Richard (10/5): Perfect accommodation, brilliant location, super helpful owner. This is what you need in Viterbo. - Exactly what we needed!!! Two adults and two kids, we arrived at the property after a very difficult day. The owner couldn’t have been kinder, or more helpful. The suite was perfect for our needs and the location was brilliant. We will definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Viterbo! Nothing.

Marchand (8/5): Overall, the apartment suited the needs of our group. We felt it was very good value. - Spacious, modern and clean. Good value. Agent was very responsive. Lots of helpful information in the apartment. Parking was difficult, stairs were very steep, and the beds were quite firm.

BARBARA (9/5): Ottima posizione con tutti i confort. - Preferisco ancora il contatto umano, ma mi adeguo. Non ricordo se era scritto sulla proposta, ma ci sono 2 rampe di scale. L'appartamento era molto confortevole è attrezzato di tutto, ho apprezzato la macchinetta del caffè con un ottimo caffè ☺️ la pulizia e la comodità del letto. Ovviamente lo consiglio. Ah dimenticavo e dentro le mura di Viterbo a 50 MT dal mercato settimanale.

Giulia (8/5): Un bel appartamento al centro di Viterbo - L'appartamento, il numero 6, è carino e ben suddiviso. Arredato come nelle foto, personalmente è piaciuto molto. Due stanze e un bagno abbastanza grande e intimo, considerando che davanti non si ha nessuno. Ha tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno e il personale si è dimostrato accogliente. Vengono consegnate due chiavi per l'accesso e tutte le informazioni necessarie. Suggerisco il cambio del soffione della doccia, perché il getto non è regolare, optano per uno un po' più grosso. Oltre a questa piccola minuzia consiglio di aggiornare il quaderno che viene lasciato negli appartamenti con tutte le informazioni, poiché abbiamo avuto una piccola incomprensione a causa di questa svista ed è stato un po' un peccato. Ovvero, le informazioni riportate sul quaderno indicavano che il checkout andava fatto entro le 12.00 e noi così ci siamo regolati, tuttavia alle 11.00 ci vengono a suonare per liberare l'appartamento. La cosa ci ha lasciati un po' spiazziati e siamo andati subito via, abbiamo poi ricontrollato la prenotazione tramite booking ed effettivamente il checkout doveva essere fatto per le 10.00, ci siamo scusati e via. Correggere il foglio eviterebbe inciampi, tutto qui.
Stefano (6/5): - Materassi molto comodi. 3 aspetti molto negativi: Terzo piano senza ascensore, con scale comuni molto ripide, anche un po trascurate. Cattivi odori nel bagno lato strada, affacci di tutte le finestre bui. Zona pessima, piazza adiacente malfrequentata anche di giorno.
