The hosts were incredibly kind and made everything so comfortable. It was not just a place to stay, but an experience I’ll always remember. Honestly, there was nothing major I didn’t like. They also have a cozy café with delicious coffee that you definitely have to try. Honestly, everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. It felt like a home away from home! Everything was fine, I guess!
• Victoria (8/5): perfect location; good for a short stay - Perfectly located between Borjomi and Bakuriani. There is a little shop ~5 mins drive away. The hosts are responsive and friendly. The room is definitely too small for 4 adults+child even though it can sleep 5 people. I guess it would be perfect for people who only sleep there. It was warm and cozy. My nephew enjoyed playing in the snow and building castles. It felt like this is a new business for the host. Quite a few things were not as smooth as I would have loved. The hosts demand a prepayment via bank transfer from a georgian card - outside of booking.com platform. It all turned out okay in the end, but didnt feel safe. When we arrived on 1 January, there were no towels in the cabin. Beka (the host) gave us one face towel for 5 people. The towels arrived only next day around 4pm. One roll of toilet paper for 5 people x 2 nights was not enough (we bought it ourselves). The electricity is unstable in the cabin - when you switch on the electric kettle, the light in the room starts blinking. WiFi barely worked. TV does not work but you apparently can connect a hard drive to it. Parking on the premises was limited in winter resulting in the host's car blocking the gate (so we couldnt get out without asking him to move is car).

• نورا (10/5): We had a really wonderful stay at Kingswood. - The cabins were comfortable and cozy, Pure nature around, a great area around the cottage. hot water works well, bathrooms are really good and they have in bathroom bidet! (thanks for that), beds and sheets are nice. The owner is very friendly. A truly wooden cottage for a family to spend days with nature. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Georgia.

The owners and staff make you feel part of their family and provide excellent support for your visit, tour and transportation needs. They speak English very well. We stayed in 5 hotels in Georgia and this was our favorite quiet and cozy environment. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the garden of these cottages was something magnificent, we will definitely come to this place again. Nothing
