• Yee Eun (10/5): - 정말 또 오고 싶은 강추..숙소 디테일하게 설명한다면.. 1. 화장실과 온천의 확실한 분리..공간분리가 너무 잘되어있어서 너무 좋았네요... 탕이랑 탕까지 가는 복도가 나뉘어있고 친구들이랑 여행가면 화장실 신경쓰이는데 화장실마저도 중간 복도가 있어서 소리가 정말 안들립니다.. 너무 훌륭한곳이에요 진짜ㅠㅠ 2. 직원분들이 진짜 친절하심ㅜㅜ 그냥 친절한 게 아니고 조식먹을 때 석식 먹을때 10분전에 꼭 전화로 알려주고 밥먹으러 다녀오면 이불깔아주시고 거기에 항상 상냥한 미소로 맞아주시는 게 너무나 힐링입니다. 3. 저는 독채였어서 공간에 만족하고 식사와 심지어 방안에서 차를 마실 수 있는것도 힐링이었고 너무 좋았습니다. 탕관리가 너무 잘되어있어서 다른곳에서는 종종 모기가 탕안에 빠져있어서 힘들엇는데ㅠㅠ 이번에는 빠져있는 벌레가 진짜 거진 한마리도 없어서 너무 놀라웠어요 저는 다음에도 여기 예약하려고요 이전에 일박 한사람당 35만원짜리에서도 자봤는데 거기보다 여기가 더 나아요 진짜 전 다시 여기 올거에요!! 5월은 약간 추워서 난방 트셔야합니다! 이불안은 따뜻한데 코끝이 약간 시렸어요ㅠ 숙소 근처에는 편의점이 없기 때문에 미리 마트나 근처 편의점에서 물건을 꼭 구매하시는 것을 추천합니다!!

• Kee Chuan Andrew (10/5): A most enjoyable Ryonkan Onsen amidst the forest and overlooking the majestic Mt Yufu. - We had a great stay at this Ryokan Onsen. Spacious and comfortable rooms with its own ensuite onsen, as well as a choice or private open air onsens. Dinner and breakfast were superior and most enjoyable. Overall the setting was beautiful and at the edge of town looking into the slopes of Mount Yufu.

Services from the staff are excellent. While the outdoor onset of the room is very good, it would be perfect if the shower is equipped inside the house, especially during winter.

• 이 (10/5): - 주변이 고즈넉하고 시골마을 같은 정취에 조용히 힐링하기 좋은 곳에서 가족들과 잘 머물다 왔습니다. 유후인 역과의 거리는 좀 있지만 송영 서비스가있어서 괜찮았고 저녁 및 아침식다 모두 너무 맛있어요. 직원들도 너무 친절하고 다시 또 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요. 목조 주택이라 그런지 방음이 좀 많이 안되요. 옆방의 말소리가 고스란히 다 들리더라고요. 그 부분은 조금 아쉬웠지만 그것 빼고는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

• Hoi ling (1/5): 服務十分差，處事混亂，過份執著。 - 沒有 絕對一星差評，訂了日式4人房，預訂時標明2大人1個3歲小朋友。晚上睡覺床2張沒問題，但只願意給2個枕頭，多次請求都不願意多給一個，只強調小孩沒有收費所以不會供應，其實需要加錢或預訂時價格貴一些我們也可以接受，但要當刻才知道這情況也不願意配合，完全不近人情而且態度非常強硬。 下午4時 check in，當天下著大雨我們那裏也不能去，早了一點到旅館，但那老太太直接想把我們趕離開，要我們必須4點後才回來，我們一行10人也不知道去那？ 溫泉浴用料很粗糙，浸的時候很害怕受傷，木門邊全是霉菌而且已經變黑。 我第一次遇到完全商業化沒有人情味的溫泉旅館，價格亦不便宜，想預訂的客人請想清楚。 Ps 當天價格為60000 yen，得到如此服務。 Absolutely one-star review. We booked a Japanese-style quad room, specifying two adults and one 3-year-old child. Two beds were fine, but they only provided two pillows. Despite repeated requests, they refused to provide an extra one, insisting that children weren't charged extra and therefore wouldn't be provided. We were willing to pay extra or a slightly higher price when booking, but they refused to cooperate upon learning this, showing complete indifference and a very forceful attitude. Check-in was at 4 PM. It was raining heavily that day, and we couldn't go anywhere else, so we arrived at the inn a little early. However, the elderly lady there immediately tried to kick us out, insisting we return after 4 PM. Our group of ten had no idea where to go! The bathing facilities were very rough; we were afraid of getting injured while soaking. The wooden door was covered in mold and had turned black. This is the first time I've encountered a completely commercialized and impersonal hot spring inn. The price wasn't cheap either. Think carefully before booking. P.S. The price that day was 60,000 yen, and this is the service we received.

• kiwon (9/5): 료칸이 처음인 한국인 어르신을 모신다면 강력추천 - 가족 9인의 여행으로 방을 4개 빌렸는데, 4개 방의 상태가 모두 좋았으며 방안의 노천탕 모두 훌륭하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 저녁식사와 아침식사 모두 가격대비 훌륭한 식사를 했다고 생각합니다. 또한 한국인 고객을 위해서 직접 가져온 김치를 먹을 수 있도록 해주신 부분덕분에 어르신 분들도 식사하시는데 불편함이 없으셨습니다. 체크아웃 이후에도 렌트카를 주차할 수 있도록 배려해주셔서 주변 관광을 할 수 있었습니다. 추가로 90세 생일을 맞이한 할머니를 위해 사장님께서 특별한 선물을 챙겨주시고, 생일 축하 노래가 나오는 오르골을 틀어주셔서 할머니께서 큰 감동을 받으셨습니다. 숙박내내 힐링을 하느라 딱히 필요는 없었지만 와이파이 신호가 약했던 것 같습니다.

• John (9/5): Best omen in Yufuin - One of the best onsen we had. They have indoor and outdoor private onsen. The food was great and the service was hospitable. All the rooms are does not have shelter connection. They are in separate buildings. So when it rains, we have to use an umbrella to get to the restaurant and shared onsen.

• Sinae (10/5): 최고의 온천여행을 위한 가성비 료칸 - 코타츠가 있는 다다미방, 개별 온천과 공용 노천온천, 실내 온천탕까지 다양한 온천탕이 있고, 정원이 잘 가꿔져 있어서 2박하는 동안 너무 마음이 편안하고, 즐거웠어요. 특히 가장 좋았던 점은 식사 였습니다. 조식과 석식 모두 정말 너무 맛있어서 정성이 가득 느껴졌습니다. 다음에 일본 온천여행 간다면 유후인에서만 3박 하고 싶어요!! 그리고 료칸 위치가 좋아서 편의점도 가깝고, 메인거리도 걸어서 5분도 안걸리는 점도 좋았습니다. 방문했을 때 눈이 내려서 눈오는날 유후인에서 노천탕을 즐기는 경험을 해볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

• Sunny (10/5): A magical place that we would return to ASAP if we could! - As a family of four, we stayed at a handful of hotels during our time in Japan. This was our favorite by far. We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here, and it was nothing short of magical. Since our time was short, we barely left the resort. Our personal onsen was dreamy, and we also had access to the communal pool. The meals were beautiful and gave us the opportunity to try traditional dishes. Our room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. We had a Japanese-style room and found the futons to be very comfortable. There was a TV in the room, but we didn't feel the need to turn it on. The wifi was strong enough for all our needs as well. Although our Japanese is very limited, the staff made an effort to communicate with us. This was very much appreciated! We relied heavily on Google Translate. As parents with teenage boys, it's difficult to find something the entire family enjoys, but this was it! There wasn't anything we didn't like!

• Shuk Wai (1/5): Big disappointment! - We return to this hotel with first time great experience. This time I strongly recommend my friend to stay at this hotel, we are a group of 4 adult. Somehow we were expecting a bigger unit as we paid double for a family unit. But when we arrived, we were taken to the same unit as first time stay which was for 2 of us. We asked if there’s a mistake and due to language barriers, their manager has to ask another visitor for translation. The manageress tone of voice started to get annoyed and at the end we were told we had to pay more if we want a bigger unit. As this is our reunion & birthday trip, we don’t want to spoil the fun so we end up staying at same unit. Later when having dinner at the unit, bedding were getting prepared and the manageress said the sleeping area can only fits 3 beds, is it ok if the other sleep in family area where we were having dinner at the time. We said we preferred two in one room, so we all in the middle of our dinner enjoying ourselves had to get up and there’s no space to stand, so we went outside of the unit. After bedding done, we found our dinner seating were all moved to the window side and food were almost all collected. After all this was done, we found the sleeping area were no way to fit 4 people and as there’s no definitive to sleeping area. We all felt being ripped of, maybe we should book 2 separate unit which will cost the same. This time we had a completely opposite to our first time experience and this was only 6 months ago. The only thing I would appreciate was the two meals and the lady that served our meals. There were no explanation or anything to make up for all these discomforts or this was it, we had to accept it. I actually since first time stay, I recommended this hotel to my friends who’s going to Yufuin. What a big disappointment and I definitely would not go or recommend to this hotel ever.

• Hui Yi (10/5): The place was a sanctuary, a great escape from the hectic city life. - The meals were impressive, in particular dinners. They are like Japanese fine dining, serving 8 to 9 course dishes for dinner. All were exquisitely presented and food was of high quality. Service was superb. The 2 nights there were the best of our Fukuoka trip. None
