- Mamta (1/5): Bad - the location and property was not as it was shown in photos. No adequate staff and cleanliness. Property name is different from the name as given in advertisement. Problem of flying insects at night. The condition of Rooms does not match the room tariff and does not deserve the highly charged tariffs.

Only 01 staff member was doing all work (like cooking food , room cleaning & room service ). Food quality was also very poor. Always called 4-5 times to hotel manager for getting single basic amenities,very disappointed with this hotel

- Febin (10/5): Exceptional - Its a wonderful resort. Just a walk away from the beach. Wonderful and warm experience. Staff were very attentive in taking care of every minute thing. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Nothing to complain
- Ashvinkumar (3/5): Poor - Almost nothing. The uncle (room boy) was helpful. Almost everything. Debit/credit card were not accepted. No towel instead a thin cloth. No regular hot water. No lift. Staff at the reception is not trained properly. No blankets.

Revi staff was very helpful in bringing luggage’s up and down . He sprayed hit when we complained about the ants 🐜. Beach is walkable and lot of massage centers around the place . Ants are an issue. Food is very average . We got appam , chutney , sambar . Milk and tea was very watery .

- Aboli (7/5): Good - The rooms are spacious and clean, and the toilet bathroom is also very clean. The breakfast and tea provided was excellent, staff is so helpful. No lift but they will help you with baggage, no phone provided to call reception.

I had traditional breakfast which was very new for me but also very good. I enjoyed it. Grove beach is more beautiful than Kovalam beach. Thanks to all…. - Dgupta (8/5): Very good - Calm and quiet atmosphere. The manager was smiling and helpfull. Breakfast and coffee served by the cook Ravi Chandran was superb. Ravi was ever smiling and always at service. The hotel compound is a bit untidy and having weeds. There is ample scope for garden and beautification. Also the rooms should be cleaned regularly since during my stay I didn't find any cleaning staff.
