• Tom (10/5): Great place, great location, great host! - Perfect location next to Rainbow Street, a really great apartment and the owner was really helpful - excellent communication and available to help with any questions. Everything was great, I wouldn't change it!
• Baptiste (1/5): Insalubre - L'emplacement est idéal, a côté de raimbow street. Le logement était insalubre (salle de bain+++ et cuisine ++). Odeur de cigarettes, saleté et logement qui mériterait d'être restauré.

• Cécile Granger (10/5): Appartement au top, bien placé et hote super sympa - Je recommande :) - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal : à proximité des restaurants, des commodités, et situé dans une rue dynamique et emblématique d’Amman. La communication avec l’hôte est très simple, il est réactif et vraiment serviable. Toutes les informations sont claires et précises, que ce soit pour l’accès aux clés ou pour l’utilisation des équipements dans l’appartement (qui est aussi tres propre). En résumé, tout est facile et agréable :) Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation !

• Entersenman (1/5): A nightmare in a dirty apartment with police threats - The character limit in the negative column is simply not enough to rate this dirty and overpriced hole! That's why I'm using the field for positive reports. Although there is absolutely NOTHING here that I could report positively about. The reason I booked the apartment back then was that I had read this positive review from this lady from Switzerland and i was familiar with the good Swiss standards. A grave error, as it turned out later. I'm generally not sure how this hole even got a positive rating. Nothing was right! The pictures you see here are accurate in that this apartment was still new. Even those were photomontages! Nothing in the apartment actually looks as nice or clean as it appears in the pictures. The internet is the only thing that works halfway there, and it's very slow. The beds were dirty, and there were various hairs from the previous occupants in the bedroom, living room, and in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty and full of moldy food from the previous occupants. When I brought this up to the owner, he initially offered excuses. When I then put pressure on them to have someone come and do a thorough cleaning, he even threatened to call the police. Now imagine this... You are in a foreign, Arab country. You don't know anyone there. You are unaware of the dangers. The host probably has good contacts with the police. But your pleasant trip could quickly turn into a horrific stay in a Jordanian prison. It should also be mentioned that Amman is located at an altitude of over 800 meters. This means that it can be very cold there at night. And it was very cold in the apartment in the evenings, so I was constantly forced to heat the house. I needed three gas bottles for heating for that short time. And they outrageously charged me extra for these. I lost about €30 extra, which the host then collected from me. The hot water only worked to a limited extent when I showered. The washing machine, which I so desperately needed, was already moldy and broken. So I was forced to take my laundry to the local dry cleaners. This cost me another €60. The host didn't care, and after the threat of calling the police, I didn't want any more trouble. The apartment is also next to a mosque, which means I would be woken up by the call to prayer, especially at night and in the morning, just before 5 a.m. All in all, it was a complete nightmare! I should also mention that I unfortunately had no alternative accommodation at that time. It took me up to 9 full days to find a good alternative in Amman. The new apartment I ended up with was much cheaper, and far more comfortable and cleaner than this dump. I therefore strongly warn you NOT to book this accommodation under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES – you will bitterly regret it!
• Jordan (8/5): Location and large room were great, some facilities need upgrade. - Perfect spot right on Rainbow, able to walk to all attractions etc. Comfy big apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Bathroom was pretty bad, water pressure is next to nothing really hard to shower or clean anything. Spray hose on toilet basically useless, toilet had super cheap flimsy lid which was so annoying to sit on and basically just perched there.

• Julien (7/5): Spacious apartment in noisy location. - Spacious apartment, good location right on rainbow street with lots of restaurants and shops around. Balcony and welcome snacks/water. You can park in the street for free, the host was very friendly and communicative. The location is very noisy there is live music every night right downstairs so bring ear plugs. The washing machine stopped working halfway through a cycle so i had to finish washing my clothes by hand. The furniture is pretty beat up and the flat was not very clean.

• Jessi (10/5): Best accommodation in Amman with a really kind host! - A great location and a beautiful flat, I had an amazing time! The flat was very clean and modern, and the host was friendly and available if we needed anything. Would recommend! Everything was perfect!
• Renee (10/5): Great value for money! - Place is next to Rainbow street. The location is perfect, especially if you want to explore neighborhoods like LWeibdeh, downtown or Jabal Amman. Close to the appartement are also lots of nice restaurants and bars, and on Friday there’s the art market (Souk Jara). The appartement was really clean, the facilities such as the AC are great to have in summertime and the communication with Odai was nice and easy. He gave me some great recommendations for things to do. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe in this neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! On Thursday evening there is some noise from the oud-player in the cafe close to the appartement. It didn’t bother me personally though.
• Max (10/5): Highly recommended apartment - The apartment is in such a great location, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants (it's also right above my favourite cafe). Safe neighborhood and the entrance to the building is just off the main road. The apartment is large, comfortable and recently refurbished, and has everything you need, including A/C which is a must here. Oday who owns the property is great. So so helpful and friendly and happy to check in and see how you're doing and offer recommendations. If you're coming to Amman I'd really recommend staying here. Nothing :)
• Niels (10/5): Highly recommended Great location - In my wife's words; "it felt like home". The apartment was very clean and located at one end of Rainbow Street. I am mobility impaired and was happy to find the accommodations no higher than the first floor. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment. Nothing comes to mind. Host was also fluent in English.
