• Jasmin (4/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! Verwohnt, alt und dreckig - Die Lage ist Strand und Zentrumsnah. Schöne gepflegte Garten- und Poolanlage. Der Bungalow ist extrem verlebt und war unsauber. Es kam braunes Wasser aus dem Hahn. Es gab keine Klimaanlage oder Deckenventilator. Die Ausstattung der Terrasse war unbequem und die Plastikstühle waren bei der Hitze nicht nutzbar. Die Glasschiebetür zur Terrasse konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. In der Küche waren noch die Reste vom Vorgänger an dem Fliesenspiegel. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub in Playa del Ingles verbringen möchte, sollte nach einer anderen Unterkunft Ausschau halten !
• Eduardo (10/5): Convenient location and simple straightforward property. - Lovely little place with great little swimming pool and conveniently located within yards of shopping facilities and transport as well as the Dunes and short walk from the beach. Wasn't very clear to me how I had to collect the keys when I got there and it was just sods law that my telephone started playing up as I tried to call . I fortunately had not deleted the email. I also think that they could be a little bit more security around the back leading onto the promenade

• Siobhan (7/5): It is a perfect location. Could be a lot nicer if it got a little attention. - Location was great pool area very nice Apartment was not very clean. With a small effort it could be smartened up with a deep clean and a lick of paint and some new bed linen and towels.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location next to the dune and promenade,also easy access to it close to city shopping center also clubs and bars , I think there should be more kitchen equipment , pots and better frying pan

• Jamie (7/5): Great location but no air con - Close proximity to the beach and other locations. Lovely pool and terrace. Friendly owner and with clear and concise instructions when there. There was no air con, due to the heat outside and the fridge also running the whole bungalow got hot to an uncomfortable level so I barely slept. The parasol needs replacing due to a broken bar on it, the back sliding door was a pain and there was so many keys to get into the place through the caged doors. To open the door onto the balcony I had to put my arm outside of the caged door then get the key into the lock to open.

• Rita (10/5): Just so peaceful yet close enough to everything. - Host was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable of the area. Fantastic location, the gardens lead straight onto the beach and the other entrance is 2 mins to the Cita centre and bus stop.

• Samantha (8/5): Excellent location , studio flat with all you need for a relaxing holiday - The location was excellent right out the back gate and you were on the sand dunes . Naturist beach to the right and textile to the left. Outside the front gate and a few minutes walk was the shopping centre with supermarkets bakeries and restaurants , something for all Would definitely stay again and great host Great bus service just outside that took you all round the island as well as the airport. Just looking a bit tired looking in places but I would still go back as it's more cosmetic than an issue.

• Wayne (6/5): Pleasant stay in a great location. - Best possible location in Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles - you can walk barefoot to the dunes, just a few minutes walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bungalow is a beatiful space in a nice complex with quiet people and a pool, but it is in dire need of renovations and major updates (doors, kitchen, bathroom, floor). Owners of all the other neighboring bungalows have made these renovations - we looked at several of them while visiting.

• Adrian (3/5): Poor - The location is superb and the host super friendly and helpful. The appartment was well equipped and clean, but there was an awful smell all over it, from the bedlinen to the curtains. I have no idea, how it could get a rating of about 9. I cannot recommend staying longer than a night and I would proceed with care regarding unwanted insects in your stuff. Cheers.
• Jamie (9/5): Amazing location, quiet comfortable bungalow, perfect. - The location of the bungalow is amazing, the back door opens directly on to the beach promenade, right by the beach of Playa del Ingles and the Dunes of Maspalomas. The front door is on a very quiet road and it's literally a couple minutes walk to the shopping centre, supermarkets and restaurants. The bungalow is not posh by any means but it suited me perfectly, had everything I needed, was very clean, very comfortable, quiet, just perfect. It shares a complex with several other bungalows but it's quiet and peaceful at all times of day and night. The gardens are kept green and tidy. The pool is well kept and rarely in use, lovely. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and responded to my questions immediately every time. It is amazing value for money and I will definitely be staying here again. I was very sad to leave. There was nothing that I didn't like.
