- Nikhil (9/5): Overall a comfortable stay - Location and contact free check in and check out Felt a little expensive for a motel
- Ferrie (6/5): - Water pressure in the shower was too weak, drains did not work properly, towels felt like they were air dried on a clothes line, and toilet has not been properly secured.

- Gaurav Singh (7/5): - The room was clean and it was well maintained. Communication was clear and the door security code was shared a day before our stay. We enjoyed our stay there. Mostly it was good; however we did find a small roach crawling on the bed
- Yanick (10/5): À refaire - Très confortable, tout est neuf Stationnement pas identifié avec le numéro de chambre

- Dallas (9/5): - Great stay would stay here again
- Melissa (8/5): - Friendly staff. Clean room. Brand new hotel. Comfy. Allowed us to check in early. Close to waterfront. Great restaurant next door. Both convenient and annoying having a Tim Hortons right across the street. It was nice to get a coffee in the morning however the outside of the Tims has so much light that it totally kills the vibe of being on the island. It made it difficult to see the stars at night the way I hoped to be able to.

They gave door code after they send to text me but I don’t meet who staff was working in office, because communication barrier. Next time, i wont go next booking in motel again, have hard time for me. little problem the office business was limited time. Left a message in office answering machine but they did not relay to call me twice. need service for business hours like 24 hours in motel office keep open, need communication to who work in motel office. Preferably face to face who was there in motel office.

It was cool when we arrived, tried to set a temperature, blowing load for a while until we realized the temperature was not memorized… we ended up to turn of the whole thing. Good that the temperatures outside where not freezing

- Harold (5/5): -
- Baillie (9/5): -
- Sarah (9/5): - Comfortable bed, large shower Pillows were too plump, too unforgiving. Need to cradle the head, not be such firm support. Killed my neck.
- Kim (8/5): - Customer service was great, very friendly. A little far from town but we knew this when we booked.
- Wilson (10/5): -
- Brian (6/5): - Located in a parking lot. Not very nice spot in a beautiful area of Manitoulin Island
- Angela (8/5): -
- Nicole (10/5): - Clean and modern The AC unit was a little loud
- Simon (9/5): -

- Christopher (7/5): Nicely appointed hotel, but a couple of issues marred an otherwise pleasant stay. - Hotel was well located and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and well-appointed. There was a fridge and coffee service in the room. We did have an issue, but by calling the hotel number it was dealt with quickly. Hotel was un-attended, which would have been okay, but we had to enter a code into a keypad on the door to gain access. Someone with no knowledge of human factors engineering decided it was a good idea to put a matt-black keypad on a black door in an area with no lighting, and it was dark when we arrived. Touching the keypad made it light up, sometimes, but unknown to me touching the keypad also entered a number. Therefore, entering the code after the pad lit up resulted in an error and the door stayed locked. As mosquitoes swarmed around, I called the hotel emergency number, and the person helped me go through the process to get the door open. Unfortunately I was still trying to get the pad to light up, so I was still generating errors. She finally just unlocked the room remotely and we got in. One of the owners came by shortly to check on the lock and show us how to use it properly, which was good. Unfortunately, I had forgotten the new code the lady had given me over the phone, so we just stayed in the room until the next morning. The other issue was that the bathroom door jammed against the frame when we tried to close it, making a loud noise. I looked at it in the morning and the upper hinge was loose. I went to the office to report it, but the door was locked and by this time I didn't feel like spending more of my time calling them to let them know they needed to fix it. I'm not likely to pass that way again, but if I did I would try to stay somewhere else.

- Michael (7/5): A nice motel, but not a great location, and while it is brand new, the price seemed rather high for the situation. - Very clean and new, modern decor in a decidedly out of the way village. It was rather sterile, with only text communication from staff, as no one was on site. Limited windows.
- Shawanoo (10/5): Manitoulin Motel is incredible all the way around! - Clean rooms It was all an amazingly comfortable and memorable experience!
- Bastow (3/5): Uncomfortable - Nice room I had three flies addicted to the bed, which was off putting. They liked the same spot and would not move.
For me this dampened my experience.
If I didn’t have flies then I would probs put 5 stars.
- Jennifer (9/5): - Very clean, comfortable. A basic room with amenities. Appears to be a newer motel with all up to date fixtures and aesthetics. Easy contactless check in and out. Would recommend.
- Lee (10/5): -
- T Phan (10/5): - Clean, modern
- Reimer (1/5): Fraud - On July 17th we booked a room at Manitoulin Hotel. We said clearly we are elderly with disabilities and we cannot do stairs. One hour later we get there, no reservation clerk just a note to call to get into our room. We could not get to our room because it was on a second floor and no elevator. It was not accessible. We called back to the number on the door and left the message we cannot use the room neither my husband nor I can do stairs. We just received our TD visa bill charging us $242.xx for the room we never used and couldn't use. We called the bank fraud dept. And was informed we must call the hotel first. If it cannot be resolved then call the bank back and they will launch an investigation. We called the hotel and she told us we must call Booking.com. I am having a difficult time trying to find someone who will correct this error.

Although the staff isn't in the location, we met the crew while checking out, and they are very friendly and pleasant. There is nothing to dislike. Maybe the toiletries could be better.

- Serge (10/5): Overnight stay - Very clean room and comfortable . Fridge, microwave, Netflix. Also, very quiet and very convenient with door code. No worries about a card. Staff was super friendly and polite. All in all, great place to stay. Will be returning in the future. The temperature of the room was uneven. Very cold with air-conditioning and too warm without. Although this mave have been due to us trying to find a good balance. Windows did not open for fresh air.
- BT (8/5): Would stay there again. - Good sized, clean modern room with comfortable beds. Fan too loud and windows too high up.
- Claus (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Sehr saubere Unterkunft, bequeme Betten. Einige umliegende Restaurants, sowie der kleine Hafen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in war nicht ganz einfach, wurde aber dann recht schnell per Telefon gelöst.
- glen (8/5): Very comfortable and clean room. - Room was precooled upon arrival. A small table should be provided for eating meals. A lighted keypad to make it easier to enter room code.

- Marj (6/5): Where the Room Is Cozy and the Coffee’s Close - Everything was spotless and had a pleasantly welcoming vibe—simple, clean, and comfortable throughout. Tim Hortons right at the doorstep, making morning coffee runs effortless. I was disappointed to find the room hadn’t been cleaned, and no fresh towels were provided. I had to call the number provided in the email, but they did respond quickly and brought new towels. Turns out, housekeeping only enters if the door sign is displayed—would’ve been nice to know where that sign was hiding!
- MICHAEL (7/5): The money charged is outrageous. - Modern. Clean. Big room Price. Price. No elevator
- Patrick (7/5): -
- Antonietta (9/5): Very clean, good location. - Good location, close to restaurants and waterfront. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The AC was not easy to regulate, seemed to be either too cold or not cool enough.
- Kylie (10/5): -
- Gabriel (9/5): - Clean, new, comfortable Air conditioner was a bit noisy and toilet was a bit wobbly
- HUSKA (10/5): -
- Barbara (9/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The location was really great. We were able to walk to restaurants and downtown. Having Tim Hortons right next door was a perk. The code to open the door was good as no key card needed. No TV. You had to go off your own Google account for streaming services. No physical contact with the office.
