• Fanny (9/5): Un séjour parfait dans un appartement calme, confortable et idéalement situé. - Appartement superbement bien placé, il a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le quartier est tranquille et l’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure : il n’offre pas de vue particulière, mais garantit beaucoup de calme, ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres sont bien agencées, les lits confortables, et la salle de bain avec douche est propre et fonctionnelle. L’appartement est également bien équipé. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Luigi, malgré notre arrivée tardive due au retard de notre vol. Un grand merci à lui ;-). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter. RAS

По-друге, квартира перевершила наші очікування, в житті краще, ніж на фото. Дуже чиста, затишна, із зручними ліжками. Багато картин та різних дрібничок в інтер'єрі, які хочеться роздивлятися. Крім того, такі речі, як гігієнічні дрібнички, питна вода, різні види чаю, кави, печиво (навіть олія, спеції, сіль) - завжди додають комфорту у подорожі і є проявом справжньої турботи про гостей. Ми були приємно здивовані побачити залишену для нас пляшку шампанського, бо у чоловіка був день народження. Дуже вдале розташування- в самому центрі, але вікна виходять в тихий дворик, тому галасу з вулиць не чутно. Щиро рекомендую! Не зручні двері у ванній кімнаті- але то зовсім дрібниці.
• James (9/5): Location, location, location! - Truly a perfect tourism home base that is centrally located - almost all key attractions are within walking distance. Luigi is a wonderful host of this clean, basic apartment. We would definitely stay here again on future visits to Rome. The doors between all of the rooms do not provide much sound insulation, including the single shared bathroom. But this ended up not being much of an issue in any case.

The apartment felt authentically Italian, with a charming atmosphere that really added to the experience of staying in the heart of the city. The space was perfect for our group of five, there was more than enough room for everyone. The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped, which made our stay comfortable and relaxed, especially after long days of exploring. The location is another huge highlight. It’s incredibly close to literally everything in downtown, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. Being right in the middle of the city made sightseeing, restaurants, and evening strolls very easy and enjoyable. Luigi was also an excellent host. He was very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed, suggested great restaurants and also arranged our airport transfer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend Navona Apartment to anyone looking for a spacious, authentic place to stay in a perfect downtown location.

• Pompilio (10/5): Sentirsi a casa - Questo appartamento è una vera e propria favola ......zona perfetta,piena di locali ,osterie tipiche ,supermarket,negozi ,non occorre fare km perché si ha tutto a portata di mano ,10 passi da piazza Navona ,direi che è ideale soprattutto se come noi avevamo una sola mezza giornata per stare a Roma quindi senza fare lunghi tragitti avevamo tutto a portata di mano e in una zona super chic,un grazie anche all'accoglienza di luigi ,persona gentile e disponibile che ci ha accolto in modo solare e gentile ,infatti diciamo che grazie alla sua accoglienza si può dire che il buongiorno si vede dal mattino . .perché poi aperta la porta dell'appartamento è stato uno spettacolo entrare in questa location a cui non manca davvero nulla per sentirsi a casa .

• María (9/5): - La ubicación perfecta para visitar roma.las camas cómodas y la ropa limpia, pese a todos los inconvenientes de las instalaciones en realidad el apartamento cómodo para cuatro adultos. La limpieza del baño, lo encontramos sucio,como si alguien lo acabara de usar. Tuvimos que limpiarlo para poder usar.El polvo de muebles y suelo,como movieras algo encontrabas bolas de pelusas. Tenía una aspiradora ,pero estaba el depósito repleto de basura,yo recojo lo que ensució.. pero limpiar lo que dejan! La instalación de la luz ,salto la palanca a diario Y la instalación de la ducha del baño..pues para tirar, agua por todos lados menos por la alcachofa de ducha. En definitiva apartamento viejo pero muy bien situado. Espero que mi crítica sirva para corregir y que los próximos visitantes tengan una estancia memorable ..como la ciudad en la que se encuentra.

• Nava (10/5): דירה נוחה , במיקום מעולה. לחופשה ברומא - היינו במתכונת של סבא סבתא ונכד בן 18. הדירה מכילה חדר אחד עם מזגן, וכמובן שנתנו לנכד את החדר הזה. יש חדר נוסף, ללא מזגן. אבל עם חימום. ובו ישנו הסבא והסבתא. היינו באמצע נובמבר. כך שלא הפריע לנו שלא היה מזגן. אך נרא. שאם היינו בחודשי הקיץ ... היה מאד מפריע. ישהו חדר שלישי (הסלון) שיש בו שולחן גדול וכסאות ישיבה. שם ניתן היה לעבוד במחשב. לא אכלנו בדירה ולא השתמשנו במטבח שהיה מאובזר ביותר (מלבד קפה במכונה ). סהכ הדירה היתה מאד נוחה ומספקת לחופשה שלנו. לואיגי היה איתנו בקשר רצוף בווטסאפ. וזה היה מאד נוח. הכי הכי חשוב, זה המיקום המעולה של הדירה. בקטנה... היה לחץ מים נמוך במקלחת. דיווחנו ללואיגי , בתקווה שיתקן לנופשים הבאים

• David (10/5): LUGAR ENCANTADOR - El apartamento esta en una localizacion fantástica de Roma, cerca de todo. Apesar de estar en un lugar centrico, habia mucha tranquilidad. De noche toda la region se iluminava e era fantástica. muchos restaurantes por todos los lados y cerca. En el apartamento habia de todo, Luigi el anfitrion (nota 10) piensa en todo y no precisamos comprar practicamente nada. La maquina de lavar ropa ya tenia el jabon liquido, diversos tipos de cafe y te, una buena botella de vino blanco en la heladera. El bano muy bueno y el agua caliente muy buena. El wifi perfecto. Salimos en el horario pactuado y como viajabamos solo de noche, Luigi nos guardo las maletas en un lugar que tiene para ello. La proxima vez que vaya a Roma, no voy a perder tiempo buscando alojamentos, voy directo a lo de Luigi. TODO FUE PERFECTO

The host, Luigi, is very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and lacked nothing. There was nothing we didn’t like.
• Jared (8/5): Close to perfect, just needs some TLC. - Luigi was a great help and answered all questions and concerns quickly. Great location. Close to main bus routes. You can get anywhere with a 15-20 min walk. Beds were great. Air conditioning in the master bedroom was nice and it helped keep the temp down in rest of the house. Restaurants and shops everywhere around you. Shower didn’t drain well, but we just showered quickly before it got too high. One of the water cooling fans was broken. The other one that did work had a crack in it so only could fill the tank half way. We talked with Luigi and the cleaning service didn’t clean well so we had to clean dishes when we arrived.

Plenty of room within the apartment for a family of four. No built in aircon in the main living space and second bedroom. There was only a cooling fan.

• Kathy (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, only a couple blocks from Navonna Square, but also far enough away to avoid all the crowds and traffic. Luigi was an excellent host and checked in on us occasionally, called us cabs, and even took our day to the airport. The apartment is an older style home, but with all the amenities to live comfortably. We felt very safe and it was fun to feel like you were apart of this fun neighborhood. The television had a couple English speaking channels to catch up on the news from homeIt It rained a lot, but not Luigi's fault. He even had umbrellas for us.!

Not all taxis/Ubers will take all the way to the door because of the narrow streets but wasn’t that big of an issue to walk the one block from the drop off.

We managed to walk to all tourist locations. As the property sits to one side of the Piazza Navona, it is very central. Pantheon and Trevi fountain, around 5 minutes away; Colosseum 30 minutes, Vatican 30 minutes all walking distance. Host Luigi was always available for any questions and advice. Absolutely superb in every way. N/A

• Boriana (10/5): Can’t wait to come back to Navona Apartment - Fantastic property managed by the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful host. Luigi knows Rome and Italy in general. He helped us build our itinerary, made wonderful recommendations that optimized our time in Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, modern and safe. It is a few short minutes from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and all the major attractions. We walked to the Vatican, Spanish steps and the Colosseum. There are many good restaurants and gelato shops nearby. Everything was perfect!

We arrived quite late on - Absolutely everything homely feel, exceptionally comfortable and within close walking proximity to most attractions. Came with our 3 children nothing more we could have asked for. PERFECT! Nothing the apartment was perfect!
• James (10/5): Great place in the heart of Rome - We had a problem with our flight home and had to book an extra day in Rome from the airport at 6 am, Luigi immediately replied to us and kindly allowed us to do an extra early check in and meet us there. There apartment is great, very spacious, extra clean and very quiet, with everything you may need during your stay. The location is also the best, there's so many restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafes a few steps from the apartment, you can walk to all mayor attractions or use the public transportation with no problem. We highly recommend Luigi's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the center of Rome. Absolutely nothing
• Ayse (10/5): Exceptional - Such a wonderful and peaceful stay after our 1st horrible night in Rome... Luigi saved our stay and made it perfect. As we booked last minute he allowed us (me, my husband and one friend) an exceptionnal early check in understanding how we were tired due to our 1st apt booked from another host which wasn't helpful the night before. It was so good to meet Luigi after a non sleeping night and discover this nice apartment in the middle of a lively very good neighborhood but it the meantime very calm for sleeping. Luigi thoughts about everything in the flat even an Alexa :D (a technologic AI gadget that I didn't know but you just talk with her and she open musics etc, very cool I will certainly buy one now I am addicted :)) For our next Rome stay it is for sure we will stay again at Luigi' place and nowhere else! Also I will recommend his flat to all my friends over the world :) Thanks again for everything Luigi hope to see U in the future soon :)
• Ioana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a pleasant stay in Luigi's apartment. The location is perfect, 15-20 minutes' walk from the sights of the city and 2 steps from Navona square. We also walked to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The apartment is clean, well-kept and has all the necessary facilities. It is located on the 1st floor but also has an elevator. The host is very kind, he even brought us toys for our baby. We recommend it!
• William (10/5): A great base for four overwhelming days in Roma. - Big enough to hold our family of five, cozy enough to quickly feel like home. Loved the big, strong dining table--at which we had breakfast every morning before venturing out into the maelstrom of Roma--and the stylish and functional kitchen. All beds were very comfortable. The lodging's location felt more perfect with each passing day: every place we wanted to visit was either within walking distance or at most a short Uber ride. Our host, Luigi, was exceptional: always available and always eager to help. In sum, Navona Apartment served as a perfect base for us to experience the overwhelming richness of the great city of Roma. Nothing.

• Ellen (10/5): Perfect home in the heart of Rome - The property is in the best location, it's extremely central and for where it's located it's very quiet and peaceful. The property is larger than it appears in photo's, it's the perfect place to come home to. Even better, is how lovely and accommodating the host is. Luigi went above and beyond for our trip, we can't thank him enough. Would gladly stay again next time we're in Rome. Everything was great!

Beds were comfortable, kitchen facilities good and the property was very clean. We loved the location, busy outside but quiet inside. We also loved the lady next door playing the piano in the late afternoon. Bathroom a tight squeeze. But very clean and nice toiletries.

• Natalie (10/5): Book this amazing apartment for a perfect location and an even better host! - Perfect 💯 Luigi our host is amazing 🤩 He came to find us when we were lost to help us check in. He thoroughly went through the apartment to explain how it all works, gave us recommendations for dinner, notified us of all local attractions in the area plus supermarket etc and how to get there. He then walked us to the taxi rank and booked someone for us so we could reach our tour on time!! The apartment has everything we needed and in a great location. Do yourself a favor and book this property if you're looking for a central location with plenty of options for dinner, drinks and shopping. And book it to meet a truly great host in Luigi 🙏 Nothing
