The water in the shower was only cold. The location was bad because there was a traffic in the road where the hotel was and it was almost impossible to go anywhere from there

- Todd (7/5): Wonderful location for a base camp not to spend lots of time in - Wonderful location in Patong, staff were all very attentive and friendly, room had all your basic amenity needs. Air conditioner and wifi worked extremely well. Unfortunately I did get sick and spent more time in the hotel room than I would like. As a result of this I did find it slightly uncomfortable and un-ergonomic. The food/room service was also not of the greatest quality.

Room always clean and tidy. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all facilities and night markets. More varieties of food for breakfast. Repetitive menu.

- Trudy (4/5): Barramee Resortel. - The location. The pool. The price. Some staff were not very friendly or helpful. We moved from one room to another and had to wait over four hours. Just not acceptable. The two staff members did not offer any sort of compensation. The rooms are old and need upgrading. Windows are rusted open. The bugs fly in. And the AC runs continually cause hot air comes in.

- Enlow (8/5): Great location and value! - Check in process was easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and we each had 2 pillows which is a big deal for us. Shower pressure and hot water were great! Wifi worked flawlessly. If you have the opportunity to stay on a Sunday don't miss the afternoon BBQ by the pool with other hotel guests and lots of locals! Great food, great price and the owner, Michael is there to host the party! Nice daily breakfast buffet as well. Our balcony was really small, only enough room for one chair. Never had any issues with the hotel.

Couldn't fault the hotel most enjoyable. All I would say is the breakfast could have been a bit hotter but there wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Very nice when you get the additional attention even without asking for it. The room might be old but still very clean and tidy. The bar closes at 6pm but you have so many ones outside the hotel

Pool area is very relaxing and good for a change of scene away from the beach if you want that. Good wifi which consistently worked in the room. Location is good, very close the the beach and can walk to the main Bangla Road, if you want lively nightlife, in about 20 minutes. Everything you need is within walking distance including shops, cafe, restaurant, ATMs, tour guides, pharmacy and even laundry services. I extended my stay as it was great value for money and a comfortable base to explore Phuket. Breakfast wasn’t a great choice for a buffet. I would suggest sourcing your own, lots of nice cafes/restaurants about. Shower temperature inconsistent, often cold.
