- Steven (10/5): Easy and joyful experience. - We were visiting family in the area and this provided a clean, comfortable and joyful spot to stay. Yes, it is small but that was expected. They have used the space wisely and it has all the small appointments that made the stay pleasant. Such an easy and positive experience! Nothing.

Lovely place and lovely people who have put a lot of thought & effort in - It’s very well thought through, lovely finish If I’m being REALLY picky, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfy but for a day or two was absolutely fine! :) still would stay again

- Holt (10/5): Beautiful stay at the Shetland Retreat 🐴🐴 - This beautiful property was great for our family getaway. We loved meeting the Shetland ponies and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the outdoor area. The property is exactly as described and photographed. Great location for visiting Paultons park, Bournemouth, Moors valley park and exploring the New Forest. Great host. We will certainly be staying here again. Nothing- we loved our stay at Shetland Retreat.

- Bradley (10/5): A fun trip for our little family - Accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped for a weekend vacation. My toddler loved the ponies and the open grass space out the front. We even cooked a bbq and toasted marshmallows on the fire. Thanks Jenna for your hospitality, we shall come back one day! It got warm one night so we used the fan, which was quite ferocious, even on the lowest setting.

- Leanne (10/5): Couldn’t recommend this more, we will definatly come again - My partner and I stayed at the Shetland retreat with our small dog and couldn’t recommend it more. Jenna was an amazing host, the retreat/shepherds hut was done up beautifully and was spotless and easy to keep clean with our dog and was In a perfect location to drive to the pub, go on hikes through the New Forrest and go to the beach. The fire pit was a really nice touch as well, if you wanted to sit out in the little garden. It was easy to get hold of a local taxi as well.
