• Vuyisile (6/5): - The place was clean and the staff is friendly I for got my bag at uber driver it has key of the room I had to pay 850 because the Uber driver didn't bring my staff immediately after the driver called I called the receptionist said I must bring the key before 6 I will be refunded but there didn't refund me and didn't buy new key as the said the room was booked with same key I think the manager took my money for her own needs I will never go back there I rather sleep at the brdge😥😥😥😥 no bar fridge or tap u have to drink bathroom water I ahd to take mykey lock seens I paid for it

• Tshepo (1/5): Swapping the rooms - The place is beautiful, I really got very very angry, we the fact that I booked early on time, and chose the room i wanted, I booked the family room with bath inside the room, I did make the staff aware that, I gonna come and check k in late. When I get to there, I was told that they have given my room to someone else, and they gonna check me in to a room with bathroom across the hallway. And it was in the middle of the night, I didn't even alternatives, it was extremely silly, and disrespectful to swap the rooms

• Thavy (10/5): Incredible time, felt like home with such caring and kind people. - I was extremely impressed with the staff and the hospitality that they showed me. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable, it felt like home away from home. If I need to go back to Jhb, I'll definitely go back there. Figile, Sanele and Patience were incredible. They were so caring and compassionate towards me. Thank you guys. Keep up the excellent service. 🥰 May a small bar fridge and small microwave in the room would have been an advantage.

• JOSEPH (8/5): The place is neat but need more TV stations, need enough Sugar in a container. - We have different reasons for traveling but at no time can someone says he or she doesn't want to watch news. For that reason Ecotel have to install TV with dish capacity so that we can watch just SABC 1,2,3 not only E tv It doesn't make sense for a customer to like me to suffer by getting a common SUGAR. Such a product must NOT be restricted to extend that I have to buy my own sugar I was abandoned just because I was asking for sugar to drink Tea.

Really, we didn't understand why this supervisor asked us instead of asking the receptionist. We didn't sleep well because of her . She keeps knocking, making sure we open for her until we open the door for her.
