- Klaus (7/5): Traumlage und Traumblick mit mangelndem Blick für Details seitens der Vermieterin - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht auf das Weißhorn vom Balkon aus sind hervorragend. Besonders positiv: die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit vielen Elektrogeräten und die Sauberkeit im Innenbereich. Weniger gut gefallen hat uns, dass die Fenster und der Balkon-Windschutz nicht gereinigt waren, ein Sofa auf dem Balkon mit einer unansehnlichen Plane abgedeckt war und einige Leuchten kein oder nur schwaches Licht gaben. Der Backofen hatte keine Oberhitze, die Waschmaschine war defekt und die Duschkabine war stellenweise verrostet. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungsbedarf in einigen Details.“
