales. Bref un travail très mal fait. Il n'y a pas de réception dans l'immeuble uniquement des échanges par mail. Nous avons pu communiquer avec l'établissement. Ils ont eu connaissance du problème mais ne sont intervenus que 48h après. Seuls les draps ont été changés mais le ménage n'a pas été fait comme demandé, les serviettes de bain ont été enlevées et non remplacées. Par la suite la télécommande de la climatisation est tombée en panne. La douche était bouchée. Le code d'accès pour ouvrir la porte ne fonctionne pas toujours. C'est très dommage car l'appartement est bien conçu mais très mal entretenu.

Odayı, 1 çift kişilik yatak ve 1 futon yatak olarak rezerve ettik ama futon yatak yoktu. Ev sahibi ile defalarca yazıştık ama ev sahibi futon yatagın olmadiğina inanmadi. Odanin fotografini istedi. 2 gün mesajlaşarak yatagın olmadıgıni anlatmaya calistim ve futon yatak 3. gün geldi. Yorganda leke vardı. Halıda Saç kılı vardı. Tesiste muhatap olacagıniz kimse yoktu. Odadqki halı kokuyordu. Mutfak eşyalari kirliydi. En kötü şey ev sahibi yatağın olmadığina ikna etmeye çalişmaktı. Personel gönder baksın yatagin olup olmadigina , maile fotoğraf atın dolaba tekrar bakın diyerek 2 gün oyaladılar. Ev sahibi boş bir odaya geçebilecegimizi yazmiş ama hangi oda bellirtmedi. Resmen 3 gün saçma sapan mesajlaşarak oyaladılar. Çözmek için degıl de vakit kazanmak için uğrastılar. Ben müsteriyim yatagın olmadığini niye ispat etmek zorundayım, odayı hazirlarken kontrolleri iyi yapsaydınız. Personeliniz görevini eksik yapinca bunun magdiru neden müsteri olsun ki, futon yatak verilemeyince 3 gece yerde uyuduk.

Nice neighbourhood, location is close to parks. The station is on the Den-en-toshi (DT / green) line. Cleaning fee, but the property wasn't cleaned. The vacuum was so full on arrival that the dust went inches into the hose. Bathtub had noticeable regions of different cleanness when running the hand on the inside, and there were stains on the bathroom tiles. Fans had huge visible dust collections. Pillows had visible stains on the covers. Windows doesn't insulate or block sound, fire-trucks and ambulances regularly woke me up. When the cleaning fee is about a days work on minimum wage, I expected clearly visible stains to have been taken care off before I check in.

Property was great to stay in and was sufficient for all needs. Plumbing issues with the bath and sink - neither would drain properly, occasionally leading to water on the bathroom floor. More basic ammenities would have been nice - items such as salt and pepper, oil, larger amount of detergent and toilet paper and bin bags.

Washing machine and kitchen were great. Entrance was always kept clean and it was never loud. The toilet in my room was completely broken. It fell off the base of the toilet every time someone sat on it. The toilet also smelt bad. The air-conditioner didn’t work some days, it just wouldn’t turn on, (the light would start flashing too, indicating that it was broken). A lot of the buttons on the TV remote did not work, making watching TV difficult.
