• Karolina (8/5): Dobrze skomunikowane, wygodne - Lokalizacja - tuż przy dworcu i parkingu podziemnym, centrum historyczne w zasiegu spaceru. Kontakt ok, standard ok, wygodne łóżka, winda. Aneks kuchenny jest symboliczny, lodowka hotelowa (bardzo mała) - raczej dla osób, które jadają na mieście. Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa.
• Gabriela (8/5): Good value for the money - The apartment it’s literally in front of the station, really easy to find and to walk to any point of the city. There’s an elevator in the building. The room was spacious for 5 people, and our stay was comfortable for the 2 nights there. They provide coffee and also earplugs to use at night. The con of the location is the noise: the train and streets noises are really loud. The surroundings of the location are a little weird at night, you need to be careful.

• Kathrin (8/5): Gute Lage, direkt neben Bahnhof und für Sightseeing Trips - Die Lage war super. Zentrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig um die Ecke. Für einen kurzen Sightseeing Trip direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Also gut zu erreichen. Dadurch aber auch etwas lauter mit der Straßenbahn und Bahnhof vor der Tür. Allerdings war es jetzt im April durchaus von der Lautstärke okay. Es gibt 5 Betten, welche auf 7 Betten erweitert werden können. Es gibt einen relativ kleinen Kühlschrank und eine Küchenzeile. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung nett und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küchenausstattung könnte durchaus etwas erweitert werden. Die Deckel passen nicht auf die Töpfe. Der Kühlschrank auch fast zu klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber okay. Klopapier zu wenig.

• Guillermo (10/5): - Excelente ubicación (al frente de la estación de trenes) y muy buena predisposición de Yara, la encargada, para comunicarse con nosotros y responder todas las dudas. El departamento es súper amplio y todo funciona. No utilizamos mucho la cocina, pero para lo básico nos funcionó perfectamente. Recomiendo y volvería!

• Furkan (6/5): Nice overall, with ups and downs - Staff was very kind, and helpful. The beds had poor structure underneath. If you are a big person, be careful, because bed can break.

• Salvatore (10/5): Ci tornerò a Firenze dopo questa esperienza - Tutto .. la struttura è proprio bella e spaziosa .. la consiglio vivamente .. sta proprio vicino alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella .. il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi .. per chi vuole stare più giorni a Firenze o anche chi vuole spostarsi in qualche altro posto sta apposto in questa struttura ha tutto a portata di mano .. pullman .. treni e tram .. Mi è piaciuto tutto .. tutto ok .. perfetto ..
• Victoria (8/5): Escapada a Florencia de 3 días - El apartamento es muy grande y está en el centro histórico lo que es fantastico para moverse por Florencia y tenerlo todo al lado. La estancia es calida y no pasamos nada de frio. Por la ventana se ve la catedral. La cama de matrimonio tiene el somier roto pero como hay mas camas no tuvimos demasiado problema con esto. La ducha es algo pequeña y pierda agua porque no cierra bien.

• Sergio (5/5): Buena situación,mal personal,habitación regular - La ubicación fue lo mejor Me obligaron a dejarlos entrar en mi habitación cuando yo no estaba,lo que me costó una discusión con el anfitrión. Me ofrecieron un reembolso del 20% de mi reserva,pero el dinero no soluciona las cosas. Te dicen que le dejes la tasa de turista en efectivo en la habitación y que ya te enviarán la factura en otro momento. Recomiendo pedir link para hacer dicho pago y no dejarlo allí,puesto que no tienes forma de demostrar que dejaste el dinero. La cama tenía tres tablas del somier salidas,con lo cual dormías hundido y te levantabas con dolor de espalda. El plato de ducha súper pequeño. Mi pareja es una persona delgada y prácticamente no se podía ni mover para lavarse el pelo.
• Karin (9/5): Sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof - Super zentral, direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schön war die kleine Küche zum Frühstück zubereiten. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, eigentlich sind es zwei Appartements mit Durchbruch in der Mitte. Zwei Bäder, zwei Tischgruppen, zwei TV ( hat nicht funktioniert). Aufzug ist vorhanden. Zu viel Möbel, insgesamt zwei Ausziehbetten, ein Doppelbett und ein Zustellbett. Locker Platz für 7 Personen. Wir waren zu zweit. Bestimmt prima für ein Mädelsausflug oder Familie.

• Anjali (10/5): Great views, spacious and a very well equipped accommodation option - Loved the view from our windows and also loved the kitchenette and facilities in the accommodation The fact that we could not sleep with the windows open as the accommodation was opposite a busy tram station and also the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. At night also, there were some undesirable characters lurking about around the house and we found it disconcerting that the main door took long to automatically close after we entered

Handy to have a kitchenette. Very noisy as opposite the tramline with lots of traffic until late at night (not so bad with the windows closed though).

• Stephen (1/5): Terrible - It took two hours to get a proper address and directions on how to get into apartment. Gave us wrong directions: "Once inside the building, go to the glass doors on the right. 4️⃣ Enter the "Aurora Garden Lodging" structure. 5️⃣ Walk down the corridor until you reach . 6️⃣ In front of your apartment door, you will find a black combination KeyBox. " Said she would sent us instructions on how to get keys but did not in a timely manner causing us to waste valuable time on vacation. The address is not findable per google maps navigation. Overall caused us to walk aimlessly trying to find the place - once we did the instructions to what to do when we were inside were incorrect.

• Eiko (8/5): Just few steps from main station. - It’s good location. Easy to reach most of places to see in Florence. It has a small kitchen and table. So you can eat right meal in the room. Plugs are not enough for 2 people. ( each phones, watches, etc.. we need to use bath room plug as well. )

• Monika (7/5): Good - Perfect location right next to the central train station and bus station. Walking distance to the city center. Nice apartment, clean bathroom, handy kitchen, enough towels. Grocery shop, coffee bar and bakery just a few steps from the apartment. Easy check-in and check-out. Elevator in the building. Only one capsule of coffee for two people (little things matter),when you put a coffee machine into the apartment it would be nice to have some more capsules to use. Broken bed, extremely uncomfortable with a hole in the middle - under the mattress there were pillows that should fill the hole I guess..this is something that should be definitely repaired. Everything else was good and we had very good time.

Apartment itself was comfortable with all essential utilities in the kitchen Medici Apartment is only the name of the apartment, not the Hosting entity itself, so please focus on the address if you want to find the place. In my case, I focused onto the Medici Apartment naming and wasted 1 hour just hanging in the city in order to find it. Its very weird that they dont show their actual name while booking. Another drawback was that in this very apartment refrigerator was totally broken and it was crucial for me, as I travelled with a pet. Pay attention on it, if you plan to stay longer and to cook. They were not able to fix it that day. I also post the picture of the ice in the freezing camera - why they did not clean it before your check-in, I wonder. City tax should be paid by cash, though not a single word was mentioned about it in the description. My idea was that they will charge my card, so, I spent my time to find the ATM nearby.

• Kamil (7/5): Good - Everything was very close. We had problem with mattress. The bad was ok, but the mattress was very uncomfortably. Matress wasn’t straight. Also the apartment was close to the train station, so there were a lot of african imigrants.
• John (10/5): Clean and convenient small apartment - Located right outside the train station. Super-easy check in. Nicely decorated. Truly spotless. Good spatial arrangement. Cool shower. Modest but sufficient kitchen space and equipment. For me, it was ideal. Very minor: some way of heating milk for the coffee needed, either a microwave or a foamer. Also, these days, televisions are really complicated for us oldsters! A simple set of directions on how it works would really help.

• Emma (10/5): Great central location and modern facilities - Property was clean and in a perfect location. Was not disturbed by noise despite being right opposite the train station. Facilities were modern and the Alexa speaker was a great extra touch so we could enjoy some music. Was difficult to navigate the TV due to needing PINs to watch, however we weren’t there to watch TV so this didn’t affect our stay

• Nina (7/5): Good - Small comfortable room with small stove, kettle and coffee maker. The room is newly renovated, clean. The shower is comfortable, the bed is comfortable too. The house is very close to the train station - this is both a plus and a minus. When I arrived, the elevator was not working in the house, I had to walk up to the 3rd floor with my suitcase. At night the electricity in the room went out for a while. The next day everything was fine. Important - note that checkout is at 10 am and, according to the hosts, there is no possibility to leave your suitcase somewhere. In fact there is such a possibility - there is a hotel on the first floor, which has a room for luggage and which is clearly related to the apartments - they have one phone number, but I was denied the opportunity to leave my luggage. There is a place near the hotel where you can drop off your luggage, but it costs money. So if you think the apartments are cheap, add 7 euros for each piece of luggage.

• Georges (8/5): Very good - The lady who welcomed us was very respectful and welcoming. The room was very neat and clean and fairly spacious for two persons with luggage. The customer support, whenever needed, is promptly available. The location, being exactly near Santa Maria train station, is very convenient for tourists reaching florence with their luggage by train Directly below the room's window there was a tram station and the tram kept going till late in the evening, which was a bit disturbing having this constant noise from outside.
