• Serge (8/5): Séjour agréable au calme. Vue au top. - Etablissement propre et avec du charme, personnel attentif. La vue de l'établissement est un point fort. Situé à quelques kilomètre du centre, l'endroit est calme et constitue un point de départ idéal pour les balades dans les forêts de cèdre aux alentours. Le petit déjeuné est quelque peu limité et la piscine était trouble.

No A/ C in the rooms or even a Fan the weather in Azrou region during summer is very Hot . They have to take in consideration that fact. No wifi in the rooms . The location , the staff .

• Med (7/5): Good for couple and younger families - Very clean, hotel, reception staff is amicable and helpful, with very good advice and the quality of food is decent to good especially when it comes to moroccan dishes, one of the two room booked had a very beautiful view. The location is perfect between Azrou and Ifrane, if you feel adventurous you can take on the path to Ras El Ma. They have also local produce from small cooperative which were fairly prices. Over all a recommended hotel that I'll most likely visit again. The breakfast which was included in our price was copious and very tasty. One of the two rooms was poorly set and so it's difficult of access, showers don't have a movable shower head, there's no simple access for old people or people in a wheelchair as there's at least one big stair to take, the restaurant was good one out of 3 times and can easily be overwhelmed which leads to delay. Equipement getting slightly old.

• Ahmed (5/5): although we stayed for one day the staff were extremely welcoming and the food was very delicious, a de can result we sp - The views in particular really stood out to me as they were extremely beautiful especially from the restaurant terrace The rooms lacked air conditioning which made the rooms really humid and hot.

• Mary (6/5): Reasonably good but not good enough. - The location is good. Staff trying to do their best but not totally motivated. We had to pay for an extra cup of coffee for breakfast. We were totally dissatisfied with this. We never experienced this in any of the hotels we stayed at. We would suggest that the management must re-thing about charging guests for a second cup of coffee during breakfast. This is simply down to greediness. For this reason alone, we will not return to the property again. We would advise Mr Abdelkader El Mouazi. The owner, to re-thing about his strategy.

• Thom-anthony (7/5): Sleepless in Ifrane - Very nice staff, great breakfast, clean and tidy room. Beautiful countryside setting and views from room and dining terraces. . Unfortunately the radiator in the room could not be turned off, so we needed to keep windows open but the neighboring farm dogs barked all night. That and slightly hard bed kept us from sleeping well.

• Rachid (9/5): Fantastic experience in Auberge Tourtite - The Auberge Tourtite was clean and comfortable with great amenities, but what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff and owner. They were friendly, specially, Hamid in reception and Said in Restaurant, were helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. In particular, I appreciated the ride to the city center that the owner gave me, which was a kind gesture that made my trip much easier. I would highly recommend Auberge Tourtite to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying there again in the future. the shower need some reparation, Pidet have weak water pressure

They didnt have enough staff to deal with the guests...the quality of food was poor and you should wait ages to have your meal ...certainly the breakfast wich is included...you have to be veeeery patient ... annd if they favorite others over you...you have to accept it.
