Hartmut (3/5): Als Erstversuch ausprobiert und nicht weiterzuempfehlen. - Die Lage zu unserer Baustelle. Längere Wartezeit zur Schlüsselübergabe. Räume im Kasernenstil ausgestattet. Keine Wohnlichkeit vorhanden. Möbel teilweise einfach und wackelig und halbfertig. Schwarzschimmel im Bad. Bei diesem Preis Leistungsverhältnis gibt es bessere Unterkünfte. Als Vermieter sollte man sich fragen, ob man selber in so einer Unterkunft länger wohnen wollte.

Olga (7/5): - Соотношение цена/качество. Большой номер. Достаточно чисто. Есть чайник, шампунь, мыло. Накурено в номере. Не понравился запах. Окна выходят на металобазу. Балкона в номере не было.

Pawlow (2/5): Diese Erfahrung möchte ich nicht noch mal erleben insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. - Als Monteurenzimmer okay aber auch nicht für das Geld. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht. Niemand ist erreichbar weder per Email , Booking.com Nachricht, Telefon noch direkt vor Ort. Auch die Immobilienverwaltung reagiert nicht. Auf unsere Rechnung warten wir schon über einen Monat. Wir haben eine Zusatznacht gebraucht. Dadrauf hin hat der Kollege, der dort für Reinigung zuständig war , gesagt eine Nacht okay für Zusatzleistung sofort in bar 150 € (3Zimmer)hat er verlangt und auch bekommen. Die Rechnung kommt über E-Mail so wurde uns das zugesagt. Das Zimmer selbst war okay entspricht aber eher einer Herberge oder Menteurunterkunft, haben aber schon viel schönere und gemütlichere Monteurunterkunfte erlebt. Die Dusche im Zimmer war defekt. Handbrause hat nicht funktioniert. Die Tische sind zu niedrig. Dadrauf kannst du nicht essen. In der Küche gibt es einen Waschbecken, aber kein Wasseranschluss. Die Betten sind für längere Aufenthalt ungeeignet für ein bis zwei Nächte okay. Durch die Lage im Gewerbe Industriegebiet gibt es zumindest ein Pluspunkt mehr. Schade es vor allem, dass viele Handwerker, Monteure oder Arbeiter die Wochen lang fern von ihrer Familie arbeiten. Häufig in solchen Unterkünften untergebracht werden müssen. Die harte Arbeit wird oft unterschätzt und müssen in Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten wohnen, die weder dem Aufwand noch den Bedingungen ihres täglichen Einsatzes gerecht werden. Gerade deshalb sollte die Unterkunft zumindest eine verlässliche Kommunikation bitten.

Charles (3/5): - No Breakfast available, No restaurant near by as well. Expected kingsize bed since I booked for 2 although I was alone. Surprised to see 2 separate cots that too light weight cots like the one we see in college hostels. Slight movement in sleep is enough to create sound becuase of light weight of the cots. I had asked for water heater for makinng coffee /tea. The kettle was very dirty. Staff is unable to speak English. Location was away from the town area. No restaurants nearby
Fazal Mohammad (3/5): Good location and value for money but be sure to send them to check whether your booking is going to be honored or not - Location, Value for money We booked 3 rooms. We did check-in of 2 rooms in the afternoon. And the other room at night. At the time of check in, they said that they have no rooms. I didnt have that type of experience anywhere. Dont know who is responsible hotel or booking.com. Its difficult when you come to hotel at night and they say like that.
