• Yulia (10/5): La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città - L’appartamento è molto comodo sia come la zona sia l’appartamento in sé. Abbiamo potuto raggiungere tutti punti di interesse a piedi (parco del Retiro, museo Prado e Reina Sofia, palazzo reale ed etc). Lo zona è piena di locali e ristoranti. Il supermercato è davanti alla casa. L’appartamento è situato al primo piano con ascensore. Adatto con bambini piccoli e grandi. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo con 2 bambini (quasi 2 e 9 anni). Lo staff sempre era molto disponibile

Appartment is well equiped, renovated and great value for money It is noisy, especially for the one sleeping in leaving room, almost every night something woke me up In cold day AC are not enough strong to heat up such a high ceeling apartment There were nothing as emergency like capsule of coffy, neither shower gel, also we got just one capsule for dishwasher dor 7 days stay, there were no back up bad sheets or towels neither for such a longer stay

• sara (9/5): Buen apartamento en pleno centro - El apartamento es amplio, muy luminoso y cómodo. Está amueblado muy bonito y funcional, sacando partido a cada espacio. Dotado de todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. A 2 minutos de Gran Vía andando. Quizás por poner un pero, he echado en falta un cepillo para poder barrer.

• Eduardo (10/5): Te lo recomiendo por calidad, ubicación, comodidades, comercio, precio, etc. - Nos estaba esperando Melissa, nos dio todas las indicaciones amablemente a pesar que llegamos tarde y luego nos dejó su contacto. El departamento está como recién remodelado, en excelente estado. Tiene un sistema muy cómodo de apertura de la puerta del edificio y del dpto. a través de teléfono móvil. Está habilitado con todo lo necesario y la ubicación en muy céntrica, con un supermercado al frente y a dos cuadras de Gran Vía. Es para llegar caminando a cualquier sitio de interés de Madrid. Lo recomiendo un 100% y volvería de nuevo. Y el aire acondicionado excelente para los 39 ° C que nos tocó ¡¡¡ Soy exigente, pero esta vez no tengo observaciones.

The hosts were great. Fully equipped if you want to self cater. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby. I noticed reviews about street noise. The apartment is in a very vibrant area so that's what happens. I travel with ear plugs so didn't hear anything. Highly recommended. Loved it all.

Easy to communicate with the person who manages the property. There can be a lot of outside noise - this is expected for area.

Building overall facilities and especially the corridors are very worn out and do not match the modernity of the apartment from the inside.
