• Renita (10/5): Imelise vaatega uus ja moodne korter, soovitame! - Väga hea asukohaga, kauni vaatega toast ja rõdult, uus ning moodne majutus. Köögis ahi, pliit, külmik ja kena riiul, kus erinevad pastad. Voodi oli väga mugav, voodipesu imeliselt pehme. Pesuruum on avar ja kõik vajalik olemas, ka pesumasin. Meri kohe akna all ja külastajatee päikesevoodid tasuta. Allkorrusel rahavahetus, kohvik ja ka tore Byreki söögikoht. Korteris võiks olla ka veiniklaasid, supikausid ja väikesed lusikad.

• Marek1108 (10/5): - Ubytování je ve skvělém místě hned u pláže. Na patře vedle ubytování je obchod a dole směnárna. 👍 Večer je slyšet hluk z promenády ale to k dovolené patří. Před půlnocí to utichá 😉

• Slávek (10/5): Moc hezké ubytování a krásném místě - Lokalita ubytování byla vážně skvělá. Přímo v domě, par metrů od vstupu do pokoje prodejna smíšeného zboží. Pod ubytováním, byli jsme v prvním patře, nejlepší směnárna v okolí a jako bonus kavárna, pizzerie a prodejna suvenýrů. Poloha příjezdu, jeli jsme autem, bylo trochu komplikované a spíše o štěstí najít parkovací místo. Ale největší problém vidím v nedostatečném označení místa kde je možné vyzvednout kartu od pokoje. Bylo to nakonec ve zmíněné směnárně. Ale poradí i v kavárně a restauraci, jelikož vše pravděpodobně má jednoho vlastníka. Ale to je opravdu vše co by se dalo vytknout.
• Timea (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new, modern and really nice. The place is clean (exept the kitchen equipment). The location is 10/10 and the view is perfect. Plus the guests of the apartment have free sunbeds and sunbrella on the beach!! And there is a market in the building (like few steps from the door of the apartment) Also they let us stay in the apartment 1,5 hour after the check out time, because our transfer to the airport was later. The kitchen equipment is the bare minimum, and the check in/check out process is not well organized, because it should be done in the nearest exchange office, but staff is not speaking english, and they are not so kind. Also they wanted us to pay the apartment before we even saw it. At the end everything was fine, but we needed to request few times to see the place before we pay for it.

And from what I have seen in Durres area, I would say that this place is one of the nicest we can find in booking :) Here you will find: second floor studio appartment with a nice sea view; new furnitures; clean bathroom; all needed kitchen equipments.

• Gergely (9/5): Room with beautiful sea view - The room was recently refurbished and looked really good. The balcony with sea view made breakfasts and dinners truly special. Even though there is a money exchange and a game room under the room, and it's right next to the sea promenade, we couldn't hear any of that, we could sleep without issues. This was in september though, it might be different during the summer. There was also AC, but we didn't need it The kitchen equipment is limited, so you definitely won't make a Michelin-star lunch there, but the necessities are there (except for a microwave oven, that would have been nice). The parking is horrible, there are very few spots nearby and if you are coming home late, all of them are taken. The balcony is relatively small. You need a car (or taxi) if you want to go anywhere
• Anita (10/5): Nice and cosy appartment right on the beach - Very cosy and nice appartment. Perfekt place for a late summer vacation. We liked to sit on the balcony in the evening, see the sunset and have the beach right in front of us. Good bed and bathroom. Everything we needed right there. The host was serviceminded and everything was was made easy for us. Thank you!

• Angelovska (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are exactly as on the pictures and best option for family vacation! The beach is right in front of them and perfect choice for children and adults as well. I highly recommend these apartments and we'll be back there for sure!😇

• Hamza (10/5): great stay in a hidden gem! - a beautiful apartment with all the facilities you need and super clean. beautiful view of the sea. a place where you can completely relax and unwind. we had perfect communication with the owner and if we needed help he was always there for us. In addition, there is also the option for private parking. in short a great stay!! I would definitely recommend this apartment.
• Jeroen (10/5): Amazing, would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and easy stay in Durrës. - The apartment was great. A luxe studio-like apartment with everything you need. A bathroom, a kitchen, a working tv, wifi, everything was very good. Also small things like an electric kettle, a washing machine etc. The balcony was also amazing with the beach view. The location was great, because it was away from the extremely crowded beach (if you move closer to the centre it gets more crowded on the beach). A lot of restaurants, supermarkets, everything you need for a pleasant relaxing stay at Durrës. Order some crêpes from the 'Iceberg' restaurant as well, they are delicious. The owner is a very gentle man, the young staff as well. They offered us a nice cappuccino when we left, which was great because we could figure out some stuff while we were sitting in the restaurant. I have given everything a 10 because overall it has been a great experience. The arrival at the stay was a little bit messy because something went wrong with the address. My advice is to just Whatsapp the owner (phone number on booking.com is correct) and just ask him for the exact location. You can also just look for the 'Iceberg' restaurant, just report at the bar and they will help you out. Also we've noticed that here in Albania they are a little bit unfamiliar with tourism. Our welcome was a bit, rushed. No explanations of the room, no introductions, nothing. To be fair, they are running a restaurant as well but there is room for improvement :) Beneath the apartment is a game room. No worries, you will hardly notice because the apartment is very sound proof. You will hear some stuff when you are on the balcony. To me personally, it added a bit of atmosphere.
• Detion (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at this brand new, well-equipped apartment located less than 10 meters from the sea and the main boulevard. The stunning seaside oasis exceeded my expectations with its elegant design, modern amenities, and breathtaking views. The attentive service provided by the management made for an unforgettable experience.
