- Dimitriu (10/5): Excellent retreat surrounded by nature - Well equipped, the washing machine and tumble dryer just came at the right time.
- imran (1/5): Last-minute cancellation of a confirmed booking disrupted our journey. - Unfortunately, due to the last-minute cancellation of our confirmed booking, we were unable to experience the property we had originally selected. As a result, the positive aspects of our planned stay were not realised. The most disappointing aspect was that the booking was initially confirmed by the host, only for us to be contacted nearly two hours later and informed that the property was no longer available. This occurred while we were already travelling, leaving us in a difficult position and forcing us to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
- Loretta (10/5): Beautiful location, peaceful and relaxing - Was very cosy and homely

- Andrzej (8/5): - Fajna lokalizacja Caravan nie przygotowany na nasz przyjazd Brudno
- Alessandra (10/5): Great - The caravan have everything you need and it s in a lovely location super close to the west area of the mountains. We were in 2 friends and there was enough space for have our privacy . My dog loved it too ♡♡♡ Nothing, it was just beautiful

- Monisha (5/5): - Property was very poor clean odours coming from toilet kitchen Its was very smelling
- Nusrat (10/5): -
- Jessica (8/5): Definitely stay again 🙃 - Great location, clean and comfortable 👍 Everything was great 👍
- Alam (6/5): Pleasant - No wifi
Dusty
Sofa bed condition wasn’t good
- Bogdan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kateryna (10/5): Amazing - I like everything there
- Teresa (7/5): Good - It was well equipped caravan, with everything you may need for short stay. In close proximity to nice walks Caravan was advertised and sold for six people. In my opinion this place is too small for six ADULTS especially that there are only two bedrooms, or rather ONE and box room with two single beds with no room to move.
Also, the caravans are placed very close to each other, so the place is that private and restful as suggested in the online description.
No views from the caravan.
- Konfetocka2009 (4/5): Disappointing -
- Melanie (10/5): Fantastic place for a break from city life - The caravan was really comfortable and clean, and the site was close to lots of walks for me, my son and the dog to enjoy! Dawn was amazing, easily contactable when I couldn’t figure out the heating!
Idyllic countryside have never slept so well! Nothing everything was good
- Charlie (10/5): An excellent little gem - The caravan was comfortable, warm and very well equipped throughout. The DVD collection was excellent and the little bit of decking was spot on for letting the dog out. Some coffee and WiFi would have been beneficial however we bought coffee and we didn't suffer for a few days using mobile data
- Monika (1/5): Horrible, had to swap to another one, as i was travelling with 2 kids. - Host has forgot to provide me with key code details, I was unable to access the property. There was NO GAS in the property at all.
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sean (7/5): A pleasant stay that serves its purpose with no luxuries - The caravan has everything you need for a short stay or stopover and was tidy and clean on arrival. I think, 'it is what it is' sums it up best and it was mostly as expected. The score is relative for my expectations of the stay. The heating works well and it stays warm and has private parking. The surrounding area is lovely and it feels very secure. Everything worked and contact was great with the host. I would consider staying again. It generally needs some TLC and is showing its age. The key box is fiddly, stiff and needs replacing. The shower is borderline dangerous with its control and how hot the water is if knocked (although nice and big!). I didn't like the second bedroom that has 2 small singles squeezed in (i was aware of this, but think its only suitable for 1! You cant stand up in there!). It was very cold on arrival as the heating was off and a little damp, so a cold first night. There was no extra amenities like milk for a quick first day cuppa (there was tea bags, but no coffee!). Lastly, there is NO Wifi.
- Jennifer (5/5): Glad it was only 1 night. Value for money if you were aware caravan, but advertised as apartment. - Cosy, heating worked well on a rainy, windy night.Nicely decorated. Expected a 2bedroom apartment not a caravan. Very isolated location with nothing nearby fortunately we went shopping and had some food and drinks with us. No internet and limited phone access did not suit us. One of bed lights in double did not work.
- Christopher (9/5): Very enjoyable--would happily stay again - Lovely static caravan, in beautiful location. Lakes nearby & an excellent pub a 20min walk away. Very quiet & peaceful, great for dog walks too All very good--staff at the reception very helpful too

- Jade (9/5): Good stay - Comfortable, warmed up quickly, tidy, clean, nice area, easy check-in Such a late check-in. Travelled 300+ miles, then had to drive for a further 4 hours trying to entertain kids on a very cold very wet day.

- Iryna (8/5): Very good -
- Hariharan (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean and neat. It was well maintained and had almost all equipments which are necessary for cooking as well. Everything was arranged and kept in neat position Noting Every thing was too good specially the kitchen and the living room was execellent.
- Ashley (7/5): Good -
- Hannah (4/5): Disappointing - The location was great for what we needed while staying in the Lakes. The caravan had a good amount of appliances and kitchen utensils which made cooking daily easy. Unfortunately when we arrived it was clear that the second bedroom had not been cleaned. On arrival there was toenail clippings on the small bedroom floor, there was a vape and vape oil found under one of the beds and the bedding was not clean, it had marks all over and was full of hair. Initially this really disappointed me and my mum who were booked to stay for the week. However, we made the best of the situation ans we ended up travelling to a nearby Asda and bought brand new bedding and cleaning products. We cleaned the caravan from top to bottom and put the new bedding in both bedrooms. After chatting me and my mum decided that while this wasn't ideal, the owners had possibly assumed that the second bedroom would not be used and this was the reason for the state of it. We ended up having a lovely stay and would visit again, although we will be more prepared in the future by bringing our own bedding and cleaning products.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grindall (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicky (9/5): Superb - Double bed mattress needs to be changed, as too old and noisy.
- Lynette (4/5): Disappointing - It was warm and the shower was good. No information about the park or things to do in the area. The place was not very clean. It just looked run down . No antenna or tv, no internet. Our worst accommodation so far
- Ahmed (3/5): disappointed me - Facilities was good Everything was ok rather than the cleaning bed sheets was not changed everything was messed up like look like they didn’t change everything when last visitors was moved it was not acceptable
- Kayleigh (6/5): Comfortable, rural location, caravan fine but could be better. - Clean and comfortable once gas tanks were replaced. I like that there was a full sized fridge freezer as my dog eats raw. Dvd collection was good as no WiFi. Area was lovely and cogra moss only a short walk away. Host was available to get in contact over phone which was handy. First day and a half without gas so no hot water or oven. Number 3's washing machines are right next to the window for some reason which meant they were stood outside our window every night folding clothes. Also neighbours where quite noisy. First night had number 5 drinking outside till late and playing darts which was right next to the other window. Heard rave music a couple nights. Also in the limited booklet that is left it said that we were only allowed 1 car to be parked at the caravan but number 3 had 3 at times making it tight to squeeze past to leave the site. There's also no available cupboard space for food so everything had to go on the benches. Lots of cupboards but all full up with stuff. There's also a couple screws sticking up from the bar between flooring in the kitchen/living space which my friend caught her foot on multiple times. If you had kids this would be hazardous as is on route to the door to patio. Website also said had on site shop but the site doesn't so need to drive all the way to Frizington for nearest shop. There was only 2 toilet rolls left for us when we arrived so had to go to shop straight away. Second bedroom was fine for my short friend but someone tall would struggle. Best suited for children.

- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Gorgeous caravan, had everything you need. Great location and nice little park for young ones to enjoy.
- Graham (8/5): lovely site very peaceful - nice quiet site easy to find well laid out, and a small park just enough for our granddaughter to enjoy next door being so close we could hear all their conversations when on their decking
- Reyhan (7/5): It was ok! - It was comfortable and quiet. The spare sheets in the closet smelled like cigarette
- Sophie (1/5): Bad - Got kicked out the accommodation after the first night after ringing the host to come out to clean the caravan.
Caravan was filthy, food in freezer and cupboards.
. fridge and freezer hadn't been cleaned so we cleaned it.
Cobwebs, dust, hair found all over the Caravan. Electrical hazard in the boiler room. Took over 90 pictures of what was wrong with the caravan
Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

- John (10/5): Family stay in lakeland retreat - Our family of 3 and our dogs had a fantastic stay away in this homely furnished, clean cosy caravan! We loved it. This is highly recommended
- Nanette (3/5): Disappointed - It had a horrible smell. No WiFi. Dvd player didn't work. No toiletries. Quarter of a toilet roll. There are too many plugs in the same socket, massive health, and safety issues. I would definitely not recommend it. Very disappointed
