• Marta (8/5): Good value of money. Good location for a short stay. - Location is great. Apartment has a kitchenette and balconies. Good view. Good contact with the host. We stayed here two years ago, and the apartment was in much better condition. There's now mold in the bathroom shower. The apartment is still cozy, but it would be nice to have it thoroughly cleaned more often.

The apartment is equipment with sufficient facilities for preparing meals. There is a big boiler, so hot water always available and enough. The area is quite and safe. Our stay was comfortable. Lift vorhanden, das Apartment ist im 4 Stock Bei genauem Blick stellt man fest dass es etwas dreckig war (Geschirr, Staub unter dem Bett, Duschwanne uä) Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig, hierfür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber der Nachbar hat jeden Tag(4 Nächte) ab 22.00 auf voller Lautstärke ferngesehen. Sehr nervig mit Baby. Das Mobiliar schon teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Geschirrtücher oder Küchenrolle
• László (10/5): Remek szálláshely. Rendkívül rugalmasan reagált a házigazdánk minden kérésünkre. Nagy köszönet érte - Remek környéken lévő szálláshely a Home Petruzzelli, minden könnyen és gyorsan elérhető volt: akár az utazást, akár a városi programot, akár a környékbeli településekre tett kirándulást nézzük. Fantasztikus volt az időjárás is. A városban hétköznapokon pont annyian voltak, amivel élő és élhető a hely (persze turistéák szép számmal). A hétvégén rengeteg olasz volt mindenütt: nyüzsgő városi forgatag. (De ez nem volt teher, mint néhány más olasz város túlzsúfolt élete.) Ha még több napunk lett volna erre az utazásra (és nem csak 4 nap)... Nem a tényleg nagyon jó szálláshelyünkhöz kötődik a következő mondat, mert a szállással minden oké volt. Nyomozni kellett a buszjáratok után. A Google Maps sem tudott egyes létező járatokról. Végül is az AI segített például abban, hogy miként lehet tömegközlekedéssel kijutni Materába (és vissza onnan). Úgy tűnt, hogy egyes regionális járatok nincsenek benne a nagyobb nyilvántartásokban.

• Marko (8/5): Savrsena lokacija i lep stan. - Lokacija smestaja je savrsena, u mirnoj ulici, blizu starog i novog centra grada. Stan je dovoljno prostran za 4 osobe. Posteljina i peskiri su bili cisti. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila savrsena. Ceo stan bi morao biti cistiji. Tepih na ulasku u stan je bio prljav. Skoro svi coskovi prostorija su bili prasnjavi. Sudovi u kuhunji nisu skoro bilo oprani. Tus kabina mora biti mnogo cistija.

• CHERYL (7/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location, with supermarket a short distance away. - Great apartment for short stay. Located on the 4th floor, with an elevator. It was very comfortable and the host great. Super Location, but it had a limited kitchen facility and no washing machine, to facilitate a longer stay. Internet was poor. Limited kitchen facility, slow internet.

• Eva (10/5): - The apartment offers everything you need. It was big and with balcony with nice view. Everything was exactly as described in the description and photos. We lacked nothing. We felt like home. We received instructions before and after our stay from the owner. It is close to the old town and also to the Murat quarter, also to the beach. Everything was perfect and if we were to visit Bari again, we would choose this apartment again.

• Cindy (6/5): Avis - L'emplacement malgré le bruit tres tôt, hôte réactif aux demandes et questions. Problème de clim dans la chambre, la douche les joints noirci et vieux qui a entraîné une fuite. Rajouter un supplément de 60 euro si vous voulais fair dormir votre enfant sur le canapé pas mentionné sur l'annonce.

• Małgorzata (8/5): Typical apartment in a tenement house with its pros and cons. After renovation it would be amazing : - Old tenement house in a great location - 15 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the promenade, 10 to the Old Town. Shops and bars nearby. Generally I recommend. A typical apartment in a tenement house with its advantages and disadvantages. If I ever visit Bari again I'll want to book them too :) After renovation it would be amazing :) It would need refreshing - especially the moldy shower tray. And it would be good to vacuum in less inconspicuous places - under shelves and the sofa...

Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Host, Simone, was very helpful Would recommend this property. Nothing.
• Chanellevy (7/5): Perfect Location in Bari - Location was perfect, I was there for a conference around the corner and its also right in the centre. Apartment was clean and balconies were lovely. Also happy there was a lift in the building. Check in was easy, host was easily contactable via whatsapp. The wifi kept being down and having issues but the host tried to resolve a few times, and did succeed in the end. I think Italy in general does not have the best wifi - so if you have to work, I would recommend another location. Having said that - it was nice to have a desk there. Bathroom could also have been cleaned better and use a little updating - but thats Italy!

• Elena (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again without hesitating. - The apartment was magical located on the last floor of an ancient building (there is an elevator so no worries) with a fabulous view from the balcony. It was lovely decorated and all the furniture was stylish so you’ll definitely notice that Simone (the owner) has an eye for interior design. It’s also not far from the old town and promenade. A slight remark, the kitchen corner is equipped with all basics but there isn’t that much space for cooking. Enough for a short stay or if you plan to have your lunch / dinner.
• Megan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in an ideal location to experience the best of Bari - The property was in an excellent location, beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean. An easy walk to the old town, great bars and restaurants, shopping etc without the tourist overload of places located in the old-city itself. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact.

The host was great with communication and was very accommodating with late check-in due to our late flight. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Bari again. Thank you. I have already communicated this to the host but the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom makes a lot of noise. Also, the mattress and the pillows are very hard/firm.
• Rokas (9/5): Everything the way expected - Location is excelent for city touring, locatied in the central part of the town so you can reach old town in 10 minutes. All shops are near by, really good choice exploring Bari
• Bożena (9/5): I was happy to be there. - The apartment is extremely clean! But that's just one of its many advantages. It's perfectly located - a 10-minute walk to both the monuments and the train station, a few steps further to the beach. The area is very quiet and peaceful - if you hear any street noise, it's only with the windows open and it comes from the other streets (but at night you won't open the windows anyway, because it's too hot). The apartment has a perfect layout. Incredibly comfortable, hard bed, spacious wardrobes. It has everything you need for a short stay - TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, towels, cosmetics, and even a hair dryer and an umbrella for the beach! The air conditioning worked perfectly. The only thing I missed was a dryer to hang up my wet swimsuits after the beach (although maybe I just didn't find it) and if you plan to cook full meals in several pots at the same time, you may have a problem. But who would cook in Bari?! Especially since downstairs you will find a bakery, a pastry shop, a supermarket and a restaurant. I think our family of two could live there permanently. The owner is a very nice person who responded almost immediately to my questions and needs. We will definitely rent the same apartment if we come back to Bari. Thank you!

Flat has all amenities such as fridge, ac , freezer, coffee machine etc We were 2 people but the sofa in the living room is foldable so can accommodate another 2 people. Nothing to complain ! we hugely recommend this place and if we ever come back to Bari , that’s a flat to be Thanks Simone 😊

• Marta (10/5): Excellent apartment & and host Simone! - The apartment is well-located in a very safe and calm part of a city centre of Bari. The host is helpful (we could even leave our luggage for some more hours before the flight). The apartment is well equipped and clean. We recommend it for longer and shorter stay at Bari. Perfect location from the Bari Centrale (15min walk distance) if You want see Puglia by train. Everything was fine. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator.

• Mia (9/5): Excellent ! - This was an excellent stay! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, even more spacious than I expected. The location was extremely convenient. The host was very kind and easy to contact. It was super affordable considering all these great advantages. It was the perfect base for exploring Bari and the rest of Puglia. I would definitely come again! My only minor complaints are that a few plates were still dirty, the shower's water pressure is weak, and ants come out wherever food is left out.

Close to the train station(15 min by foot) and the beach( 20 mins), very close to the seafront, so many restaurants&bars, the Old town, shopping street and other attractions. Host: very nice and informative, ready to assist you with all your questions at any time. Ammenities: all you need for a home away from home ( Wi fi, spacios rooms&bathroom, air conditioning, a small kitchen area with utensils, sink and a large fridge and other little surprises). All in all, a great choice as base for exploring Bari and surroundings.
