• Louis Lindsay (8/5): - It would be nice if the place could provide some means to store our luggages before check-in. We arrived in Athens at 6:30 am and had to stroll around with our luggages. We were exhausted and decided to wait outside the apartment building one hour before check-in, which the owners were not happy about and said they now had to file a police report because we were waiting in front of the building.

• Alexandre (9/5): Pour une nuit. - L’appartement est propre et proche du centre et du métro allant à l’aéroport. On est au calme. Le lit est confortable. Pas de support pour le pommeau de douche. L’absence de lumière naturelle.
• Kamila (1/5): I advise against using this property for any business-related stays. - I do not recommend Palace Apartment for business travel. Firstly, I encountered a serious issue when the owner refused to issue an invoice in my company’s name, despite my request being made three weeks prior to arrival. When the invoice was eventually issued, it was split into two receipts and did not reflect the full amount I had paid. Both I and the booking platform requested a corrected invoice in accordance with legal requirements, but the owner failed to respond. Instead of resolving the matter, he contacted my company to complain about my request. When I followed up again, he stated that he only issues invoices for the amount he personally receives and suggested I contact booking.com for the rest. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises legal concerns. I strongly advise against using this property for any business-related stays.

• George (10/5): Had a great stay! - The apartment was in an excellent and safe neighborhood. You were near a lot of beautiful streets and places of Athens and also to a metro station. Now on the inside, the apartment was fantastic. Everything was clean, you could tell it even from the smell. From the towels to the sheets of the bed. Modern design, good internet and also it had most of the things you will need (shampoo, iron, coffee etc.). The most important thing for me was that it had a looot of towels. I stayed 3 days and I didn't had to use the same towel again and again,like in other apartments! Finally, the owner was kind and answered the phone directly whenever i needed something.I would definitely choose it again! The hot water in the shower didn't last for a lot of time. It's duration was adequate but not plenty. Maybe it's getting heated through the sun and not natural gas?

• Erika (10/5): Nice location - This is a very nice room with a little kitchen. The apartment is quite and the bed was comfortable. The location is really good. Walk distance from main attractions and from the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. It is also near a metro station. As a woman traveling alone I particularly liked the location, I was comfortable to walk at night alone in that area. The host were also nice and easy to reach.

• Marina (10/5): Wonderfully clean, elegant and convenient apartment. - Location was incredibly convenient. Great neighbourhood, particularly as it's close to the prime minister and president residences- lots of police and security around. Close to Syntagma, Kolonaki and the shopping district of Ermou and Monastiraki. Clean and elegant minimalist style. Amazing marble floors! We would have liked a hook/rack in the bathroom for towels and a wall attachment for the hand held shower. A few basic supplies of coffee/tea and sugar would have been nice as there was a lovely coffee machine and it is sometimes hard to get supplies when there for only a couple of days.
• Ypatios (1/5): Bed had Bed Bugs! - Cleanliness was a serious issue. Bed had bed bugs! I found out in the last night of my stay and I was left with multiple bites all over my body.
