• Maialen (5/5): - Que en cuestión de ni 10 minutos se acabó el agua caliente y el olor del alojamiento era desagradable, respecto a la zona del alojamiento no es recomendable salir por la noche
• Claudia Marcela (4/5): No volvería a ese lugar, sus anfitriones correctos, pero no es para alojarse en ese sitio, muy inseguro - La puerta de entrada siempre está abierta, pocos la cierran bien , el barrio no es seguro para una mujer sola . Debía volver temprano ya que no me sentía segura ahí . Dentro de todo está habitable

• Mirtha (7/5): Ha sido una estancia bastante mala, pero una gran parte de ellos se debió a la alerta por calor. - El piso estaba bien equipado, no hemos tenido ningún problema, incluso usándolo mas de lo que hubiera querido, debido a la alerta por calor. la ubicación. En los alrededores cercanos no había ningún sitio para desayunar o comer con comida española. En principio el entorno nos causó mucha inquietud, pero tengo que reconocer que a pesar de ello, nadie se ha metido con nosotros y al pasar los días, ya nos sentíamos mas seguros.
• Helene (6/5): - Très bien placé,métro à moins de 5 minutes. Emplacement calme,très très peu de bruit, on entend pas du tout la rue. Literie très confortable Studio très très humide,les fenêtres ruissellent jusque sur le sol. Aucune luminosité, nécessité d'allumer en pleine journée
• Rubio Lore (1/5): Pésimo - No me gustó absolutamente nada ,lo único que tras cancelar en el mismo momento de ver las instalaciones la propietaria accedió hacerla de forma gratuita y se me devolvió lo pagado íntegramente ,bueno excepto la comisión de Booking Paredes con humedades ,esporas y verdín en el interior de la "vivienda" ventanas sin cortinas ,con unas persianas venecianas de finas lamas ,aparcaban las bicis en la misma ventana , falta de intimidad ,ninguna , inseguridad total por la zona y además el portal estaba averiado y se abría la puerta sin que hubiese que activar la apertura eléctrica.
• Sérgio (4/5): - A localização é perto das zonas dos museus, praça de Espanha e praça mayor Encontrei alguns cabelos nas almofadas, muita humidade nas janelas e porta, persianas que se podem abrir por fora (teoricamente qualquer pessoa podia abrir aquilo e ver para dentro do quarto) e a torneira da cozinha estava totalmente entupida

Todo tal cual lo acordado - El piso tiene todas las comodidades y esta excelentemente ubicado a cuadras de la estacion lavapies, y a una estacion de la plaza mayor de Madrid (estacion sol). Baño totalmente equipo, equipo de aire funciona perfecto, cama muy comoda. Al llegar un poco chocante, dado que es un barrio multicultural, pero cada quien esta en sus cosas y no hay ningun problema. Por otro lado hay una oferta gastronomica por la zona que es buenisimo.
• Federica (8/5): Location wins! - Apartment is quite and safe even if neighbourood at first sight may give different impression. Apartment has everything needed for a 3 days stay. Location is the best part, everything reachable by walking and easy airport connection via metro. Little details missing (like hooks for towels in the bathroom) but just saying for writing something in this section :)
• Antonio Álvarez (5/5): Bien ubicado, hay muy poco sitio, en las fotos parece más espacioso, solo para dormir - La Ubicación Hay muy poco espacio, solo se puede usar este apartamento para dormir, está ubicado en un bajo con un patio interior, si abres las cortinas te ven desde fuera, siempre hay gente fuera.
• Sofija (6/5): - For the money we paid it was alright. The apartment was clean. The geographical location was great (5min walk from city centre). The bed was fine and the bathroom was also pretty solid. Even tho it was clean you could realy smell the chemicals that were used for cleaning. And i mean it didnt go away for like three days. The apartment is pretty small but thats not the biggest issue. Neighbours are noisy and dont respect the curfew. The host doesnt speak english, and the communication on booking was pretty bad. Sometimes we didnt get an answer to our messages for weeks. The apartment is also a bit humid inside.

• Glenda (10/5): Comfortable and affordable - I liked the size overall. It wasn’t large but good enough for the 2 of us. I also liked that it had a washing machine. There was a place right outside the flat to hang laundry that was in the sunlight for fast drying. The shower also had great water pressure which we loved. It was also easy to walk to the train and straight to sol or the Latin quarter among other popular areas. Loved Pum Pum Cafe, Bar el Jamon and the Senegalese shisha joint next door to that near our place. Nothing really

As other guests pointed out, the studio is very small and extremely humid. In the morning the door and the windows were wet.

Value for money is amazing for Madrid… Nothing! anyone who was complaining is a spoiled child - for this price you could only get hostel or a room with shared bathroom and facilities…if you wanted something more fancy that you should have spent more money ;))) For us it was amazing value and location was perfect, near to 24h carrefour!
