• Ines (9/5): - Perfekte Lage, super Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen zu Fuß oder mit dem Vaporetto. Besonders das Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit super schöner Aussicht. Betten ebenfalls sehr gut. Küche hat alles um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Die Dusche und insbesondere der Duschvorhang könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen.

• Yorgos (5/5): Okish. - Location The shower drain was blocked and even with the plunger that was left there , it wasn’t easy to unblock. No shower gel.
• Rasa (9/5): - Great location, great host, comfortable beds. Great view, right through the bathroom window 😁 The place is quiet, but close to the center. Easy to reach all locations, great coast for walking. Kitchen utensils are provided (toaster, kettle, oven, etc.). It's a bit inconvenient to pick up the keys, for example if you arrive by boat from the airport, because the keys are for the other end of Venice than the apartment. If you arrive by bus, then everything is ok. The neighbors are rude and after 10 pm. you have to sleep, you can't even talk, and I'm not talking about the party here and etc, you can't talk there after 10 pm. I can't even imagine if I had arrived with the kids and they weren't sleeping at 10 pm. So if you're looking for complete peace and quiet and go to bed at 10pm, the apartments will be perfect. It's true that the shower needs repair.

• Roberto (10/5): - L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla comunque a ridosso dei punti strategici e dalle fermate del vaporetto Fondamenta Nove. Siamo stati davvero bene. Appartamento spazioso con tutti i confort. Nessun problema da segnalare.j

• CHAUCHADIS (8/5): Séjour agréable - L’appartement est bien situé à environ 15 minutes de la place St Marc et 5 minutes de Fondamente Nove pour prendre le bateau vers l’aéroport ou Burano. Juste pour information, ne prenez pas forcément à l’avance les tickets du bateau alilaguna entre l’aéroport et Fondamente Nove car la clé peut être à récupérer à la plaza Roma suivant votre heure d’arrivée.

Personal favorite - bathroom window view Good location, its close to from most popular attractions but also hidden from crowds 5-10 minutes walk to closest Vaporeto station You have all supplies you need. Air conditioning in both rooms. Host provided all necessary instructions. Important notes here: 1. Process of receiving key quite interesting :) The key located on Piazzale Roma, 30-40 minutes walk from actual apartment. Venice is incredible for walks but when you have luggage, it’s challenging. Especially with all bridges. Also you can’t use Vaporeto from the airport because of key’s location. 2. Apartment actually located on third floor. 0 floor, 1 floor and 2 floor (which is basically 3d floor).

Buen trato por parte del anfitrión La recogida de llaves en otro punto de la ciudad. Nosotros llegamos en tren por lo que no tuvimos problema, pero si vienes en aeropuerto tienes que tenerlo en cuenta

• Jun Yi (9/5): - Location was perfect. A short walk from the Aguilla Ferry from the airport. Apartment was spacious and included all things we needed for cooking and washing. Canal was visable from the window which was a nice addition. The air conditioning in the living room was not too powerful. I had to pick up the keys near the train station, which was a 1h walk from the apartment. Although this may have been an extraordinary situation

• Marie (8/5): Le logement réuni toute les qualités pour passer un excellent séjour. - L'appartement est spacieux, joli et très bien situé. Il donne sur un canal où on aperçoit au loin l'ile S. Michele d'un coté, et la basilique S. Giovanni e Paolo de l'autre. La propriétaire est sympathique et soucieuse de notre bien être. Le dernier jour, un dimanche nous ne savions pas où laisser les poubelles dans l'entrée.

Zona tranquila a 8 minutos de Rialto y 12 minutos a pie de San Marcos ! Espacioso y con todo lo necesario para pasar 4 / 5 días ! Silvia la propietaria es encantadora y con ella hubo excelente comunicación tanto para el check in como para el check out ,nos dijo sitios y nos aconsejó sobre Venezia ! Muy buena opción ! Lo recomendaré! Nada
• Barış AKINCI (9/5): Tarihi bir Venedik Oteli - Otelin yani apartmanın konumu çok iyi.Gardan(S.Lucia)gelenler için küçük su otobüsleriyle ulaşım çok kolay ve hızlı.Valiz yoksa ve yanınızda küçük çocuk veya yaşlı yoksa geze geze gitmek mantıklı.Otel tarih kokuyor.Her alanı otantik ve tarihi doku bozulmamış.Evde aklınıza gelebilecek her eşya mevcut.Konumu harika.Yürüyerek her yere ulaşım kolay.Yakınında Coop market var alışveriş için uygun.Biz bir gece kaldık.2-3 gece kalacaklar için tüm eşyalar fazlasıyla yeter.Rahat ve sessiz bir ortam,güzel uyuduk.Teşekkürler Silvia... Apartman dairesi olduğundan bir resepsiyonu yok.Eğer gecikirseniz anahtarı bir cafe ya da bara bırakıyorlar.Biz Olimpia Bar'dan aldık.Ufak sorunlar yaşadık (bizden kaynaklı)Mesajlarla yönlendirme yapılıyor.Duş çok konforlu değil,giderinde biraz sıkıntı var.En üst katta olması valizlerle biraz bizi yordu ama sıkıntı değil.
• Montserrat (3/5): Evitar si es posible - La ubicacion En general el apartamento tiene muchas carencias: la campana de la cocina chorreaba aceite y estaba muy sucia, el suelo tampoco estaba muy limpio, había bombillas fundidas y la ducha... Dejaba mucho q desear. Nuestra llegada fue accidentada: la amfitriona nos dejo las llaves en un quiosco de la piazza de Roma y en dicho quiosco no sabían nada de las llaves. Tuve q llamarla varias veces y cuando contesto parecía contrariada. Nada q tuve q pasarle. A la camarera y le explico q havia dejado las llaves. A otra señora por la mañana . Finalmente las encontró pero el mal rato estuvo servido. Solo estuvimos dos días pero no recomendamos para nada este alojamiento y es un lástima por qué l a ubicación es perfecta. Creemos que Booking debería mantener unos estándares de calidad y este alojamiento no los cumple. No vimos para nada a nuestra amfitriona eso sii se comunico conmigo para q en el check out dejará las llaves encima la.mesa y los 24€ de la tasa turística....

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Easy to get to all attractions but quiet. Easy to get off ferry with bags and catch ferry to islands. Has a/c which worked beautifully. Every time we came through the front door we let out a sigh of relief because it felt so cool. Lugging bags up stairs was a pain but its venice so expected. Beds were a bit on the firm side for our liking.

• Peter (8/5): Very good - Location. We arrived the first weekend of Mardi Gras. The property was just a few minutes walk from the ferry stop at Fundamente Nove, a short convenient boat ride from the airport. Venice was crammed with visitors because of Mardi Gras but the apartment was located on a quite back street in a residential neighborhood. It was less than ten minutes from the center of activity in town, an easy walk, but a peaceful retreat as well.
• Amanda (9/5): Great unit for a Venice holiday base - Kitchen was well stocked. Enough to make meals and store leftovers. Good Coffee provided. Easy to find. Quiet location- no nighttime noises. Plenty of space- enough for yoga! Beds comfortable. This is a great unit to stay in. Would happily stay here again. 4mins walk to the ferry or 20mins walk to the centre of the action. Food places close by. Friendly owners arranged for contactless entry for us when we couldn’t give a solid arrival time. Free washing machine, and drying rack. Dishwasher actually worked. Kitchen has an oven. Shower curtain that wanted to cuddle your legs during every shower was our only complaint.

• Paula (7/5): Ideal location - Location was ideal, 3 min walk to water bus and a 15 walk to major attractions. Plenty of bars restaurants close by. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Canal view. Quiet neighbourhood. Would have expected wine glasses as we were in Italy, also the mugs for coffee had seen better days.

The kitchen has all the equipment and elements that you need for 4 people location is very good, actually you ate in the heart of the city and we can explore all Venice attractions.

In fact spotless. 🇮🇹plenty of blankets. 🇮🇹excellent heating and plenty of hot water. 🇮🇹well equipped kitchen. 🇮🇹comfortable beds. 🇮🇹secure There was expectation to be very quiet and considerate of neighbours. Whilst this is understandable, the neighbours themselves are not particularly quiet. 🇮🇹there are several flights of stairs. This was not an issue for us. But for other travellers who are not capable,for what ever reason - be aware.

A fully equipped apartment in Venice for an affordable price in June. But it was real and it was great, perfect location for exploring Venice while sleeping in a quiet location. Easy access to train vaporetti. Would definitely stay again.

• Filippo (8/5): Good overall - The location is very convenient, especially if arriving from Marco Polo airport. It is quiet yet near local attractions and amenities. The apartment is very well equipped. Things that could be improved: Shower: it is a bit tight, and it has a curtain rather than a hard wall/door Check-in: upon arrival, we had to wait quite a while to be let in (more than an hour overall). It was cold and windy, so after a while, we texted the owner to let her know that we would kill time at a local coffee bar, 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the property. Then, to my surprise, I received a call from the owner, urging us to show up at once for check-in: she asked a friend to show up on her behalf to let us in, but that person apparently was in a hurry. Not an ideal experience... Overall, we would still recommend this apartment.

• Marina (9/5): Superb - The apartment has everything you need and is on a great location. Everything was perfect except for the mattress of the single bed was extremely soft and therefore very uncomfortable. The pillows were also very dense and not so comfortable. I know in Venice is difficult to get the latest products delivered, but for the price I expected the bed to be a bit better.
