• Valentin (3/5): Good location but not worth 100 euros / night for a moldy room with no windows and no toiletries - The location is very good. The person who checked us in (Giulia) was very nice and gave as an early check-in. Pictures from booking were misleading. The actual room we stayed in is not the one shown in the pictures. Our room had NO WINDOWS (only one going into the hallway - we would get woken up by the light from the other guests) The room has MOLD on the walls (pictures attached). The kitchen is shared (another thing you cannot tell by the pictures). Toilet was missing the seat and we were provided with only three 10ml shower gel packs (for two people staying 5 nights). Hand soap was not provided. We had to buy our own toiletries even though the description said we would get them at the facility. Stay away from this property if you dont want a moldy room.
• Zeynep (6/5): Wouldn’t stay here again - Nicely designed, spacious room and bathroom. I liked how the temperature of the water was arranged so easily. Tap water drinkable. Full size mirror. Great location just a few steps from Toledo, but also quiet. Close to finicular and metro. We were able to do an early check in which was very convenient. Our window didn’t open outside, it opened to the apartment, this is room number 2. The room smelled bad because of the high humidity. Toilet didn’t have a seat, photos of rooms are misleading. We were given only one soap for five days, along with two little packs of shampoo/shower gel combination, when i asked for more i was told these were part of the welcome kit and that’s it. Room not cleaned even once. Toilet bin had an oversized plastic bag in it, which was quite annoying. Needs more hangers.
