• Jeroen (9/5): Midden in het stadje is het goed toeven. - Voor het inchecken hadden we aangegeven hoe laat we bij het huisje zouden zijn en Marcus was er toen ook. Hij was heel behulpzaam: hij nam de koffer van mijn vrouw over alle treden naar boven. In het huisje had hij informatie over restaurants in de buurt. Het zijn inderdaad heel veel treden naar het huisje, maar daarvoor word je beloond met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het balkon is klein, maar ruim genoeg om met twee personen te zitten. Hoewel in het centrum van Gythio is het erg rustig. Er is ’s morgens zon op het balkon. Het huisje is vrij recent gerenoveerd. Goede badkamer en keuken. En genoeg glaswerk, servies en pannen e.d. Van de foto’s en beschrijvingen wisten we, dat het plafond van de slaapkamer laag was. Het was echter nog lager dan we dachten; je kunt er eigenlijk niet rechtop staan. Hoewel wij beiden niet erg lang zijn, was het toch iedere keer goed bukken in verband met de geringe hoogte op de vide / slaapkamer. Een wasmachine had het ideaal gemaakt voor 6 dagen. Maar dat wisten we van tevoren.

• ORSALIA (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η εικόνα του καταλύματος αντιστοιχεί απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες που παρουσιάζονται. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο μοναδική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

• Nina (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Die geräumige Wohnung ist in einem neu gebauten kleinen Haus in einer der typischen verwinkelten Gassen. Es liegt etwas oberhalb des zentralen Platzes (viele Parkplätze). Marcus - der deutsche Vermieter und Bauherr - hat uns geholfen, unsere Koffer hochzutragen. Dafür war ich sehr dankbar. Vom Parkplatz aus waren es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Handwerklich ist alles supersolide gemacht, es war blitzblank und die Einrichtung fand ich sehr nett. Das Bad ist außergewöhnlich komfortabel und die "Regenwalddusche" war super. Vom dem kleinen Balkon aus hat man einen weiten Blick über die Bucht und kann in der Ferne sogar das Schiffswrack sehen. Das Bett ist sehr groß und bequem. Allerdings ist das Bett, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, auf einem Plateau unter dem Dach. Man kann dort nicht stehen und das Plateau ist nach vorn offen. Das war für mich in den ersten Nächten etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Witzig fand ich aber, dass man vom Bett aus beobachten kann, was auf dem Platz los ist.

• Michaela (10/5): - Das Townhouse ist super schön , gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. In der Küche sind sämtliche Geräte für Kaffee , Toaster, Sandwichtoaster, Milchaufschäumer und Geschirrspüler. Vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Gastgebern war super gut.

• Δάφνη (7/5): - Βολική τοποθεσία για τις εξόδους μας, πολλές παροχές στο κατάλυμα και πολύ καθαρό. Δεν αναφέρονταν πουθενά η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα με σκάλες, κάτι το οποίο θα ταλαιπωρήσει οικογένειες με παιδιά ή με σκυλιά όπως εμείς.
• Gillian (10/5): Gythio Townhouse - The furnishings were amazing, and attention to detail was on point. The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped. Very comfortable bed and two aircons. Fabulous views of the harbour. There were a lot of steps up to the property. However, as Gythio is on a cliff, this is the case with most properties. For us, this added to the charm. Marcus, the host, was very easy to talk with and answered msg's promptly. There were lots of little extras in the townhouse. My husband appreciated the bottle of wine. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Huge plus was the central location, and the quietness There was nothing to dislike

Two bathrooms. A chic balcony with a view of the sea and the city. The owners are very nice people. The house has a very delicious orange marmalade of its own production)
• Santiago_gre (9/5): Spectacular view in the center of the town - Very cozy apartment located in the most picturesque side of town. The balcony offers a spectacular view of Gythio. I really enjoyed the afternoon hours. The apartment is well equipped and you won't miss anything. The building is an old, rebuilt traditional house. Marcus, the landlord, is a very kind and helpful person. He and his family made this beautiful house from scratch and kept the traditional character of the region. Congrats! It would be nice if possible to put an umbrella on the balcony to enjoy the morning coffee when the sun is up. Either way it was delightful.
