• Sergio (9/5): Orvieto: sempre una garanzia! - Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ad Orvieto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era davvero caratteristica, curata nei dettagli e molto pulita. La posizione è perfetta, proprio in centro, comodissima per visitare la città a piedi. Ci fa sempre piacere tornare ad Orvieto: è una città splendida, ricca di fascino, e ogni volta si mangia benissimo!

• Jennifer (10/5): Great stay for location - Great location. Very nice patio to relax in after a day of exploring. Stairs and parking. We were there during a holiday so the main parking was closed and I had to park in a garage about 15 minutes of walking away.

Più in centro di così non si può Tante scale (ma nel medioevo erano inevitabili) Mi è mancata una tazza o un bicchiere per il tè visto che c'era un bellissimo bollitore.

• Jolanta (9/5): - I really liked that the room was in an old house in the very center of the town, the cozy room is not spoiled by modern details, the whole atmosphere breathes the spirit of Orvieto. All objects are within walking distance. We were afraid that the farmers who came to the market early in the morning would make noise, but it was completely quiet. Although it was written that the hotel has parking. However, you can only park in the central square when there is no market, which is held several days a week. Therefore, we had problems finding both the apartment itself and a parking space.

• Patricia (7/5): Interesting stay in the Old Town of Orvietto - Was a quaint room in a narrow street in the old town. Location was central enough - easy to walk to the main Basilica and do the underground tour. There was a Saturday market in the morning, which was a bonus. Directions to the apartment could have been clearer. But Guiseppe was kind enough to find us and bring us to the public parking. Be warned - the streets are very narrow for driving.

• Marta (7/5): - La localización es excelente y el trato muy amable. Hay una escaleras muy empinadas para llegar a la habitación y eso deben advertirlo. No estaba el que debía darme las llaves y tuve que llamarlo, aunque en 5 minutos llego. Se podía haber ofrecido a ayudarme con la mochila al no tener ascensor.

Camera ampia e dotata di ogni confort, con piccola area cucina molto apprezzata. Consigliatissimo! Anche per il prezzo Non è un demerito della struttura, se non per l'insonorizzazione, ma è giusto segnalare che durante la notte la piazza è stata molto "vivacizzata" da continui schiamazzi di un gruppo di ragazzi. Ciò non toglie la piacevolezza di dormire in una bellissima stanza confortevole in una posizione invidiabile

• Alessandra (8/5): Vacanze tranquille - La posizione delle camere è centralissima a soli 400 m dal Duomo, vicinissima a negozi e ristoranti ( c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta). Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo perché ci siamo persi( il mio telefono si era surriscaldato e google maps era andato il tilt) e lui ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha accompagnati anche al parcheggio sotterraneo dove abbiamo lasciato la macchina. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è troppo basso ( almeno per noi) e magari avremmo avuto piacere che le stanze fossero pulite tutti i giorni. Ma fa lo stesso. Per il resto anche se sotto la nostra camera c'era una pizzeria non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore.

• Daniel (9/5): Really lovely stay - will come back. - Good-sized room with a kitchenette. Very close to the main area. Wifi is not working too well.
• Mik (9/5): Would Stay Again - Nice big room with a kitchenette at the heart of Orvietto and friendly owners. Room overlooked the Piazza dry Popolo. Shower a little cramped but the bathroom us a good size.

• Carol (8/5): Orvieto should be on everyone’s list of places to visit in Italy . - N/A It would have been very nice to have been able to make coffee when we arrived….. The other thing to really bear in mind is that you have to park a long way away from the property, once you have uploaded, all over cobbles…….so difficult if you have a pram or can’t walk so far, especially when it’s hot.,,,however all the restaurants are very close by, and easy to just walk through the passageway/ally to a very good coffee and danish for breakfast, then the bars and restaurants are too many to chose from and right near the Duomo. A special mention to a restaurant called Miranda,,,the food there was so good. And it’s in a quiet courtyard.,

We bought lovely strawberries meat and cheese which we enjoyed at the table on the roof . Would be nice to have a chair in room. Also a couple of glasses since you provide fridge in room
• Thinus (10/5): The heart and soul of Orvieto! - This was a lovely stay and the location was perfectly located close to the heart of Orvieto with beautiful views from the window over the piazza. The host was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were settled in and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the village.

Without cleaning we asked only extra towel, so it was non stress. I highly recommend here!! We had to say something, the water in the bathtub did not flow smoothly...

• Yulia (10/5): Exceptional - The property has big room and attached bathroom. Everything is clean, comfortable, in good condition. The maintenance of the property is very good. The hosts are very welcoming. You have to take into consideration when ordering: you will make a lot of steps with your baggage. The parking is opposite the house, but you should pay from 8:00 untill 20:00 per hour. And the little addition as small table and a chair will be nice. Overall we are very satusfied being there.

The room has beautiful sunlight coming form the Piazzza del Popolo; it is large enough with a big bathroom, which is always welcome. The Saturday market was right below the room which was fun. There are doors that open out to plaza. The noise from upstairs apartment. There are a lot of steps to the room.
