• Joel (8/5): - The size and location. There was a broken blind, clean dishes were left in the dishwasher and on the counters, there was no soap in the bathrooms or paper towels in the kitchen. There were no "welcome amenities" like coffee, and the Nespresso machine stopped working after 2 cups of coffee, after we had bought 2 boxes of 10 pods each.. Also, there was a lot of street noise considering we were on the 14th floor.

• sandy (5/5): - L’emplacement est proche de la gare oriente et du métro . La vue de l’appartement est incroyable et il est très grand et bien agencé. Le propriétaire agréable et très réactif C’est très beau La propreté est très moyenne il ne faut pas regarder les détails !!! Les oreillers étaient tachés Très peu de vaisselle Pas de sac poubelles ni produits de ménage 1 rouleau de papier wc pour 2 wc. 6 chaises pour 7 …. Stores cassés et aucune sécurité au niveau des fenêtres attention avec des jeunes enfants l’appartement est au 14 eme étage et les fenêtres s’ouvrent normalement. Mauvaise insonorisation.
• Artur 8-73 (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist hervorragend aufgeteilt. Es ist ein herrlicher Ausblick aus der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Garage ist super, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Zur Metro sind es max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bettwäsche waren nicht glatt, Töpfe und Pfanne waren von der Oberfläche kaum benutzbar - Kratzer oder angebrachte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, allerdings auch sehr häufig benutzt. Die Abnutzung ist an den Rollos und den Stühlen zu sehen.
• Rogerio (6/5): Boa casa, péssimo host - Vista Pouco preparado para receber hóspedes, não tinha sabonete para as mãos, não tinha shampoo, não tinha gel de banho, nada para lavar louça nada de pastilhas para a máquina, nem um café de boas vindas sequer … nota zero para tudo além da casa

• Patricia (1/5): Infelizmente, uma péssima estadia. Não recomendável. - Apenas gostamos da localização Desde o início tivemos problemas. Ao contrário do que estava indicado na reserva, não havia ninguém para nos receber no check-in. Ao chegar, não conseguimos entrar com os carros porque os cartões de acesso não funcionaram — só conseguimos entrar graças à ajuda de um segurança. Reservamos o apartamento para sete pessoas, mas só estavam disponíveis toalhas de banho nem uma toalha de rosto lençóis para seis. Pior ainda, sendo um apartamento no 14º andar, havia uma janela que não trancava, o que nos obrigou a passar a noite toda a ouvir o barulho do vento. Além disso, como a janela não trancava, , três pessoas tiveram de dormir numa cama de casal, o que foi extremamente desconfortável. Definitivamente não correspondeu às expectativas e não recomendamos esta estadia.

• Merim (9/5): Muito bom - Localização e vistas do apartamento sobre o Tejo. A estadia foi ótima, apenas há pormenores menos bons: Procedimento de entrada um pouco complexo. Ao chegar, faltava esponja, panos, saco do lixo. Alguns itens demonstram algum desgaste. Mas são pormenores.

• Alexandru (4/5): Disappointing - The only thing that was good at this apartment was the location. The apartment was perfect when it was new, probably, but now, all the windows are damaged, the wind and noise goes through. There was just one toilet working, and after we told the host, they did not answer anymore. We had to fix the toilet ourselfes and make it work. The cleanliness in the apartment leaves much to be desired, almost non-existent.

• Sabina (10/5): Great spot! - Really nice apartment. Super area near river with large food court. Fun to see a new part of Lisbon. Huge indoor mall. Elevator, Underground parking. Getting and leaving the key was a little tricky.

• Unyime (8/5): This is a nice apartment suitable for a family trip, with easy access to downtown Lisbon - The location of the property is great, nice view of the Vasco Da Gama bridge, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the main metro station. The property is also secure and close to a good number of restaurants and a shopping mall. The included car parking was a huge bonus The bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable and the pillow was really flat not providing much neck support
• Kyle (10/5): It was cinema. - Great view of the surrounding area. A lot of amenities around. Good atmosphere. Would 100 recommend. The girl who owns it is very welcoming and very nice.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent, will be back - Located in the heart of Lisbon city and walkable to shop and train. The entrance has security and give you peace of mind especially as a mother There are bits and pieces that needed replacing but the property was informed and would do that
• Ana (6/5): Be careful, not to get scammed as we did, once you book you can´t cancel and they charge deposit - Good size and nice view, near bus stop They ask for an deposit check of 316 euros, however they kept 30 euros due to tax. The place is not well equiped for cooking, and they didn´t provide toaletries.
• Sam (7/5): Good - Property was incredibly clean, great rooms, spacious, and quiet Check in and communication with the host was difficult and took a while. There wasn't enough information about check in or check out. I also wish that we were given more than one key.
• Jonina (8/5): Very good - The flat is good with a wonderful view. But as my son says it lacks soul. We had good time in the sitting room looking at the view and the tv. There are many restaurants in this area It takes less than 10 min to walk to Vasco da Gama shopping center. I have been several times in Lisbon and I have always gone to the center. But now I did not do that. I decided this time to take a taxi and drive to the shopping malls, Amoreiras, Colombo and Ubboo. It does not cost much to take a taxi. The kitchen is nice and and in the sitting room you have a big tabel with chairs My son said that there was a nice walking path alongside the river. Thank you for your kindness, Kely.
• Nazeediya (9/5): Superb - Almost everything, the host is really nice, and care taker is helpful and friendly The bed covers are too old, the quilt has stains. The sofas are chipped off and the arm chair is broken in the sitting room. I have asked for a clean up and offered to pay, but arranging some one was difficult when we were in the flat. The maintenance is a must as it is a beautiful home in the best location.
