• Ciara (9/5): Estudio tranquilo cerca del centro de Londres - Aunque no es céntrico, está muy bien conectado y se llega enseguida al centro de Londres. Es un barrio tranquilo y aparentemente seguro. El estudio está muy bien, moderno y funcional, suficiente para pasar unos días. El agua de la ducha tenía poca presión.

• Faustine (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Le lit est très confortable. Nous sommes à une heure du centre de londres, les transports en communs sont à 5 minutes à pieds. L’alarme incendie qui a sonné sur un matin mais ce n’est rien .

• Nicholas (8/5): - Has good facilities including tea, coffee, cleaning products and bathroom products which makes staying very easy, especially for short stay. Heating good and turned on to heat room fir my arrival, excellent 👌 Blinds and light into room, it's winter so not a bigger issue but bring eye mask if you're sensitive to light, especially in summer.

• Andrea (10/5): - Appartamento situato vicinissimo alla stazione di Streatham, collegata a tutte le linee principali e a 15 minuti dal centro di Londra, sia la cucina che il bagno sono nuovi e in perfette condizioni, apprezzato molto il self check-in e check-out con la cassetta automatica. Apprezzati inoltre i vari snack e acqua trovati come regalo di benvenuto, è presente anche un minibalconcino esterno molto carino, molto molto soddisfatto.

• Hakan (8/5): Good room. We try again - Back garden is perfect. Clean room and comfortable. Check in is very easy Water flow is ver low in bath. Especially hot water. Room is little bit far from the center and little bit small
• Anja (9/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Stadtrand von London. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (gut, das Bügelbrett bräuchte es für mich nicht). Super nette Ansprechpartner, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Bahnstation fußläufig gut erreichbar, dann mit der Bahn ca. 45 Minuten bis in die Stadt. Ca. 1 Stunde bis Airport Heathrow. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Da gab es nix zu meckern.

I would definitely stay there again Some maintenance works mainly for aesthetic purposes are needed. I would also recommend a secondary lock on the main door.

• Salahuddin (9/5): - Very nice property. Good and convenient location. Excellent facilities. Bathroom was nice. The little garden space was nice too. The bed was not very comfortable. Had to push the bases in just to get better support for my back.

• Linda (10/5): Perfect comfort - The room was well presented and very clean. There was a well stocked hospitality tray, as well as tea and coffee in the cupboard. There was also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The kitchen area was well equipped and there was a fridge and microwave. The ensuite was clean, with a good supply of toiletries and towels. There was a table and chairs for meals, as well as a small outside patio , with furniture. Unfortunately the TV/radio didn't work. A small carton of milk in the fridge would also have been helpful. However, these were minor issues that did not really retract from my stay.
• SOPHIE (5/5): Bed was super comfortable but the fly situation as soo as we came in was main thing we were put off by - The bed was super comfortable The finish to the room was not completed, with blinds letting day light in, tv not working and the place was infested with fruit flies around the whole apartment including bathroom

• Amber (8/5): Comfortable and cozy. Good value for what I paid. I’d stay there again! - Great location and very easy to travel from! It’s a cozy, comfortable spot with pretty much all you need; especially if you plan on being out and about. The only feedback I’d offer is to add a little rack in the shower that can hold toiletries. This isn’t a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have! I’m a lady who wants easier access to my products!

• Sara (8/5): Quiet and spacious with very comfortable bed! - Great location, close to public transport, supermarkets and services. The room was quiet, very clean, good size bathroom with great shower, and the bed was VERY comfortable which was wonderful. Cooking facilities are limited to a microwave and toaster but perfectly adequate for my stay. There's not a lot of utensils or dishes in the kitchen to prepare a meal but I made do for 10 days. And there's only dining chairs, rather than an armchair, so sitting up in bed to watch TV was the solution for me! Might be a consideration for more than one person.
• Sara (8/5): Very good - the apartment is very nice and is located in a very quiet and silent area just a few steps from the train station a lot of light comes in, curtains would make a big difference, unfortunately because of this we always woke up very early. The bed is small, for two people it is a bit uncomfortable, I would write the size in the description of the apartment

• Nicholas (5/5): Good value studio with decent facilities, but noise and poor blinds let it down - Easy of entry, good heating, comprehensive facilities, comfy bed, early access arranged despite my delay due to Heathrow closing, closeness to Streatham station (Thameslink and London Bridge services). Blind: instead of curtains blinds are used and they let lots of light into the studio, 6am the studio was light. Noise: from impact of upstairs studio tenants and you could hear tenants from upstairs and next door talking. The impact noises was especially intrusive and difficult to relax or sleep.

• Valeria (8/5): Very good - Great location, with station, supermarkets, convenience stores, bars within 5 min walk and also on a quiet street with a park in 10/15min! Room is on ground floor of a house with a small corridor separating from the landing floor, so very quiet and with patio access at the back. Bathroom is recently renovated and the shower is good. Small but functional. Kitchenette does exactly the job and it was recently installed. Bed is comfortable, on the soft side but pleasant. Room temperature was good and adjustable. Window can be cracked open with lock. Table and chairs were comfortable to eat and work on. Only downside was the dividing corridor's smell, which you get every time you enter/exit the room.

• Dianne (9/5): Extremely pleasant - Quite roomy for a studio, with a homely feel. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Very convenient location with a short walk to Streatham Station, shops and Streatham Common. Attentive and available host. Outdoor table and chairs.

• Eddy (10/5): A great place to stay in South London. - The accommodation was very spacious the presentation was excellent. Everything worked and all of the inclusions were provided thoughtfully. The owner was not intrusive but took the trouble to check that I was happy. It was a really comfortable stay. Just a short walk to Streatham station. Nothing.

• Marije (7/5): Perfect for a stay in Streatham - It’s an appartement in a quiet neighborhood and only an 8 minute walk from streatham train station. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and there is clear communication from the host. It has a nice outside as well. The room looks newly renovated, but still in need of the final finishing.

• Patrik (9/5): Excellent - Very comfortable and clean place, very attentive host. Welcome snacks and water. The apartment has coffee, tea, sugar, salt, toaster, kettle, cosmetics, ironing board, wine glass... There are several bus lines nearby that provide easy access to the city center. A perfect place for those who do not want to cook in the apartment.

• Taymi (7/5): Nice stay, Clean and compact - Well priced, Nice and clean, very comfy pillows, free parking, toiletries provided and adequate communication with host, was peaceful stay, warm and small outdoor space. big TV for entertainment (remote probably needs new battery though ) Blinds allows light in on a sunny day so could wake you up if you light sleeper. Ants managed to find their way in, keep the sugar away!

• Samantha (8/5): Very good - I was really comfortable in till I noticed there's no curtains on the top of door, with a ladder in the hall it was a bit uneasy b, but if you put one up I'd definitely stay again the garden was nice and there are a few fixtures to fix but I had a lovely stay
• Anthony (8/5): Cheap, clean and tidy over night stay. - Instructions on how to collect the keys where clear and precise. Very good communication from the host. There was plenty free of parking on the street outside the property. The room was clean, tidy and exactly as described. For a cheap over night stop this was perfect for me. I felt there could be better/additional door security (heavy duty locks) to the rooms door. If I was a single female traveller I wouldn't feel safe with the single small door lock. I also think the glass above the room door should be frosted for more privacy. I understand the host was/is keen to get the room available but the finishing touches need finishing, ie. the missing bathroom tiles. More/brighter lights in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.
