• Marie (9/5): Séjour de 3 jours à Rome entre amis - La localisation!!! A DEUX pas du Colisée, en plein centre historique de Rome et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Rome Termini. La propriétaire est ADORABLE!!! Très facile à contacter, elle vous laisse tous les détails pour accéder au logement et reste à l'écoute tout au long de votre séjour Rien

• Guest (9/5): Sve u svemu, lijep i ugodan - Objekt je bio na izvrsnoj lokaciji, u divnom kvartu gdje je dosta glavnih atrakcija bilo udaljeno 15ak minuta hoda. Bilo je uredno i čisto, klima je radila, pa nam je to bilo super. Iako smo imali poteškoća sa bojlerom, cura iz staffa je bila divna i vlasnik pošten, tako da smo sve brzo rješili. Nemamo zamjerki.

• Rassie (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location. Room was perfect. The fridge was set too cold and froze our drinks. We also ran out of toilet paper, and local shops don’t sell single rolls, so it’s best to bring an extra. It would be helpful if the host could provide a little more stock or check on these details. The shower head needs replacement but the host committed to do this.
• Reynier (1/5): Bad - During our stay, the experience did not meet expectations. The cleanliness was insufficient, the host’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, and several services advertised were not available. For example, we were initially informed that we could use the safe, but later were told it was inaccessible due to the lack of a key. Additionally, the ceiling fan and air conditioning produced excessive noise, making it difficult to rest. The room is located on an upper floor accessed by a staircase that was extremely dirty and had a bad odor, which negatively affected our overall impression of the accommodation. Furthermore, we were asked to send documentation, such as photos of passports, via social messaging apps like WhatsApp, without a clear and transparent privacy and data protection policy, which is concerning. There were also additional charges for assistance with check-in, which was uncooperative. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and the value for money was unsatisfactory. For these reasons, I would not recommend this accommodation.

• Hiroshi (9/5): Amazing stay, would recommend - I had a wondering stay! The location is central to many of the historical sites. I felt safe walking the streets with my mom. The beds were firm which was great because that is what I like. And the AC worked wonders especially in the blistering Roman heat. The only thing was that it didn’t have wifi and cellular data connection was spotty. The only thing was that it didn’t have wifi and cellular data connection in my room was spotty.
• Maria (9/5): I recommend the location. - Located very close to the colloseum, in the heart of it all. Bed was comfortable. It was not clean, the floor was dusty, the fan was dusty, there was an artificial plant that was super dusty. I have images to prove. We didn't have any toiletries, only a 1l bottle of shower gel that was almost empty. The shower hose was old and stiff. There was a "lavoir" (shower head) for the toilet, that when opened it would flood the bath. I missed having a balcony, but that is on me.

There are a coffee machine and an electric kettle with good coffee and tea provided, plates, cups, even glasses for wine. We had amazing Alexandra who guided us through all stay. Her instructions were clear to understand, she promptly answered our questions and resolve problems. We liked to have a lot of bars, pizzerias in couple steps from our building. Bar La Licata was great , excellent breakfast, amazing staff. We wish pillows will be better, it was flat and hard One set of towels were not enough for one week stay. They were getting wet and no way to dry it in small studio. The Toilet needs to be fixed. There is running water after flushing

• Diaries (9/5): Spacious room in the heart of Rome! - I had a wonderful time at this guest house! Antonia explained the self check in really well with videos and pictures which made finding the property very easy. She checked in to make sure I had found the place and helped me with storing my luggage after I checked out! My room was quite large and clean and in the heart of Rome, I could see the Colosseum as soon as I stepped out of the apartment and it was a 9 minute walk. There's lots of nice restaurants nearby rated quite highly. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and my room had a ceiling fan above the bed and an alcove with coffee machine and kettle. WiFi was fast and was able to stream TV shows with it. I also met Claudia checking in another family and she was lovely too! Property is up a flight of stairs which might be a bit difficult with multiple suitcases but was fine for me

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - The location is exceptional. I was with my parents that can't walk long distances, so this place was very convenient for us to stay. A short walk from the colosseum and the metro station made it super easy for us to explore all bits of the city center. Also, the beds were super comfy, I slept like a baby. The place itself has all the basic amenities you need for a wonderful stay. The property manager was fast responding to our questions. Wifi was also working great.
