- Andrea (8/5): Doporučumeme - Lokalita byla výborná, blízko městských lázní, obchodu a zároveň v klidné části. Navíc báječný výhled z terasy. Majitel byl velice příjemný, komunikace promptní a celkově zanechal pozitivní pocity.

Vřele doporučuji Některé vybavení je starší a ne v příliš adekvátním stavu, například poškrábaná teflonová panev. V koupelně nám také zůstávala v ruce klika

Potřebovalo by trochu investic - prkenná podlaha terasy je značně rozvolněná, vodovodní baterie byla vyměněna v průběhu našeho pobytu, protože přestala fungovat, skříň pro vestavěnou lednici byla zřejmě dělaná pro jiný model a s aktuálním skřípe prsty...
