Also it said breakfast is included it but Only for 2 people and the people at the restaurant is soooo RUDE. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A TOURIST THAT DOESN'T SPEAK FRENCH. I REPEAT STAY ABOUT OF THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T SPEAK FRENCH. IT IS NOT A TOURIST FRIENDLY.

Au coeur de Baie-Saint-Paul, parfait pour une promenade sur St-Jean-Baptiste et profiter des magnifiques commerces après le repas :-)

Frigo et micro-ondes disponible. Près de la rue principale avec les restaurants. Gros déjeuner inclus au resto Orange à 2 minutes à pieds du Gîte. C’est certain que c’est dans une maison et on entend les autres clients se promener dans la maison, mais tout le monde était très discret. Ce n’est pas l’endroit pour parler fort et faire du bruit. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation! 3 nuits fds de l’action de grâce.

Toutefois, on nous a avisé seulement à notre arrivée que des couvreurs viendraient refaire le toit, tôt en matinée, lors de notre dernière nuit. Par ailleurs, je recommanderais l’ajout d’une source d’eau dans l’espace commun principal. Aussi, l’insonorisation n’est peut-être pas optimisée, ainsi celles et ceux qui ont le sommeil léger pourraient moins apprécier. Pour nous, cela a été une très belle expérience.

- CELINE (6/5): Si bruit ne vous dérange pas et toilette partagée - Une seule salle de bain pour 4 chambres c’est nettement insuffisant. Il en faudrait au moins une autre avec au moins toilettes et lavabo. Une note pour dire aux gens de parler à voix basse dans le corridor serait appréciée. Vaut mieux parler dans les chambres. Les portes sont gonflées par l’humidité et l’âge et elle sont bruyantes- elles ferment mal et avec un effort supplémentaire pour éviter de les claquer. Surtout celle de la salle de bain. Le lit est très confortable et la nourriture du bistrot intéressante. Le déjeuner en vaut la peine.

- silvio (10/5): Good - The owner was very nice person. This was my first time in a Gîte. The gîte is like hoberge de jeunesse for adults. I don’t regret the stay but on advertising it should be indicated the bathroom was shared. The gîte is a house with several room renting. The bathroom was very big with washing machine and dryer even I don’t use it was a great thing. Breakfast was in restaurant close to. The first day, even the breakfast was included in the price, we should pay the drinks. I noticed to the owner my insatisfaction about it. The next day, the restaurant included free juice. The room was very clean but insonorisation doesn’t exist, so be ready to tolerate noises from neighbors. The location is very good. They offer a free coffee corner in the second floor.

There is a communal kitchen area which is very nice. The shared bathrooms are very clean. It’s is close to everything you will want to see. The breakfast the next day is good but the service is lacking.
