• Jurgis (8/5): - Ļoti laba lokalizācija. Liels numurs. Viss nepieciešamais. No foto īsti nesapratu ka nav atverama loga un pirmais stāvs. Sākumā nedaudz jocīga sajūta - it kā gulēt veikala skatlogā - tikai ar aizkariem.
• Jose (7/5): Buen alojamiento, pero cuidado con la piscina y el aparcamiento. - El estudio era acogedor y cómodo, estaba limpio y bien equipado. El anuncio, aunque no mentía, no reflejaba bien la realidad respecto a la piscina que aparece en las fotos y el aparcamiento. La piscina no es parte de los apartamentos, es una piscina pública cercana. Y el aparcamiento es gratuito, sí, pero simplemente en la calle y a veces tenía que estar 15 minutos dando vueltas para poder aparcar.
• René (8/5): - Let's be honest. The centre of Eindhoven is a lot more comfortable and cheap than Valencia. What can I say!? Still walking distance from the centre and I was lucky while parking Parking in Valencia is horrible. Be aware

• Jean-françois et Nathalie (7/5): Séjour qui aurait pu être totalement plus satisfaisant si l’hôte était plus conciliant et empathique - Logement très propre, calme et très agréable. Conforme à la description. L’hôte répond rapidement mais nous lui avons demandé si nous pouvions après le départ des locataires juste laisser nos bagages dans un coin de l’appartement en attendant 16 h. Il nous a répondu que non et qu’il existait des endroits en ville qui peuvent faire les consignes des bagages , à savoir que nous étions debout depuis 4 heures du matin pour prendre l’avion. Il s’avère que lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans le logement nous pouvions laisser largement nos 2 valises dans un coin . Heureusement, un restaurateur à proximité a accepté de garder nos bagages, mais nous avons trouvé votre réponse peu accommodante dans ce contexte. Nous espérons que ce retour pourra être pris en compte à l’avenir afin de rendre l’accueil des voyageurs plus souple, surtout après un long trajet. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien du tout ( coupures régulières)

• Trere (9/5): Superb - Very clean, new, and tidy flat with everything you need for a nice stay in València in the vibrant barrio Benimaclet. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended! Being a planta baja piso, there's not a lot of natural light in the flat, but there is a nice small outside space you can use.
• Relja (9/5): Overall good flat - good location, clean, comfortable - Nice flat, everything works fine, clean, comfortable, and unlike some places these days it does have the basics like washing liquid, sponge, salt, multiple rolls of toilet paper.. It's a fairly quiet location. It's a good location, walking distance to the centre, close to the tram that is useful for going to the beach, etc. The host let us check in early at no charge, highly appreciated! Relatively minor things: - While the flat has many basic necessities, it does not provide a shampoo and shower gel, which is a bit annoying. - The location is quite good, but (also due to the way Valencia is organized) it's a bit hard to get to the centre with public transport. In general you don't need it as it's close enough to the centre, but it would have been useful for us as 1) it rained, 2) we have a kid and didn't want to have too many boring walks. - No roller blinds, the curtains are good but they don't block all the light from the street.
• Gomer (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, and our host was very friendly, and helpful But the little touches were missing - We very much liked the location. The Apartment was very modern, and the facilities were very comprehensive..Security in a very built up area was 10 out of 10. What were missing was 1, the bathroom had not a single peg for clothes. hanging Also it is customary to have a glass available usually 2 above the sink. 2. the kitchen was well equipped BUT we had to buy washing up liquid, washing powder for the washing machine, and disinfectant. Basic essentials which you do not want to put in your luggage when coming on a plane. There were only 2 sharp knives. Finally we asked for help on the TV, and this was freely given BUT it was complicated, and the remote had the usual numbers, but they did'nt work since it was nearly all based on PAY TV. e.g Netflix, and for 1 weeks TV. I'm not paying £5,99 for viewing. This did have an upside we read books brought with us ( I read 3 )
• Paul (10/5): Great location and great property. Julio a superb host. - Really roomy studio apartment. Ideal for my wife and I who were dropping my daughter to her Erasmus term in University of Valencia. Aircon and really modern. Nothing was perfect
