• karine (10/5): - Le quartier et l'appartement sont magnifiques. La terasse est un plus quand il fait beau. Helena est très accueillante et disponible. Elle répond si problème. Des douceurs nous attendent. Il faut marcher 20 min pour le centre ville mais cela n'est pas un problème. Une jolie petite plage est à 10 min à pieds.
• Jean (8/5): - The view from the terrace is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay. Knowing Dubrovnik now, the steps down to the apartment were a bit of a surprise for people of a certain age.

• Jane (8/5): Great stay in quiet location with private outdoor space. - The host Goge was responsive to our enquiries and gave us a very warm welcome on arrival. Very quiet with a lovely view across to the old city and towards Lokrum Island. The terrace with table and recliners would be lovely in warm weather. Beautiful St Jacob’s beach is nearby, down 160 plus steps. Uber taxis to and from the old city work well - 8-10 Euros each way. Steps down to and within the apartment make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

• Valerie (9/5): Great place to sleep after long days touring in Dubrovnik, also has a nice view of the water! - Location was nice as it had a great view of the water and it was 20-25 min safe walk away from the very busy hustle and bustle of Old Town! The host was very helpful and kind, she arranged our airport transfer and she met us for the keys. The space was comfortable to sleep as that is all we really used it for. The facilities were very basic, and the bed and the couch were not super comfortable. The price is high for what you get but this is the market in Dubrovnik.

Klar, es ist etwas zu laufen von der Altstadt (ca. 20 min.), aber man läuft am Wasser entlang und man muss nicht hunderte Treppen steigen. Außerdem ist einer der schönsten Strände (St. Jakob) gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

• Wouter (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really nice with the old town and 2 beaches well within walking distance. The appartment was clean, and everything we needed was there. The view from our quiet private terrace was absolutely stunning. I saved the best for last: our host was just perfect. She gave us a quick debrief in person, answered any messages/questions we had swiftly, and even took our flight schedule into account for the checkout time. If we ever return to Dubrovnik, we know where we want to stay. -

• Kay (10/5): Idyllic location and views. - What a Gem! Just 1.5km from Dubrovnik up on cliff with the most amazing views over Dubrovnik old town/walls and Lokrum island. One bed apartment -modern but with a lovely terrace. You can access the water down steps for a quick dip! Quiet and peaceful! Hosts lovely! I’m Not a thing. It was perfect.

Property is well cared for with lovely plants and flowers all around . Situation, close to old town but in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, couldn’t be beaten. There are several beautiful swimming spots right nearby. Hosts were really accommodating, with great communication throughout.

• Sonja (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely awesome for someone who looks for something authentic, spacious and quiet with the sea right there and old town still in walking distance. Apartment had charme and was up to date at the same time. We absolutely loved the tarasse and the hosts where extremely nice. If we ever return to this lovely spot on earth, we'd definitely stay in this apartment again.

• Kateřina (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - The accommodation is in a beautiful location, overlooking the old town, the old town is a beautiful walk away, there is a shop nearby. We like solitude and peace and this accommodation absolutely met our expectations, swimming in the sea right below the house was also beautiful. Absolutely amazing. The owner and her mother were very nice. I highly recommend a visit to the restaurant Konoba Dubrava above the town, the best meal we had in Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is an expensive city, but we expected that. It was hard to find a good place to eat, offering local specialties. Right in the old town, the non-local food offer prevails (pizza, pasta, Mexican food...)

• Madeleine (10/5): Highly recommended!!!! - The whole stay in and around Dubrovnik was even more special because of this wonderful apartment! The owner gave us such a nice and warm welcome. The whole communication in general was incredibly easy and fast replied with good english as well. We were also given welcome and farewell gifts in the form of Croatian sweets. Since we arrived one day later than planned due to the bad weather conditions, we even got our money back for the missed first night. WOW! I don't think the pictures do the apartment justice. It is even more beautiful in reallife and magical there. Especially the terrace. Everything has so much space and is exceptionally clean, also the whole complex is well maintained. The location is really great too. It's a 20-minute walk to the city centre, so you can escape the hustle and bustle on the terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Adriatic Sea. It is also not far to walk to the famous Banje Beach or the more secluded bays in the opposite direction. If you plan to cook often, you should either bring oil and spices with you or buy them locally. However, the kitchen is fully equipped.
