• Laurence (10/5): Comme chez soi dès les premiers instants - Nous avons eu un très bon contact et un très bon accueil par Florence. L’appartement est parfaitement situé pour son calme et l’accès à proximité aux sites d’intérêt. Nous étions à deux pas du bus permettant le transfert vers l’aéroport. C’est l’endroit que nous n’hésiterons pas à conseiller à nos amis.

• Esther (4/5): Piso bien pero vecinos horrible y cuarto sin ascensor. Nada cómodo - La ubicación y los servicios del apartamento Es un cuarto sin ascensor. Fatal para subir y bajar las maletas. Los vecinos son insoportables dando gritos y mandando callar todo el rato. A grito pelado a cualquier hora del día les molestaba una simple conversación o que usáramos el baño.

Ihania kahviloita ja hedelmä kauppoja lähellä ja upeat joen vartta kiertelevät kävelytiet. Ihmiset oli tosi ystävällisiä. Sänky oli hyvä ja nukuimme tosi hyvin. Pimennysverhot iso plussa. Mukavat naapurit. 😊🫶🏻

• Kinkartz (9/5): Would definitely recommend this location. - Great location-Walking distance from bus station, walkable to all major sites, Alcázar, yet on a quiet side street- good for sleeping. The hostess was so kind and accommodating and gave us some restaurant tips. Very clean and kitchen contained all useful items needed. Nice cafés and restaurants nearby. For anyone who has difficulty with stairs, this is on the top floor and a lot of stairs

• Marco (9/5): Perfect stay in Seville - The apartment is really nice and well furnished. The terrace is really nice and quiet, perfect for a light candle dinner. The hosts were super nice and left us also water and beers to enjoy. The apartment is a little bit distant from the city center (20-25 min by walk but we choose it wisely to avoid noise and crowds). Nothing particularly but there is no elevator (for us it was fine but it may not be suitable for other people).

The owner always made sure that everything was working well and very attentive to my needs. I have been renting in other properties by this one is the best for being well equipped. • Carina (10/5): Worthwhile stay - The apartment is in a very good location, restaurants (Paradas 7, great for beakfast), a supermarket and the bus station Plaza de Armas nearby. The rooms are very well taken care of and clean, as well as the bathroom, balcony and kitchen, each equipped with the most important utensils. Florence and her husband were very helpful, kind and professional. They helped us to book a local taxi service as we had to be at the airport early in the morning. We were there at the end of October and the city had its charme and sunshine, so we enjoyed the morning with sunshine on the balcony with a cup of self-made coffee. We used the portable heater in the evenings when we needed it warmer. In the daytime we left to see the old city by feet, passing by the beautiful river site and parks, afterwards participating a Flamenco show in the evening and we felt save to walk back at anytime. We felt comfortable and as if we had a home in Sevilla. We would come back at anytime. Gracias

Very kind host waiting for us when we arrived earlier. Fragrant flowers everywhere moody terrace. Room is on the 4th floor. Climbing 3-4 times a day is a bit wearing after 3 days. But if you fit enough its not a problem.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped for self catering and located in a quiet street. The terrace is a lovely place to sit out. The host was really helpful, responding quickly to any questions and let us leave our luggage after the checkout time so that we could have a last walk in Seville before leaving for the airport. Everything was great.

• Lorangela (8/5): All you need for a comfortable stay in a good location - Thank you Florence/Rafael for making time to welcome us on our arrival. Also, for providing all the things that help make a traveller/pilgrim feel at home, like: The drinks you left in the fridge, the tea and coffee, a kitchen with basic necessities, some detergent to wash our clothes, shampoo and conditioner and the much appreciated moisturizer, adequate toilet paper, the clean white linen and fluffy towels , a comfortable bed. These things we have found on our month of travels, but not all together in the same accommodation. Also, we really appreciated the balcony. It's an 8.5 score from us. There was a squeaky toilet door, so a can of WD-40 in the kitchen basket would be good for a quiet trip to the toilet at night. Fourth floor is a bit of a climb with a heavy backpack. The bedroom was a little tight on one side of the bed. The main bedroom light wasn't working.

She thought of small details that other places haven’t like Kleenex, water, and a few treats in the fridge. The place is a good size with a nice patio and rooftop terrace where you can dry your clothes. Good Internet. Four flights of stairs - No elevator but a Good workout!

One of my favourite places I've stayed with booking. Owner also super flexible and really nice. Great location, easy walking distance to all the sights and lots of nice bars around.

The terrace was lovely, quite big and had the sun on it all day. I loved sitting on it in the sun and in the evening, in the pretty chairs, listening to music or reading. I loved it! • In (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well-decorated and very well-equipped. There's moka pot and coffee powder so we had a really nice morning in the terrace. Florence was very helped. She prepared us very useful information regarding visiting the city and also local snack. In general, it was a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend it :) The air conditioner worked well in the living room but not the bedroom. But the fan in the bedroom helped.
