Guest Reviews
- Ann-Marie (10/5): - Fantastic modern cottage with everything you need. Nothing!

- Andrew (10/5): Very cozy cottage that is very well equiped. - This is a beautiful cottage that is really well presented with lots of space and mod cons. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.
- Cynthia (10/5): Had a great stay! - Great location, clean, updated facilities, laundry was great too! Nothing

- Lisa (10/5): Cozy cottage - Cozy yet spacious living area. Kitchen well supplied and had a great table. Although a bit outside of the downtown area, it was a fantastic location for travelling in the Kilkenny area. Enjoyed looking at the owners renovation pictures. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Nothing.
- Denise (8/5): Nice cottage and good location - Kettle needs replacing it is very limescaled and makes the water cloudy and lots of bits in it despite thoroughly trying to clean it. Door from conservatory very hard to open.
- Philippe (10/5): Great cottage - Beautiful place, very cosy and well furnished.
Perfect location to relax.
We wish we could have extended our stay. Nothing
- Breege (10/5): Hidden Gem - Lovely spacious and comfortable cottage. 15 mins drive from kilkenny. We travelled with 2 toddlers so we weren’t keen on staying in a hotel room. This was the perfect place for us. My only regret is not booking longer.
- Sophie (8/5): Very good - Nice powerful showers, nice decor and good size rooms. The property needs a deep clean. Behind the beds was very dusty when plugging in chargers, the windows had cobwebs and the sofa and arm chair, was full of dog hair, that we had to hoover them ourselves. We had no welcome treats, like others had mentioned in the review book.
- Frank (10/5): A lovely and peaceful spot, very quiet, beautifully decorated and felt safe. - a lovely spot, a short drive from town. really nicely decorated. felt very safe. couldn't have asked for more
- Jackiephillip (8/5): One night stay in the country - Peaceful, warm, and toasty.
Newly renovated. The sheets are a bit statically.
No power points in bathrooms.
- Alice (8/5): Very good - This cottage is a hidden gem! Just a short distance from the city but on a main road and in the countryside, it's ideally located to enjoy all that Kilkenny has to offer! Host was very flexible which we appreciated.

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication before we arrived
The house was perfect - comfy, clean and modern
Kids loved gardens and netflix was a bonus
We had our small dog with us too and the garden was very secure for him Could not complain about anything at all
- Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage with everything needed for self catering stay. Beautiful location close to Kilkenny town. Very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing
- Hugh (6/5): A good priced cottage and good secluded location near Kilkenny. - The cottage was a good size with a yard, washing machine and dryer and clothesline. Good WIFI, cottage had a good sized kitchen. The bed linen was lovely and soft as was the doonas. The house was too wam even after turning off/down the heating. Email sent previously with good directions of how to enter the cottage. The water pressure was not good and the ensuite shower drain was blocked and flooded. The coffee pod was dirty and not cleaned and a coffee pod left in the machine. The orange cleaning pod was missing. There were dirty cloths left in the washing machine. The road was very busy and quite dangerous to exit. There was no sign on the gate to identify cottage. Sometimes only using an Eire code will not work for visitors without google maps.
- Wendy (9/5): Good location -
- Bronwyn (9/5): Very comfortable stay in pleasant surroundings - Country setting. On site parking. Access to a garden. The showers are spacious, especially the en suite bathroom. Great to have a dishwasher and washing machine provided. Wash basin in the main en suite is really too small. A rack to dry cloths indoors would be nice as not all fabrics are able to be tumble dried. A couple of extra mugs would be nice.
- Wendy (10/5): Perfect as attended a wedding in Kilkenny and met all our needs - Well equipped. Comfy n warm . Welcoming touches. Had problems locating as no signage.
- Seamus (8/5): Very good -
- Ivory (7/5): Lovely place but just felt not comfortable - Clean and spacious Very hard to sleep at night - we had someone walking around the grounds at night time looking in the back door window which scared the family
And a lot of strange noises at night
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Taryn (9/5): Superb -
- Hugh (9/5): Superb -
- Nicola (8/5): Overall a lovely place to stay for a couple of days - Well appointed and a welcome home away from home stay Finding it was a little difficult as we are from overseas and didn’t understand the significance of the location code in the address.
