• Sunah (10/5): - 모든 것이 완벽했어요. 조용하고 깨끗하고 우버도 잘 오고요. 공항도 가깝고 산타마을도 가깝고 수퍼마켓도 가까워요. (게다가 마트 주인도 친절합니다. 과일도 신선하고 따뜻한 커피-양도 많음-도 아침 8시부터 마실 수 있어요. 숙소 인테리어도 예쁘고 식기와 주방가구도 청결해요. 온수도 엄청 잘나오고, 침구도 포근하고 깨끗합니다. 북유럽 집이 이렇구나를 느낄 수 있었어요. 없어요.

• Sinead (9/5): - Very convenient to visit Santa Park or Santa Claus Village. Christmas tree in the apartment was wonderful. And created a beautiful atmosphere.Very warm apartment. Chocolate was a lovely touch and grateful that the sofa beds were made up before we arrived. Nice and clean apartment and lots of towels and well stocked. Perfect for a few days away The door was difficult to open. Kitchen very compact and the drawers were difficult to open and close, probably from wear and tear. Very compact for 6 people but fine if you only sleep there. Fine for us as we are a family of 6

Leider konnte man im Wohnbereich kein Fenster öffnen Es gab keine Griffe. Im Bad gab es weder Ab- noch Zuluft. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine gemeine Stolperfalle ander Balkontür.Nicht ungefährlich!!

• Joyce (8/5): Very good - The check-in and check-out using the lockbox was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the bedroom/shower/bathroom were good size. It would help to have detergent for the washing machine.

• Samantha (10/5): Perfect close to airport and transport links - This property was clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. The host was great with communication and the property was easy to find. I like that there was a parking space for us. I'm being picky, but the fridge is a little noisy so my son didn't sleep so great in the spare bed.

Extremely gracious hosts, they sent us all the details in advance and made sure we had a comfortable stay ! Would highly recommend this place ! Nothing to mention here, I liked everything about this property
• John (8/5): It was ok for what we needed for a short stay - Nice property. Good location To hot, no control for heating inside the property. Windows in main area screwed up, no escape in case of fire, only in main bedroom. Drip up hazard going into bathroom. Having to clean apartment before we left it (ie hovering apartment, take out any black bags to outside bins before we left apartment). We paid a lot of money for this apartment I don’t think anyone renting it should have to fully clean it before they leave it.

• Fabio (10/5): Nice stay, nice experience, very nice city - The apartment was cosy, big, well equiped and the hosts let some easter eggs from other travelers. They had this scrapbook that other had written telling us about the stay. The cloth washing machine was a plus, and helped us cleanning our clothes that had been wet because of the snow. Also, when needed, the support was good. It's not the best location, since the apartment is exaclty between santa claus village and city center, but the prices paid off. And they are very close to a bus stop that takes you to any of theese locations very easily. Be aware of the buses times, becasue they end a bit early (around 6pm) If you rent a car, these problems are solved!

It's declared as a non-smoking Apartment, but the smell of smoke inside was absolute disgusting. Also the cutlery we have first to clean because it was oily and dirty. So it wasn't nice to stay there. Never had something horrible like that.
• Michaela (9/5): Superb - Really nice location, modern apartment, calm area, well equiped kitchen and very comfy bed. I do not think the guests should do the maun cleaning. Also drawers in the kitchen would aprwciate a small repairs.

• Nikki (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was clean and spacious, the kitchen had added extras like salt, pepper, sugar all the little bits you don't really want to buy. Even sandwich bags for lunches! The bus stop is 2 minute walk away for the number 8 bus. The supermarket is also a 2 minute walk with lots of variety of food. The accommodation had netflix which my son loved and two sledges which was amazing for our two children to use on our stay. The apartment was lovely warm and cosy and the balcony was great to spot he northern lights. Wish I got the key code in a message before calling the owners for it, however I called they answered straight away and gave me the code and all went smoothly really quickly.

• Jaroslav (8/5): Good - Good location. Short walk to Santa's village. Wi-Fi Small kitchen, not enough space where you can leave your groceries No wardrobe for clothes. We had to keep everything in our suitcases. Cleaning instructions. We understand, don't leave mess but the main cleaning should be done by the owner, not by guests. Nearly empty bottles of hand-wash gel and washing up liquid.

Very comfortable beds, big bathroom. I just simply loved our 1-night stay, would definitely recommend this apartment for everyone. Be aware of the door threshold when coming in to the bathroom. Quite painful when you forget…
• Olga (8/5): Lovely location, takes 40 min beautiful walk to Santa village and 10min by taxi to Rovaniemi. - Location for us was perfect, away from the city noise but still only 10 min away by taxi from the center. Clean and nicely decorated. All table wear and cooking pots are available No information on local shops and/ or food delivery services , the place is a bit remote (no restaurants within walking) and if you arrive late and don’t have any food you need to research where to go and what to do… One thin / cheap-ish quality toilet roll was left, it doesn’t cost much to provide decent toilet paper … We left 4 rolls after we left.. We didn’t understand the need for a very detailed cleaning instructions, hoover all floors, take linens off, wipe all surfaces etc..?! Yes, you need to leave apartment clean- ish but proper cleaning should be included in the price
• Peter (10/5): Loved it. - Everything about the apartment was good. Bedroom, living space, bathroom all excellent. The kitchen is small but it had everything I needed - and it’s not as if I was hosting dinner parties. Some travellers might want Wi-Fi (was there wifi?) and to be closer the centre of Rovaniemi, but I was happy with the 6km distance (I had a bicycle). If you have a car or bike, it’s great value. If you’re a back packer, there’ll be a bus that will get you closer to it. Campgrounds can cost 25 euro a night (rip-off) so having the apartment for 150 euro for a week was fantastic.
