- daniel (9/5): Locatia si comunicarea cu gazda au fost super ok. - Totul ok , acces facil , toate informatiile cerute au avut o finalitate rapida . Locatia f curata , cu parcare proprie, ceea ce e un mare avantaj. Nu din vina gazdei , insa trebuie remediata problema care apare din cauza unui miros intepator la baie . ar trebui luata legatura cu cei care administreaza lucrarile la intretinerea in conditii optime a imobilului . - Pădurean (8/5): A fost un sejur confortabil si modern. - Mi-a placut ca e frumos amenajata, a fost curat cand am ajuns (intr-adevar am ajuns mai greu la camera fiind atatea usi - parca eram intr-un labirint de la -3 pana la etajul 2), mobilierul si toate cele pareau ca noi, confort sporit Nu mi-a placut ca a existat un miros ciudat la baie, un fel de miros de canalizare parca si ventilatorul nu putea sa elimine mirosul. Nu mi-a placut ca nu am avut suficiente instrumente de gatit. Intr-adevar poate nu s-a gandit nimeni inainte ca voi veni eu sa fac clatite si paste. Lipsesc: o oala de fiert, bol mare, tel, polonic, strecuratoare si capac, dar si o tava. (Poate am avut eu asteptari prea mari - fun fact, sa stiti ca ne-am descurcat si cu ce am avut la dispozitie, am improvizat si a fost ok:)))))

- Daniel (1/5): - Priveliștea Am luat greu contact cu gazda.Lenjeriile neschimbate, Baia murdara cu urme de folosire toaleta, prosoapele si pernele miroseau groaznic. Nu recomand nimănui.
- Andrei (9/5): - Camera curată, frumos amenajată si luminoasă. Instrucțiunile de check-in au fost clare si ușor de urmat. Personalul ne-a stat la dispoziție, a fost ușor de contactat si a raspuns rapid. Parcarea este la subsol, iar spatiul este foarte strâmt. Vecinii au ascultat muzică la volum ridicat până noaptea tarziu, iar izolarea fonică intre apartamentele din bloc nu e foarte bună.

- Sgondea (6/5): Pleasent but could have been better - The apartment was well located for my needs and well equipped for a short stay. The floors were quite dirty — my white socks quickly showed it — and there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Also, the printed information in the apartment mentioned a 50 lei fee for late check-out, but the host asked for 100 lei when I called, so I chose to leave at the regular time.

- Alexandra (7/5): Studioul e drăguț, dar lipsa totală de profesionalism și respect din partea gazdei face ca această cazare să nu merite s - Studioul în sine a fost drăguț– curat, decorat cu bun gust, dotări moderne și o locație decentă. Din punct de vedere al confortului, nimic de reproșat. Am rezervat un apartament la Tower Apartments Cluj-Napoca atrași de prezentarea de pe Booking, unde apărea o poză cu un bloc turn și era menționat că locația oferă „priveliște”. În realitate, am primit un apartament la etajul 2… După rezervare, am sunat la numărul de contact ca să întreb de ce am primit o cameră atât de jos. Persoana care răspunde de apartamente a fost extrem de neprofesionistă – mi-a spus că este vina mea că nu am căutat pe Google până la ce etaj au ei disponibile apartamente. A susținut că informația apare în anunțul de pe Booking, dar i-am trimis capturi de ecran unde se vede clar că NU este specificat nicăieri acest lucru. Când am sugerat să mă ajute cu un apartament la un etaj superior, dacă are disponibilitate, mi-a spus că nu poate face nimic și că trebuie să contactez Booking. A închis telefonul în nas, fără niciun pic de respect sau dorință de a găsi o soluție. Tower Apartments oferă o experiență total diferită față de cea promisă în anunț și dau dovadă de o atitudine agresivă și lipsită de responsabilitate. Nu recomand sub nicio formă – lipsă de transparență, lipsă de profesionalism și zero respect pentru client. Este păcat, pentru că studioul ar avea potențial. Dar atitudinea lipsită de respect și de asumare strică întreaga experiență.
