Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Sandra (8/5): Would stay again as roomy and close to everything - Modern property, great location and dog safe and friendly. Coffee pod machine was appreciated. In need of some maintenance and updating. A bit smelly.
Sadie (6/5): - Location was great close to shops & Beach, spacious Smell of dog wee lingered the entire house and on furniture couldn’t use some pillows due to the smell, all plates, glasses and cutlery had been left in a dishwasher which then all smelt like wet dog unfortunately it wasn’t pleasant had to buy paper plates and cups
Magdalene (7/5): Good - Location was excellent. Near enough to easily access the shops and jetty at Cowes, without being too close. As such, it was nice and quiet where we were. The accommodation provided all the facilities we needed. We were provided early check-in without asking, which was appreciated. Cleanliness could be improved. When we arrived, we noticed some stains on the mattress protector in the main bedroom (upstairs). We opted to bring our own sheets to avoid the extra linen fees, and were so glad we did as we didn't trust the cleanliness of the bed. There was a used candy wrapper just under the nightstand too, and while we didn't go hunting for it, it was just a bot disappointing to see other guests' trash still in the room when we arrived.
Hardy (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet location very comfortable and close to town and beach.. great little Cafe 100 metres down the road.. recommend for family getaway.
