APARTMENT RULES: 1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment. 2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces. 4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block. 5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than those listed in the reservation (including visitors) . 6.- Respect the check in (entry) and check out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00). 7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors. 8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras. 9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid. Gramirezza (1/5): Sin recomendarlo en absoluto - Nada Hicimos la reserva sobre las 23:15, y como no nos encontrábamos cerca, fuimos caminando hacia allí. Sobre las 23:45 estuvimos realizando el check in online justamente delante de la puerta, y cuando íbamos a realizar la fianza (eran las 00:01), nos daba error el enlace. En definitiva, no lo recomiendo para nada al resto de usuari@s, puesto que tuvimos que buscar otra opción habiendo ya pagado la estancia...
Ainara (1/5): Estafa no - Ni si quiera pude entrar reservé en capuchinos 2 días para poder darme el check in tenía que depositar 100€ de fianza y aún así dándolos me dio las instrucciones de otro aplanamiento en calle duende supuestamente donde ya habían alojados otros huéspedes no responden una estafa por completo 200€ de estafa sin poder entrar a el alojamiento Nada , te responden cuando les conviene y el teléfono que hay no te da ninguna solución es una máquina
