• Kallos Tamás (7/5): - Great location. Cherry blossom street near. There was a washing machine. The bed wasn't really comfortable. Also, we didn't have space to store our clothes and stuff. The windows were matted, you couldn't see out and the house wasn't very bright.

• Reginald Andy (10/5): - It was a great place to stay and the staff although communication only via booking.com the always replied.. and besides that the room was great.. everything was clean and working.. and a bonus for me who is a runner is its close to the hanggang river so it was a great running course.. and for my wife who's a K-POP fans this apartment is actually located right in front of the YG office..😅 About 10mins walk to subway but bus station was 5mins walk .

• Chilà (10/5): - Appartamento molto grande, pulito ed accogliente. Vicino alla fermata metropolitana ed alla fermata del bus per andare all'aeroporto Icheon.
• María (4/5): El baño fue lo peor - Esta localizado relativamente cerca (10 minutos caminando) del metro de hapjeon y tiene en frente yg entertainment. El piso es un bajo al cual se accede bajando unos escalones que de noche estan muy oscuros. El baño no es como lo ponen en la foto ya que tienes que subir escalones y despues tienes el vater al fondo y al principio el lavamano y ducha. Ademas, sobretodo el baño estaba sucio, pero el resto de la casa tampoco se notaba muy limpia. Si te lo planteas como un sitio para dormir y no eres escrupuloso, puede pasar pero no es una estancia comoda. Para ocaciones futuras prefiero quedarme en algun lugar mas centrico donde pueda salir de noche sin preocuparme de si habra transporte publico para volver.

• Marine (8/5): Bon appartement proche du métro et d'Hongdae - L'emplacement est super. Juste à côté d'un coffee shop excellent (Alto), également en face d'une des plus grandes agences de KPop ! Et juste a 2 pas d'un super marché et d'une rue entière de restaurant sans compter le métro à 10 min à peine à pied. L'appartement avait également 2 vraies chambres avec 2 lits 2 places, la clim dans chaque chambre et même un lave linge dans l'appartement ce qui a été pratique pour nous. Un peu surprise du lavabo pas très bien fixé et qui fuit directement dans l'évacuation de la douche et les toilettes bougent également.

• Mariko (10/5): とても最高 - 2回目の宿泊です ロケーション○ 設備○ きれい○ とても過ごしやすいです。 ハプチョン駅から徒歩で10分以内 周りにはスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店、カフェ なんでも揃っています。 リムジンバスも近くに泊まるので、 荷物がたくさんでも行きやすいです。 主な地域が近いので、遊ぶのには困りません。 困ったことがあれば、ホストがすぐに 対応してくれます。 テレビもYouTubeやネトフリ、ディズニープラスなど 見られます。 家族連れにもぴったりです。 エレベーターはありませんが、 そこまで昇り降りは大変ではありません。 次回渡韓した時も泊まりたいです。 エレベーターがないので、不便かもしれないです。

• Sergey (10/5): An excellent choice for a family with children on a long trip - During the trip, we stayed at this place with our family twice, two adults and three children aged 17 and 14, as well as a child of 1 year and 10 months. In terms of price-quality ratio, the offer is simply excellent. Excellent room with three bedrooms, the cleanest bed linen and towels. Everything you need for living and even more is in the room, all the equipment works perfectly. Nearby is a large grocery store with several small ones, as well as the Napyeong subway station, next to which is a key bus station and a very convenient train connection to get to any point in Seoul. I highly recommend the traditional Korean barbecue nearby 돈미락숯불갈비, as well as croissants at 돈미락숯불갈비. Thank you for a great stay, dear owners of Artravel Hongdae. Sergey and his family. N/A

I and my family were happy to stay at your premises, it's comfortable, clean, quiet and everything that is needed is here. • Manfred (8/5): Very good - It is OK. Clean and close to some nice places or public transport. The 102 is a semi-basement, kind of rundown. Pipes of the bathroom sink must be repaired, water is leaking to the bathroom floor. Probably one warning about smoking penalties or and other applicable fines would be enough, multiple repetition makes the guest feeling threatened and uncomfortable.

Host was very responsive Not enough space and can get quiet cramped. We didn't have any place to put our luggage so it went in the hallway. Alot of taxi driver had trouble finding this apartment

• Norshakina (10/5): Aesthetic - Location is walkable to the train station and easy to find. Near a convenience store. House is very clean and aesthetic. Great place to stay for the 4 of us
• Cl (6/5): Good for what we needed, but could be improved for future guests. - The apartment was very clean and tidy, utensils and amenities like towels and shower products were provided. The staff were very kind and allowed us to leave luggage before check in, which made getting around Seoul much easier. There was a convenience store right around the corner, so getting food and drinks was quite quick. The tap was damaged (the base was loose after being partially repaired, so the tap itself moved around) and leaked from the base, there was a large dent in one of the bedroom doors, and the spaces were very cramped e.g. for showering or unpacking luggage. The lighting in the smaller bedroom was blindingly bright and white, so we were unable to use it, and because there were no smaller lamps, we had to use our phone torches. It was not clear during booking which apartment we would be given, so my expections were not entirely met after looking at pictures of the larger apartment and being given the smaller apartment.

• Kitchaphon (9/5): excellence, cozy and functional - the location is superb! it’s clean, functional and well equipped. the landlord is very fast in responding and helpful because we came quite earlier than the check in time but we can leave the luggage there before our check in time so it’s great. just a little bit of stairs. it’s a bit of hassle if you have a big luggage and the unit in the photo not match with the actual unit that I stayed but still nice and clean and lovely to live in.
