• matthys (9/5): - La chambre est superbe, très propre, l'endroit est calme et l'espace extérieur est très agréable. Nous avons passés 2 nuits et n'avons eu aucun problème. Le personnel est aussi très accueillant et sympathique. Ce n'est pas réellement une villa mais une chambre, il y en a plusieurs donc ce n'est pas vraiment privé.
• Jude (10/5): Amazing stay 100% worth it - AMAZING STAY! This stay overall was one of the best. Pool was amazing and the room was so nice, clean and large. It was overall great! Staff were also so friendly too and not too hard to get into ubud! Only negative was curtains let in a lot of light in the morning but think this would be hard to fix.
• Valerie (3/5): - I would still like to highlight that the young women working there were lovely, very kind, and welcoming. However, the management seriously lacks professionalism and basic customer care I would like to share my experience at this hotel in Ubud. Honestly, I did not expect this at all. Contrary to what might be suggested, these are not individual villas but three villas sharing the same pool, which takes away a lot of privacy. The hotel is also very far from the city center. It takes around 30 minutes to get there, which quickly becomes inconvenient. Cleanliness is clearly lacking, especially in the common areas such as the dining area, shared facilities, and particularly the pool. During our entire stay, the pool was not cleaned even once. There were often dirt and insects in it, which is really not pleasant. As for the service, do not expect a late check-out. Even for just 3 to 4 extra hours, you will be asked to pay for a full additional night, even if the villa remains empty afterward. . Overall, quite a disappointing experience.

• Chloe (10/5): Incroyable 🤗 - Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour, le logement est propre la piscine également à 15 minutes du centre-ville, ce qui nous permet d’être dans un calme. Le personnel est incroyable. Cela fait deux fois que nous venons ici et c’est toujours un plaisir. Merci encore. 🤩

Nearby cafes and restaurants were nice, and plenty of things to do nearby like checking out waterfalls and coffee plantations. Nothing wrong with property, but having a bike or car would be useful

• Linda (1/5): Verschrikkelijk. Geen communicatie mogelijk, na 1 dag weggegaan. - Mooie slaapkamer Het is een kleine ruimte die je huurt en de zij-ingang van de kamer zit in de gedeelde keuken. Er hangt een tv op een zeer onlogische plek. Er wordt gesproken over roomservice in de beschrijving maar is niet aanwezig. Toen hierna werd gevraagd zeiden ze dat roomservice het poetsen van de kamer was maar dit is natuurlijk absurd. Er was niks te verkrijgen qua eten en drinken en de locatie was in ‘the middle of nowhere’. Toen we aankwamen zagen we gelijk dat het absoluut niet was wat we hadden verwacht en wilden we annuleren, echter was er geen enkel contact mogelijk met de manager. In de ochtend wakker gemaakt door een hulp omdat ze direct mijn paspoort en handtekening nodig had, sprak amper Engels en was zeer opdringerig hierover. Meerdere keren verzoek tot annulering ingediend maar waardeloze communicatie. Willen niet in gesprek gaan en verblijf voldoet absoluut niet aan hetgeen ze beloven via de beschrijving.

Todos los servicios que te imaginas. Una especial mención a Vera, la chica del alojamiento que te ayuda siempre en todo, te recomienda alquiler de moto, lugares donde comer. Es encantadora y como todos los balineses siempre con una sonrisa en la cara.

• Rafał (8/5): Very pleasant stay with caring staff - Spacious bathroom with plenty of storage on the shelves, comfortable bed, cooler with soft cheap drinks, not so far from the city center (10-15) scooter ride, good spot for trips to both Ubud, Sidemen, Tegalallang etc. The staff was 10/10. Be aware that you definitely need a scooter to reach stores and restaurants, there is almost nothing to reach on foot

Mi hanno anche dato un omaggio a fine vacanza! Apprezzatissimo. Piccola pecca, la strada per arrivarci non era comodissima e ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti di scooter per raggiungere il centro di Ubud.

Все остальное не устроило вообще. Хорошие халаты. И месторасположение. Тараканы. Нет своего телевизора. Нет своего холодильника. Горячей воды в бойлере не хватает чтобы помыться даже одному человеку

Rooms and pool very clean and and in a peaceful area, only a short drive from centre of Ubud. Also accidentally forgot something after check out and she quickly messaged me on WhatsApp. Highly recommend, and will be coming back :)

• Andrea (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Die Unterkunft entspricht 1:1 den Bildern im Internet. Die Zimmer und die Außenanlage wirken relativ neu. Ich war insgesamt vier Wochen in der Unterkunft und war wirklich sehr zufrieden. Es war meine erste Reise alleine und auch meine erste Reise nach Bali. Ich habe soviel Unterstützung vom Personal erhalten. Roller stand auch am ersten Tag innerhalb 1 Stunde vor der Tür. Ich hätte mir keinen besseren Start für mein Sabbatical vorstellen können. Achja fußläufig sind auch Cafe und Restaurants erreichbar.

Pan się tłumaczył : „sorry i was at home” Sama villa jest mała - ta cała przestrzeń (kuchnia na zdjęciach) należy do 3 domków. 200 m2 jak jest napisane to jest czyste kłamstwo. Przez 5 dni naszego pobytu nikt nie sprzątał , tylko 1 raz wymienili ręczniki. Prosiłam o żelazko (miałam zaplanowaną sesję zdjęciową) dostałam po 2 dniach niedziałające. Obiekt jest położona pośrodku niczego - tylko jedna restauracja w okolicy i nie ma sklepów. Ściany w domku sa szare i brudne od wilgoci. Kiepski zapach w środku. Raczej słabe doświadczenie

• Julie (7/5): It’s an unusual place. Made - the manager is gorgeous and very helpful. - It is beautiful because it’s new. The pool was pleasant. There was no air conditioned lounge area. Only an open area with a dining table. It was an unusual set up.
