• Mathieu (8/5): - Les équipements. Dortoirs très propres. Douches collectives très propres également. L’emplacement, éloigné du centre d’Agordo. Le restaurant, correct mais trop cher.
• Luca (9/5): - E' un ostello ben gestito che offre anche la colazione compresa nel prezzo del dormitorio ed un servizio ristorante a parte. C'è anche il servizio bar, e chiedendo alla gestione altri servizi oltre alla possibilità della visita delle miniere. E' defilato rispetto al centro del paese di Agordo vicino al fiume poichè sorto nel recupero museale del complesso minerario. Lo staff è cordiale ed i prezzi accessibili. E' l'unica struttura del genere in zona. Conviene parcheggiare nel park accessibile dalla strada ed accedere a piedi mediante il ponte pedonale. In alternativa si può arrivare con i propri mezzi anche a ridosso della struttura però percorrendo una strada più lunga e sterrata. A mio avviso è sempre conveniente la prima soluzione. Al momento non vi è nulla da segnalare di negativo

• Thomas (7/5): En passant par là. - Les locaux propres, les rangements pour le matériel et l'emplacement qui est très joli. Assez excentré de la Via Alpina 1, le petit-déjeuner vraiment trop sucré, l'humidité des alentours ne permettant pas de bien faire sécher les affaires.

• Gaia (9/5): Opzione assolutamente valida, ripeterei - Bellissima sia esternamente che internamente, ben organizzati, davvero pulita, ottima visuale dalla stanza. I bagni molto spaziosi, igienici. Personale educato e disponibile alle esigenze, con ottima scelta per la colazione, con varietà anche senza glutine. I letti non erano molto comodi.

• Irene (8/5): Cumple su función - La ubicación era muy bonita y se le ve reformado. Habitaciones comunes pero con espacio suficiente y con taquillas. Muy buen desayuno! Facilidades para el acceso y check in. Está un poco aislado de todo (aunque esto puede ser una ventaja según para quién). Tenían restaurante pero no era barato... y tampoco podías llevar tu propia comida porque no hay nada habilitado (sólo un micro, bajo petición, pero ni frigo ni algo de menaje).
• Mineva (10/5): Loved our stay in Ostello IMPERINA - We were trekking in the Dolmites and slept in the hostel when changing places. I was really surprised by the conditions in the hostel. It was really clean, the rooms were wide enough, guests there were polite enough and keeping silence, as needed in shared spaces. The bathrooms were large, clean and comfortable. The restaurant - delicious! Nothing more you need! I would return again! Recommend it!

• Mikael (3/5): Okay for one night, bad hospitality ruins the experience - Clean, free parking, beds are made every day. This is not a hostel at all. No vibes, no common room, no kitchen, no fridge or anything. They want you to spend money in the restaurant/café or they don’t want you there at all. Some of the staff were nice, but other quite rude and not welcoming. It ended up being a weird vibe with several of them, especially the manager of the restaurant. We were using the outside benches as a working area, but then they put up signs saying only paying customers (in café & restaurant) is allowed to use it just after we stayed there - seemingly due to us. But when we actually bought food in the restaurant and asked to sit outside before this, they said it was impossible… Breakfast is okay, but very little effort put into it. Coffee is really bad. Okay for one night just to sleep, but other than this I would honestly not recommend this place. There are so many guesthouses and rifugious in the Dolomites that will be a better experience than this.
• Vishwajeet (3/5): Could have been better - The location is good, the property is easily accessible by car. The cleanliness is also good There is no good facilities even like hot water. The places where one can sit is restricted by management. The hostel is not good for working, don’t have adequate charging points or common area.
• Clara (6/5): Nice people/place but more a motel than an hostel - People were definitely really nice, the restaurant was good (not cheap but ok). It was super clean and well maintained. There's a bus stop and a shop 10 min walking from there (need to walk on the road though). The location is not too bad for someone that doesn't have a car, just need to plan ahead and be ready to take several buses to reach where you want to go (better stay around Agordino valley). Otherwise the location is beautiful and calm. Also quite cheap compared to other places so I guess it justifies the "bad" point. No common room or kitchen, very surprising for a so-called "youth hostel" so you need to rely on ready to eat food or the restaurant... Extremely warm in the room (no AC) and no possibility to open the windows yourself (you need to ask the handle at the reception). There are cabinets to put your belongings but no keys to close it. The bed is not really comfortable but ok. The automatic vacuum in the shower and toilet gave me nightmare I had to take shower without light because it was so noisy. More a motel with a dorm than a hostel in my opinion. I was traveling with a friend but I would not feel safe alone, at night there's no one at the desk (at least I didn't see anyone). One door is let open all night long without any keys needed and anyone can enter during the night.

• Matickrasevec (8/5): Very good - The rooms were clean and cozy, there was enough room for everyone and our items. The breakfast at 7:00 was good with a lot of options. The staff was nice and altough not all of them spoke english, we communicated just fine. The location is good, every place i wanted to visit was under 1 hour drive away. I missed a common room to hang out with other guests, but i understand that this isnt primarly a youth hostel.

• Juliette (10/5): Cozy little hostels to stay in with a great view - The location was great and the staff were really nice. The dorm rooms were clean and the bathrooms as well. Loved the shower. It is about a 10min walk from a supermarket so great for getting food.

As he walked in with another guest he made me unplug my devices and when I told him I needed to charge them before my trek he just shook his shoulder like it’s my personal problem. Breakfast is very limited but the coffee is great

The accommodation was neat and the staff is willing to help you with any enquires that you may have. In my case they did their best to ensure me a pleasant stay. Recommended!

• Desmons (10/5): Great time in the mine - Localisation in an old mine was beautiful and looked authentic. The food in the restaurant was good, the waiters were really nice. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable, just the bed was a bit small for tall people. I recommend this place, affordable, friendly, comfortable !
• Syed (3/5): Good location, comfortable and clean rooms. bad management and very expensive considering you pay double for most of the - The location Cleanliness Noone except one waiter spoke English. Its fine when locals don’t want to speak English but using language to get more money out of customer is ridiculous. these guys ended up getting almost 60 euros extra in terms of service, extra coffee, wrong dishes at dinner just because they couldn’t understand English. At one point the receptionist left as stranded outside with our luggage because he didn’t want to speak English and couldn’t explain us where the parking is. After 12 am until 7:30 am there is no way guests can exit the building premises because of “security reasons”. When inquired they said because none of the staff would be here at night so we close the premises from outside. None of us could smoke until breakfast next day.
