• Seewald (6/5): wir hatten uns laut Beschreibung ehrlich mehr erhofft..... - Die Unterkunft war eine Unterkunft. Frühstück gab es im nahegelegenen Restaurant, dort war das Essen einfach & gut und gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Es wurde nichts aufgefüllt, wenn leer, dann leer. Die zwei Katzen waren bezaubernd. Am Besten gefallen haben uns die Geräusche aus der Umgebung, abends wie morgens unglaublich ungewöhnliche Tierlaute von Fröschen bis zu den Vögeln, einzigartig! man braucht immer ein Moped, sonst bleibt man hängen. es waren nur muslimische kleine Supermarkets, also kein Alkohol und keine Zigaretten, auch nicht im 7 Eleven. Stand war fußläufig zu weit weg.

• Diana (9/5): - It is out of resort and very nice. Room was clean and everything was good. Bed was quite hard. Possible to rent a motorbike. Ema restaurant is close and really delicious. Breakfast was same every day, eggs, fruits, toast and coffee and tea.
• Pierre (10/5): Lovely quiet neat spot in south Koh Yao Yai - Very nice little hotel in south Koh Yao Yai, best part with less tourists All is very clean and convenient ; comfy bed, new shower, private fridge, kettle, efficient AC, fast WiFi… The environment is cool too, near the main road but in a quiet street surrounded by so much trees and birds. Various restaurants and shops nearby, you’ll rent a scooter upon arrival on the island anyway Breakfast is a buffet served in the restaurant up the street, very cool! Super nice beaches nearby Place is filled with cats, depends if you like them (I don’t) 😄 Owner is nice but don’t try to reach out before arrival (or try hard)

• Kacper (1/5): Complete disaster and total lack of responsibility - Location was next to nice beach. This stay was beyond frustrating and easily one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. We did not receive the room we booked. Instead of a double bed, we were given two single beds. There was also no hot water at all, which is completely unacceptable. We asked the hotel to fix this issue four times. Every single day we were promised that someone would come, and every single day nothing happened. The sink was not working properly as well. At some point it was clear that the hotel simply did not care. The situation with our friends was an even bigger problem. We came to the island together with another couple and planned to spend our stay together. We contacted the hotel in advance to reserve a room for them. The reservation was confirmed, and we checked twice to make sure everything was clearly understood and whether any prepayment was required. We were told that everything was fine and that payment could be made on arrival. After arriving, we found out that the hotel had not made any reservation at all. Our friends were left without a room. This was a huge problem because hotel infrastructure on the island is still very limited. There were no available alternatives, no nearby hotels with free rooms, and no help from the hotel. In the end, our friends had to drive around the island and ask local people if anyone could accommodate them for the night. Because of this complete lack of responsibility, we were forced to split up and spend our vacation separately, staying at two opposite ends of the island. The stress and frustration completely ruined our stay. I strongly warn anyone considering this place. If you do not want your vacation to turn into a nightmare, stay away. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 1.0 rating. It deserves 0.0.
• Bettina (9/5): Si vous cherchez un lieu loin des foules de touristes, allez-y ! - Le calme, les équipements, la propreté, les services. On pouvait louer des scooters directement sur place (sans contrat, ni état des lieux, mais avec casque) et pour manger quelque chose, il fallait juste faire 100 mètres. La communication n’était pas toujours simple, mais c’est parce que nous ne parlons pas le thaï 🤪 Malgré ces petites difficultés, nous avons toujours obtenu les informations/scooter/taxi que l’on voulait. Merci beaucoup ! Pour 35€ la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment exceptionnel ! 🙏

Душ выше всяких похвал- всегда хороший напор воды, температуру можно отрегулировать. Если бы владелец повесил в ванной полку,то было бы просто замечательно. Кондиционер в моей комнате шумел больше ,чем обычно. Но в целом все было просто прекрасно!

• Julia (8/5): Very good - Overall we had a good stay but the location is good only if you drive a scooter because it is far from everything and the staff doesn't speak English. But the room was nice and is just 3 minutes walking from the mangroves where you can rent a kayak to explore the area.

Friendly cats Unfortunately Lots of local people stay at this hotel, drinking and talking loud until 5 am !!!! Asked them to be quiet twice . There Was no staff/ security working at the time. Please beware if you stay here … there is a good chance you will get little to no sleep. No Wi-Fi password was given. Could hear the washing machine in room next door in early morning . I rarely leave a bad review,I just would like to warn other people of my bad experience.

The lady who manages the hotel was super nice with us! We rented a motorbike there too and this made our stay even better as we didn't have to worry about where to find a motorbike rental. Highly recommended ☺️ The matress was a bit hard but for 3 days was good enough

• Brandon (9/5): Superb - The property itself is great. Very spacious and clean. You are about 15 minutes walk away to one of the best beaches on the island - in my opinion. This beach is also a great sunset spot at low tide (turn left at the end of the road and there is a restaurant at the start of the beach, no entrance fee). Would 100% return here, especially value for money You are the most southern point of the island almost - costing you 600 baht to get there. A pick up would be great. Alternatively we ended up booking the transfer with taxi and ferry on the way out as it was cheaper for 2 people to do this. You will need to hire a bike to get around the island or to the beach if you cannot walk 15/20 minutes to the beach in heat

I tried to contact the owner several times by e-mail, she never answered to me. I called her to ask for the wifi …..password very poor to no communication at all. after calling she promised to leave the password at the door but she never did. Although a Thai has spoken to her. I have been in Thailand for a month in different accommodations this was the worst accommodation ever. Not to be recommended!!! Not even for one night!!!!

• Natalia (6/5): In our opinion the hotel is very nice this price, need little bit more care, and it would be great - Big clean room, hot shower, WiFi is great, can rent motorbike right in the hotel, the owner is very nice and smiling 😊 the hotel is located in a veeery quiet place which we like a lot, and close to the great beaches. You need to ask if you want to clean the room, otherwise no cleaning is done. Bed is too hard, same as you sleep on the wooden bench, and a pillow as well.
