I left a pair of jeans behind and the property arranged for a taxi to bring them to the airport which was very kind of them. n/a

- Behtereva (9/5): - Очень отзывчивый персонал, сервис на уровне! Сам отель новый с красивой ухоженной территорией, каждый день уборка и смена полотенец. Большие просторные номера, очень тихо вокруг! Нам дали дополнительные низкие подушки по запросу. Также зонт в дождливый день. Хорошие и разнообразные завтраки, вода в номерах и чайник с чаем. Всё было отлично! Единственное я бы добавила зеркало в номерах. Но это такая мелочь)

- Marta (9/5): Városlátogató kirándulás bázisaként tökéletes választás. - A szálloda a város szívétől egy kényelmes (5 perces) sétára volt. Nagyon kulturáltan kialakított kert és előtér, elegáns, és kényelmes szobák. A személyzet kedves és együttműködő. Visszautazáskor a repülőtérre hajnali fél 2-kor kellett elindulni, ennek ellenére még hajnalban is volt recepciós aki kiengedett bennünket. A reggelinél mi voltunk 3-an az egész , gyönyőrűen kialakított étteremben, ennek ellenére bőséges választék, meleg ételek álltak rendelkezésünkre. Ilyen nem volt !

- Nikola (10/5): Amazing stay - We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is impeccably clean, the rooms are large and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I honestly haven’t slept this well in a hotel before, and I’m quite a picky traveler. Everything feels brand new and beautifully renovated, and the entire place has the charm and elegance of a castle rather than a typical hotel. Truly a memorable experience. Everything was great.

Новые чистые номера после ремонта, стабильный интернет для работы удаленно, комфортный матрас, хороший завтрак (блинчики потрясающие), безопасная парковка на территории, где можно оставить автомобиль. - Linda (8/5): Gunstig gelegen en comfortabel hotel - Tijdens onze reis van 2,5 week door Georgië, hebben wij 3 keer in dit hotel verbleven (totaal 5 nachten). Wat wij erg fijn vonden was de grote parkeerplaats voor onze huurauto. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrale plein. Comfortabele bedden. Koelkastje en waterkoker op de kamer. Mooi en modern ingericht restaurant, waar ook het ontbijt is. Buitenruimte en de tuin zien er ook prachtig uit ( vraag om een kamer met uitzicht op de tuin). Behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is eentonig als je meerdere nachten verblijft. Bij het douchen wordt de badkamer gedeeltelijk nat, omdat de douchewand niet voldoende afscheiding biedt. Op het balkon staat slechts 1 stoel en bij de laatste kamer die we hadden stond zelfs helemaal geen stoel op het balkon. Als je kritisch kijkt, vertonen de kamer en badkamer gebruikssporen. Als je ‘‘s avonds vanuit de stad terug loopt naar het hotel, is het laatste stuk erg donker.

Из минусов очень посредственный санузел. Персонал не говорит по-русски, не помогает с багажом, всю информацию нужно спрашивать самим. Но это все ерунда, потому что главным разочарованием стал завтрак. Завтрак очень посредственный. Нет белка, невкусные, холодные сосиски, на этом все. Все остальное, какие-то салаты типа капусты и выпечка в очень ограниченном количестве.

The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of cafés, shops, and kiosks nearby. Everything is within easy reach, including the old town – an ideal location for a relaxing stay. The staff are wonderful, always available and quick to assist with any requests. The restaurant serves delicious food. We were very pleased with our stay and gladly recommend this place!
