• Johann Kli (9/5): Näher am Petersplatz geht's nicht. - Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Personal. Direkter Blick auf den Petersplatz. Na ja, wie bei Altbau so ist, man hört alles von oberen und Nebenzimmern. Trotzdem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt gehabt.

A repülőgép késése miatt éppen csak odaértünk 23:30-ig. A taxisofőr odaszólt a recepciósnak. Egy kicsit nehézkes volt a kommunikáció, az emailekre kicsit késve kaptunk választ.

• Ivan (9/5): Optimal location, clean and relatively quiet. - It was very close to the vatican, just a few minutes walking. You can see st Peter church from the window. The place is a pedestrial zone and very well patrolled so its quiet. Staff is very friendly -building walls a bit thin and you can hear sometimes people upstairs walking but its fine. -only one of the beds is a bit uncomfortable but it was ok, you get use to it the second night.

• David (8/5): Great Location for visiting Vatican City - Fantastically close to the Vatican attractions and tours as well as other Rome interest spots. Also close to a few restaurants. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast started at 8 AM, a little late when we needed to leave early for Vatican City tours and transport to the airport.

The cleanliness was 1st rate and the Breakfast (continental) was excellent waitress in charge would even make you eggs if you so wished. There is no staff on site after breakfast entry is via key from street and coded keypad to the hotel , there is an emergency number if you require it. We stayed 4 days and we will stay again in the future

• katherine (9/5): Top location near St Peter’s Basilica, the Square and Vatican Museums - The apartment was in a perfect location within the Vatican City. Easy walk to St Peter’s Square and the Basilica. The breakfast was included in our reservation. Guilia was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The building is secure, which is comforting especially since Via Della Conciliazione is the main street to get to the basilica.
• Karen (10/5): Fabulous Stay at TimeRoma Vatican - Beautiful building practically at St. Peter’s Square. Quiet, comfortable stay for three nights before our cruise. More like a B&B since a lovely breakfast was included at a large dining table with 4 other guests. Giulia was friendly and gracious.

• Gabriella (10/5): Great place! - Great staff, helpful and communicated great! Stayed with my family of 4 for 3 days and nights. We had the apartment it had two rooms ,a full kitchen and bathroom. If we had stayed longer I would have used the kitchen which was fully stocked with pans, plates, silver ware. Our first night there the power went out in the apartment, not sure if others were impacted. But the staff worked hard to get it up and running in no time. The breakfast included was great, various options and they made us eggs to order. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. The location was amazing literally down the street from the Vatican, it was gorgeous at night. The apartment faced the interior court yard. The hotel is located within a building with other businesses, but it was quiet and only saw one other guest. Highly recommend! Because the hotel is located within another building, the nameplate is not very big so you have to look for it on the door, but after three minutes of looking, I was able to figure out where we were going 😆

Quartos amplos. Manteve a essência de uma residência antiga, mas com as comodidades modernas. É possível chegar de carro bem próximo e encontrar estacionamento. O hotel fica a 200 m da praça São Pedro. Melhor impossível. Faltou empatia, simpatia e cortesia do Anfitrião. Esse foi o ponto ruim da hospedagem. Pessoa despreparada para atender ao público. Outro ponto desagradável foi que o café é servido a partir da 8h da manhã. Ou seja, para aproveitar os passeios você tem que sair mais cedo e perder o café. Só aproveitei no dia da partida do hotel. Sugiro não adquirir o café na aquisição.

• Louis (10/5): Awesome location to Saint Peter Square - The location was amazing! So close to Saint Peter Square! Breakfast was terrific and the weight staff was wonderful. The cleaning lady locked us out of the room and we had to wait till she came with the key to get into the room. The lady who showed us to the room, said the outside door to the room would never be locked, and we did not have a key to it.

• Marcela (10/5): Excellent location and breakfast. - the location was great, we felt very safe and we could walk to the Vatican and also to Saint Angelo Castle, we also crossed the bridge and walked to the city. There are buses and metro about 10 blocks away, very easy to access them. The breakfast is really good. Svetlana was very kind and help us with some information we requested. The environment is peaceful and warm. There were 2 rooms, so kids slept in beds not in sofas which was very comfortable for them.

• Gabriela (5/5): Great location, but poor service and uncomfortable details, not recommended for families/long stays - Decent breakfast (although milk was served only if you ask), fantastic location, and interesting interiors. Good for short stays for solo or couple travellers. The apartment has a fantastic location for exploring Rome. Sadly, the service was disappointing - the TV had no English channels as advertised, and when I asked a few simple questions, I was told I was the worst guest for asking too much. The host even suggested guests should be sightseeing instead of watching TV. Very unprofessional attitude. Also, the beds had strange lining with a plastic/rubber side under the cotton part, which was quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
• Enrico (10/5): - Collocazione eccezionale in Via della Conciliazione per chi vuole visitare San Pietro. Avevamo prenotato diversi mesi fa e siamo capitati proprio nei giorni dei funerali del Papa. Struttura e personale molto accoglienti, che ti fanno sentire a casa. La colazione propone buone scelte dolci e salate e viene servita in un bel salone molto grande che affaccia con due finestre su Via della Conciliazione. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera King A, anch'essa molto bella con ampio bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Nel frigobar a disposizione dei clienti una bottiglia d'acqua microfiltrata. Esperienza davvero molto positiva
• Teresa (10/5): - This is the perfect place if you are planning to visit Rome and the Vatican. The location is great to visit the Vatican near at morning when they are not a lot of tourist around. On the other side you can cross the bridge to visit the city. The hotel is inside of a beutiful building, it has elevator. Super clean, nice, quiet place. The staff very nice and helpful. They offer a home made breakfast every day with many options. I would recommend this place to everyone and for sure, I will stay there when I come back to visit Rome again in the future.

Breakfast is sufficient although not abundant. But the staff is very friendly. Will go again and again. The air conditioning was faulty, one night worked and the other didn´t, the third night did, the fourth didn´t. And a mini fridge is so much needed.

The common area does not seem to be very open to everyone. It’s always closed with curtains off. They don’t do housekeeping at all during the whole stay of 3 days
• Ricky (8/5): Great location near St Peters. - The room was as expected. The location near the Vatican was excellent and only a short walk to many restaurants. The check in was a little confusing but everything was good afterwards. It was a good value. Check in was confusing. We needed to ask the man in the building office to call TimeRoma for us as there was no answer when we rang the bell to the unit. It took some extra time to get in but worked out okay. Luckily we arrived mid morning when TimeRoma could be reached by phone.

• Wayne (8/5): Nice place, great location. - Great location about two blocks from the Vatican and a short walk from many great places to eat. The facility was super clean and well kept, and they were very accommodating of our early arrival following a redeye from the U.S. The breakfast was good, but it's only available between 8:30 and 9:30 each day. Half of our days began earlier than that, so we couldn't have breakfast. Also, there was no coffeemaker or fridge in the rooms and none were available until we asked if an electric teapot could be left out in the breakfast room so we could at least make some tea. Even then, there were no cups available, so we had to go out and find a cafe to get some paper coffee cups to use. It would be a great addition to put a coffeemaker and some mugs in the rooms.

• Alexandra (10/5): Excellent - It had excellent location -2 min walking from Vatican. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has everything you need. The ladies (Svetlana and Giulia) are nice and helpfull. We even received a complementary breakfast every day from the house. Totally recommend and definitely will consider rebooking for another trip to Rome.
• Frieda (4/5): I strongly recommend NOT staying here. But if you are willing to pay over $620.00USD for a 2 night stay and receive BAD - Location only… but staff behavior, service and communication was very poor. Unfortunately, staff service and communication was extremely poor. Very bad experience for the price they charge. Friday, Dec 29, 2023: We drove 5 hours from the zigzag mountains of Amalfi, to Pompei, to Fiumicino Airport to return our rental car, took a taxi to TimeRoma Vaticano and arrived 3-4 hours later than our previously estimated arrival time. We were welcomed by a man named Angel, whose first greeting to us was a complaint that we did not respond to his message. We said, we have been having trouble receiving messages on our cellphones due to connectivity, plus we’ve just been on road for the last 5 hours. He checked us in, gave his WhatsApp Number to contact him for anything we needed. The next morning, Saturday, Dec 30, 2023: we tried several times to message the property through their Booking.com Site to request a very early transfer. But our multiple attempts to send messages to the property via Booking.com were prevented from getting through and it appeared our abilty to contact the property hasbeen disabled; When we press “send” to send our message, it only says, “Unable to Send Message.” It appears the Guest Clients were prevented from contacting TimeRoma Vaticano in the Booking.com Site via messaging. We sent messages to Angel’s WhatsApp Number stating our early transfer but we have not gotten any response from him throughout the day. We reached out to Booking.com and they gave us an option to call the property and spoke with Giulia. I told her we needed an early taxi transfer the next morning, she kept telling me to message her the details via Booking.com as if she did not want to get the details while I had her on the phone. We tried to explained to her our messaging is being blocked and that Angel was not responding back. Then, Giulia hung up the phone on me. I was dumbfounded.
