• Feren (9/5): A quite and cosy place - 10 mins walk to the heart of dotonburi, yet the place is quite and cosy. A family mart at just a few walks away from the appartement. The room is spacious and clean, the staff responds fast. We would totally go back when we visit osaka again! The metro station is quite further, the nearest one is at 19 mins

Really nice size of apartment that included towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even laundry soap. Super close walk to the main area of Osaka. Shower water was warm but not super hot. Only really one outlet option in the bedroom far away from the bed. The floors could have been a bit cleaner. But for the price of the accommodation, these were minor issues.

You are a short walk away from Dotombori The key lock didn’t always work so we had to wait in front of apartment door for few minutes. Maybe a mobile app system like ADC Host would work better in this case

• Océane (10/5): Very enjoyable stay, with room for improvement in communication - Sometimes, a bit of discretion goes a long way—especially in the hospitality industry. What is meant to be kindness can quickly feel overwhelming, even intrusive. From the moment I made my reservation a few weeks before arrival, I received no fewer than 27 messages. Most of them were unrelated to my booking, which made it difficult to find important information, such as check-in details, among the constant flow of messages. I also didn’t appreciate being repeatedly asked to leave a review—especially with explicit instructions to rate the property 10/10 and not below 8/10, as anything lower would be considered a “bad” score. If you are confident in your property and the services you provide, there shouldn’t be a need to push guests this way. Receiving daily messages encouraging me to leave a review, even more than a week after my stay—by which point I had already traveled through Osaka and Tokyo—felt excessive and ultimately gave me a negative impression. That said, it’s a shame because aside from this issue, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The value for money is excellent, the apartment is modern and well-equipped, and the self check-in process is smooth and efficient. The location is also ideal. Towels, umbrellas, toiletries, and even laundry supplies are provided, which is a great touch. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a much bigger size than imagined and was thoroughly cleaned before my stay. The hosts responses were excellently fast and informative. • Juliette (5/5): Disappointing way to treat guest, trying to overcharge me for a 45 min early check in - Great location, spacious apartment. Self check-in property with no staff on site. Unfortunately, I was never sent the access code to enter the building. I arrived about 45 minutes before check-in, in the cold with my suitcase, and was only able to get inside thanks to another guest. The apartment was already ready, so I entered. Shortly after, I was contacted and asked to leave for 30–45 minutes and wait outside, or to pay a 5,000 yen early check-in fee — which is essentially the price of a full night, for less than an hour early, and with a check-in time already set quite late at 16:00. That amount was specified NOWHERE prior booking, they could have invented any amount. Despite apologizing and explaining the situation, they continued insisting — and even followed up multiple times, including weeks after my stay. I found this approach excessive and quite unreasonable. I also made it clear I would only handle any dispute through the booking platform, not via external payment requests. Which of course they wouldn’t proceed. Overall, a very disappointing way to treat guests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not working properly during my stay.

When I had an issue with the facilities message responses were quick and helpful. When I checked in there was a strong greasy cooking smell from the previous occupant, but it did not last long.

It is much better to provide an instruction manual for booking the taxi or grab that will drive the tenant to the Namba train station.

• Adam (10/5): Excellent value for money in a sizeable and well located apartment - Super functional and quite spacious for an apartment. The facilities were well designed. TV remote was semi-functional and the cleaning wasn’t thorough so we had to vacuum and re-clean the toilet.

Cleaning can definitely be improved with dusting the surfaces of the bed frame and corners of the room but still very comfy and clean overall.

So amazing.The location is good, walkable to dotonbori but not noisy, family mart nearby for when you need the haute cuisine of famichiki. We ended up doing washing each evening and being able to dry them by next morning in the middle of winter it was so handy for our thermals etc No staff for check-in and surprisingly no one cleans the lobby, giant balls of dust and debris

• Aldora (7/5): Nice compact apartment to rest your travelling bones. - The apartment had a gas stove, deep frying pan with lid, water boiler, cutting board, knife, colander, dish washing detergent, sponge and 3 sets of cutlery, plates, bowls, and cups. We had a medium-sized fridge and freezer. They included laundry detergent for the in-house washing machine. Theres a nice balcony with pull-out clothes hanging hoops, but if you want to use this I suggest getting an extendable shower rod from daiso. There's also a smart tv in the bedroom, but we didn't use that. They also provided an extra extension bar. The toilet started leaking slowly, a representative came to check on it for us and gave us towels to absorb the moisture until the specialist came. The specialist came but went out to take a phone call and said he would be back, but after 30 minutes he was nowhere to be found (we had already checked the outside of the building too) The toilet continued to seep out stinky water for our entire stay. The surfaces of everything is very clean, but the drains in the sink are slimy, and the drain in the shower seems to be partially clogged and not cleaned so it smells pretty bad.

The big bed should be on the left and the sofa bed on the right of the room. It would give more free space to the occupants. The pillow are quite slim.

I was not aware about this fee during the booking process until few days later. Cleaning fee is jpy8500+. And by the time I realized. It is too late to cancel. Please take noted on this.
