• Jordan (7/5): Good location, soundproofing could be better - The rooms were nice and the location was good right next to the metro station. The rooms are not sound proof and we had noisy neighbours on the first night, who also were very noisy very early the next morning. The second night was much better.

• Sarah (8/5): A brilliant introduction to Naples. - Really well located, good tv, comfy bed. A big shout out to Gabriella too, who went out of her way to get us toothpaste after we arrived late (following a debacle with delayed luggage) and the shops were closed. It was quite noisy but can’t be helped - that’s Naples for you

It can be a bit noisy due to its streetfront position but earplugs are a simple solution for a quiet night. The apartment is spotless with a keen eye for detail and the host is incredibly helpful.

• Paul (9/5): Short and Sweet stay! - Excellent location for restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. Gabriella was super helpful and friendly, giving great recommendations for restaurants etc in the local area. Be nice to have some bottled water and coffee supplies in the room.

Very hospitable staff and great rooms and value for money. Lovely size room and always very clean. Stayed in the King Suite with bath. Bath took about an hour to fill. We were told this was normal but I suspect it's because the boiler and power system isn't adequate for commercial use.

• Emily (8/5): Beautiful rooms in excellent location, a stone-throw away from key sights. - The staff, location, room and cleanliness were fantastic. We just had a little problem with rowdy guests in the next room, but that cannot be controlled by Mirabilis staff. I think the windows could be double glazed given the location. Our room faced onto a laneway which appears to be a meeting spot for young motorists. Even with the complimentary ear plugs, it was impossible to rest until after 2am on the Saturday night.

Se volete passare qualche giorno in questa meravigliosa città consiglio sicuramente di soggiornare da Mirabilis Relais. Unica pecca, la doccia che perdeva acqua e spesso causava allagamento in bagno.

• Cat (1/5): Avoid. Very loud. Untrustworthy. - The apartment is within walking distance of locations to visit. The bed was comfortable and the apartment stylish. There were many things wrong. Checking in was not smooth - I agreed a time with the host but then the host wanted to move this later. The reception desk is not in use. At 1pm I was automatically sent instructions to access my phone so not sure of the issue. I saw other people struggling to access and check in. The bathroom smelt of sewage. The bath and shower were a bit worn. The bed sheets were weird, and uncovered duvet and a sheet. The apartment (#2) is on the main road Dante, which was extremely loud - constant vehicles beeping and traffic well into the night (at least midnight). I slept with loops in and got an ear infection - as you shouldn't sleep with earbuds in! There were earbuds on the bedside tables so obviously a known issue. I have had to take sick days due to this issue. On my return home, I had a day's worth of messages from the host on both WhatsApp and Booking.com saying that my card wasn't working due to me not selecting the currency. The currency euro is automatically selected so this was suspicious. They kept urging me to do a transfer to their bank account even saying booking.com have tried to call me to do the same thing. I called booking.com and they said they had not tried to call and that they should charge my card which was verified. Since calling booking.com I have not heard from this apartment and my card has been charged. I believe this was an attempted scam. I cannot express how much I would avoid.

• Stefania (8/5): Bellissimo B&B - Bel B&B in posizione centralissima, da fuori non diresti ma all'interno le camere sono molto belle. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e la colazione compresa al bar sotto è fantastica. Noi avevamo due camere, una molto bella e grande e l'altra più piccolina con terrazzino. Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione perchè nel weekend c'è molto casino fuori la sera.

A lot of fun places to eat and drink nearby (super Fly, Hype Bar, library bar were our favorites). The metro and sites were all very nearby! It was near a noisy street (but they provided ear plugs). The wifi was spotty (but they helped us with a booster). We really liked the property.

• Dennis (7/5): Minimalist apartment in the middle of bustling Naples - Very comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment comes with a small fridge, for you to store your essential groceries. A supermarket is located very close by. The Café Blanco across the street is great for coffee and pastries. Over all the apartment is situated in a good area to go dining etc. Directly next to the Metro station too. Check in was easy, and staff were really friendly as well. The beds are made every day which was very nice. The apartment is directly next to a busy street, so it is quQite loud, especially on the weekends. During the weekdays it's a bit quieter, but Ambulances are going down that street multiple times a day too. Some of the facilities in the apartment are not quite as modern/top notch as they seem in the photos. The shower and whirlpool for example have seen better days.

The property is located centrally which is great but it is just off the main road and isn’t very well sound proofed therefore it was loud and hard to sleep at night. This caused us to have a quite a broken sleep.
• Valentin Hennequin (7/5): - Space is beautiful, very central location, and the room was big, modern and tastefully decorated. Staff was lovely and very helpful. There were works in the reception when I arrived, a cloud of dust everywhere and lots of noise coming from the works. The wifi never worked, and the room facing the street ended up being quite noisy and I got awoken by the traffic outside quite early.
• Adam (4/5): Not a hotel, expensive apartment - The location of the venue was perfectly central to most things and the staff were really helpful This is not a hotel, it’s a serviced apartment. Breakfast included is at a cafe down the road and you’re only allowed €10 which is pretty much 1 coffee and 1 croissant every day, which becomes a bit tedious after 5 days. WiFi was apparently down the whole time we were there and hotel rooms don’t have signal so we couldn’t do any reccy of the city or plan our days/evenings until we left the apartment so had to leave early every morning to get signal or wifi. Rooms only have tea facilities without milk, which is strange as the whole city operates on coffee but not available in room. Road apartment is on has some sort of club so is loud until approximately 3am which is not mentioned anywhere. On our last day they had workmen in who were grinding tiles in reception where we had left our luggage and they were absolutely covered in dust when we came to collect to leave. A lot of items in the room were damaged or broken and you could tell the room was ‘used’

• Corinne (6/5): Nice decorated rooms in central and premium location - take your earplugs if you wish to sleep - The hotel is conveniently located close to all attractions, including metros, restaurants, and museums. Gabriella was very clear and helpful, available after 1:00 PM for check-ins. She speaks perfect English and is incredibly friendly. We stayed in Suite Room 1, which was modern, spacious, and well-maintained. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, you can enjoy breakfast downstairs at Café Leopoldo between 7:30 and 10:30 AM, if included. Although the location was perfect, we did not expect so much noise all day and night. We were unable to sleep the entire weekend and never experienced such a noisy room. This can be anticipated if you are familiar with how crowded Naples is and consider the location on the map. We were a bit naive, so if you are sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it. That was our mistake. Furthermore, I noticed that the shower tiles and kit were not entirely clean, and we didn't dare to use the jacuzzi because of the buses. Lastly, we were unlucky as the WiFi went down after one day, forcing us to rely on our 4G, which was a hassle. Additionally, while breakfast was included at the Leopoldo downstairs, it wasn't clear what we could or couldn't have, leading to different experiences each morning.

• Bjorn (4/5): Prachtige kamer, maar schimmel en lawaai verpesten het verblijf - De ligging van MIRABILIS Relais is ideaal dicht bij een metrostation en dus perfect om de stad te verkennen. Bij aankomst hadden we echter onze twijfels: van de buitenkant oogt het gebouw niet bijzonder uitnodigend. Gelukkig verandert dat zodra je binnenkomt; het interieur is stijlvol en modern ingericht. De eerste indruk van de kamer was ronduit positief: ruim, mooi ingericht en comfortabel. Helaas sloeg dat enthousiasme snel om bij het zien van de badkamer. De douche zat vol schimmel, wat echt een domper was. We hebben dit direct gemeld bij de receptie, maar er kon op dat moment niets aan gedaan worden er stond blijkbaar een renovatie gepland. Er werd aangeboden om de schoonmaak extra te laten poetsen, maar dit probleem was duidelijk niet van gisteren. Een goede dosis HG-schimmelreiniger zou hier zeker geen overbodige luxe zijn. De eerste nacht was zwaar door de enorme geluidsoverlast van buiten. Ook dit hebben we gemeld en kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer en oordopjes aangeboden een nette oplossing, al kwam die natuurlijk pas na een slechte nachtrust. Ontbijt is inbegrepen, maar wordt niet in het hotel zelf geserveerd. Je krijgt een voucher voor een tentje op de hoek. Voor wie van zoetigheden en gebak houdt, is dit prima, maar voor ons was het een tegenvaller. Conclusie: Mirabilis Relais heeft zeker potentie: prachtige kamers, goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Maar de hygiëne van de badkamer, de geluidsoverlast en het matige ontbijt zorgen ervoor dat wij dit verblijf helaas niet als geslaagd ervaren hebben.

• Allison (10/5): Great location and staff was amazing! - Location was great and the staff was absolutely amazing! So accommodating for recommendations, calling taxis, etc. The bed was super comfortable (and big!) and was the perfect first night after a very long travel day.

Gabriella adorable, nous a fait une merveilleuse surprise ! Des fleurs, des ballons ♥️ et un mot pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Grazie ! Petit-déjeuner dans un endroit très agréable, serveur très sympa et un vrai café italien délicieux !
• Gabriele (7/5): Non riprenoterei - Struttura ristrutturata di recente con gusto. Stanza grande e accogliente con un bel letto comodo. La struttura ti propone la colazione in un bar vicino dove servono cose deliziose. Da rivedere la pulizia. Il primo giorno all’arrivo ho dovuto chiedere che pulissero perche’ era pieno di capelli in bagno e nella stanza. Situazione che e’ parzialmente migliorata i giorni successivi. Il piumone che c’era nel letto era adagiato senza sacco coprimiumone che e’ stato messo su mia richiesta il giorno dopo. La mattina al risveglio non c’era acqua calda per lavarsi. Erano inoltre stati programmati dei lavori dalle 10 alle 13 del mattino dove oltre a dover far accedere il personale in stanza dovevamo anche non usare l acqua per 3 ore. Di tutto questo disagio siamo stati avvisati la sera prima alle 20:30. Tenendo conto che siamo eravamo in vacanza dover lasciare la stanza alle 10 obbligatoriamente mi ha creato disagio.
• louise (7/5): - Location was fantastic. Receptionist was helpful. Bed really comfy . Breakfast was disappointing was Just a pastry & coffee standing up! No negatives about the room but for me I just prefer to have a 24 hour desk but that is fast becoming a thing of the past unfortunately. Nice little place though to be fair.

• Sunny (9/5): Great location, stylish rooms - Loved the styling and the level of comfort. Excellent location - for both the walking streets of the Centro Storico and transport via the subway. A little noisy facing the Main Street with traffic - cars, busses etc til quite late. Bring some earplugs!
• Mama Jilly (8/5): Comfortable Landing Place for One Night - Mirabilis Relais was comfortable, clean and a delightful find in the busy city of Naples. Conveniently located near Dante Plaza (which has a metro stop), there were multiple food options close by and it was easy to walk to local areas of interest such as Santa Chiara Monastery and San Gregorio Armeno. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Nice amenities provided. Gabriella was kind enough to order a taxi for us to the port and also carried my heavy suitcase down a narrow flight of steep steps. We had a one-night stay and it was a perfect introduction to the city. The breakfast provided was offered at a cafe next door - a VERY busy establishment with limited seating. We felt rushed to make an order and then had to eat standing up. Few choices. Coffee, tea and a croissant. Since this was our first breakfast in Italy, we weren't used to the Italian way of doing things and seemed to be a nuisance for the business, rather than a guest. Also, there is NO lift. Suitcases must be carried up a narrow flight of steps.
