• Tarik Lyoussoufi (9/5): Estancia ejemplar en Nis. - Apartamento nuevo, muy bonito. Te sientes como en tu propia casa. No le falta ningún detalle y está exquisitamente decorado. Ivan el hermano del dueño nos atendió cordialmente y nos explicó todo lo que hacía falta, incluso nos facilitó su número de teléfono para contactarle si necesitábamos algo. Ubicación buena, con mucho sitio para aparcar. Sitios de comida y tiendas cerca. Todo estuvo perfecto. Recomendable.

• Zeljka (10/5): Žeki i Nadalina - Ono što je na slikama još lepše je uživo. Volim kad odem negde i osećam se kao kod kuće zato što imate sve na raspolaganju. Ništa ne fali. Iako smo odabrali apartman koji nije u centru i okrenut je ka prometnoj ulici, buke nema, centar je blizu, autobuska stanica ako vam treba na 2 min, nešto brzinski da se pojede - preko puta, pošta - preko puta, ne daj Bože doktor - preko puta.......čist i lepo uređen apartman koji odiše toplinom. Čak smo imali i malo znak dobrodošlice - rakija 🫣, slatkiši.... Za svaku preporuku. Za nas je bilo savršeno. /

• Vesna (10/5): - Comforan apartman, cistoca na najvisem nivou! Parkiranje auto bez problema odma ispred stana. Domacin dostupan u svako vreme! Zaista bih rado preporucila smestaj drugima, a kad idem ponovo u Nish opet bi potrazila rezervaciju u Nomad apartman.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great!!! - First of all. Great hosts, sparkly clean and beutiful appartment with great beds, rakia, coffee, water in the fridge. Everything to make you feel welocme. After a long journey it was a great rest. Beautiful experience.

Interior designer apartment, fully equipped kitchen, nice Ikea-like decorations, candles, wine bottle opener and tiny details that I love to find when I book aparthotels. The place feels so cozy and modern, at the same time. Lazar, the host, was very welcoming too. Rachia is very nice :) very spacious, bakery nearby, parking on the street, 10 m away. In the Chinatown area. Perfect for short or long term stays. Pet friendly! 🐶 Fast wi-fi! Super clean. White and bright. Living room + bedroom + kitchen + hall + bathroom. 1st floor.

• Gavrilo (10/5): Zgodno prenociste u Nisu - Moderno opremljen apartman, cist i dovoljno prostran. Domacini su ljubazni i lako smo se sporazumeli oko svega. Sporadicni zvuk koji je dopirao kroz krovni prozor (da li od nekog klima uredjaja) je pomalo remetio mir i tisinu.

Free parking space is available nearby, which is a great plus for the central area of Nish. The hosts are very friendly and gave us warm welcome with homemade brandy, coffee, candies. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The modern design of the apartment made us feel right at home, and the amenities were simply top-notch. Everything we could have possibly needed was available to us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. What truly made this experience stand out was our host. Not only was he the most helpful, kind, and attentive host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, but he also went above and beyond from the very beginning. He greeted us early in the morning upon arrival and even carried our luggage to the apartment, which we appreciated so much after our long journey. Throughout our stay, he was always available to help us with anything we needed and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local cafés and restaurants. His tips made our experience in Niš even more special! No request was too much for him, and he ensured we had the best stay possible. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better host! If you're ever in Niš, do yourself a favor and book this place. It's an absolute gem, and you'll be in the best hands. We can't recommend it enough!

The property is fantastic, very clean and comfortable, location is also fine. There is no elevator, keep that on mind, so if you have a lot of bags you'll need help. But also for that, Lazar is going beyond his way to help.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean, and in a pretty decent location where you can easily find accessible parking. The apartment itself is very clean, and it has all of the home appliances. Everything in the apartment is new, there's an amazing flat-screen TV with free Netflix. The host is a wonderful young man who is willing to help you out with anything that you need. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I will definitely visit agian.

Kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I think it is the best thing in Nis. And homemade raki is very tasty!
