• Adriana (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert und wucherisch - Nichts Das Vorgehen und Verhalten seitens des Hotels halten wir als Wucher mit betrügerischer Absicht, da unter Angabe von falschen Versprechen („5-Sterne Hotel“ auf Booking.com) nicht nur eine unzureichende Leistung erbracht wird, sondern diese unzureichende Leistungserbring mit der Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe des Gesamtpreises planvoll abgesichert wird. Der Gesamtzustand des Hotel und die Google-Bewertungen, lassen darauf schließen, dass dieses Hotel schon länger mangelhaft ist und dennoch nichts unternommen wird, sondern man sich entschlossen hat eine vertraglich abgesicherte Touristenfalle zu werden.

• Almudena (9/5): - El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación era muy grande y muy bien decorada. La playa es perfecta para descansar, lo único es que hay que bañarse con zapatillas de agua porque hay rocas. Muy atentos y amables todo el personal. Nos abrieron la sala de Karaoke solo para mi familia y lo pasamos genial. Un detalle muy bonito.
• Klein (7/5): Gerne wieder - Wir hatten fast das ganze Hotel für uns alleine. Der Pool ist riesig, allerdings ziemlich warm. Der Strand ist einfach traumhaft, das Frühstück super, Personal super nett, Zimmer sind auch super! Das Hotel hat wohl den Besitzer gewechselt. Man merkt dass über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht so viel gemacht wurde, jetzt aber immer mehr hochgefahren wird. Das aktuelle Team ist auf jeden Fall super!
• Laurent (7/5): Très bel hôtel, confortable et bien situé. - Nous avons adoré la piscine qui est très grande et magnifique, la vue qu’elle offre sur la mer, les petits parcs de l’hôtel qui peuvent accueillir de petits visiteurs (singes / vaches / écureuil)… Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables ! Le personnel est charmant et sympathique ☺️ ! Très mauvaise connexion au wifi (quasiment aucun réseau), pour un 5* on s’attendait à mieux. Malheureusement l’attente au restaurent est beaucoup trop long. Il n’y avait pourtant pas beaucoup de client, et nous devions attendre 1h en moyenne pour nous faire servir.

• Alessandro (6/5): Pleasant - The size of the room, the quite environment The staff were not prepared. The building, although beautiful and potentially comfortable needs profound maintenance and renovation. Food is absent. Only 15 rooms were available, and the entire second floor was completely destroyed. No possibility to swim in the sea beacuse of corals, one has to walk to the nearest public beach 600 meters away. Ants were in the bathroom. We had to ask the room cleaning every day.

• Hatanwala (8/5): Over all a good experience except for bathroom cleanliness wich is important. - Proximity to beach. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great. Staff friendly and quick to attend to requests. Bathrooms could have been maintained well. Shower floor was not clean and slippery. Towels were not clean and had to request to replace. No hand towels or face towels.

• Ruth (7/5): Nice hotel, lacking attention to detail - Super friendly staff, awesome breakfast and right on the beach! It was a short walk to reach restaurants, and you could walk along the beach to Pasikudah bay in 10mins. Our room was HUGE and we had a bath in the bathroom which was a bonus for the kids! The hotel just felt like it was lacking a bit of attention to detail. The pool (although it was probably the biggest pool I’ve ever seen) felt dirty - there were lots of flies and things floating in it. It was likely because it was the end of season and we were pretty much the only guests staying in the hotel, but even though there were lots of staff we felt like we constantly had to find someone to ask for things, such as asking for our room to be cleaned (even after hanging the request sign on the door), asking if we could have breakfast, asking for pool towels etc. The big negative for us was the DJ party held on Saturday night. As I said, we were the only guests staying at the hotel at this point (with our 3yo and 6month old) so to have super loud music playing from 8pm - 5am really wasn’t cool. I asked what time the music would be finishing and was told 1am, but it carried on and on and on. Needless to say none of us slept much that night. If I’d have known about the DJ party I wouldn’t have booked the hotel.

• Sylwia (7/5): Very nice, calm, confortable - I am really recomend this hotel - open space in the hotel, not too many people, silence, beach on the front of the hotel the grass in the garden around the hotel its dry , they dont care about this even they have a automatic watering (doesn't work), it's a pity because the hotel's surroundings would benefit from it.

• Tracy (7/5): Good - Location, large comfortable rooms. A beautiful pool & views of the beach. The staff tried hard to make out stay comfortable. There was no bar even though the website said there’s a pool bar & bar. We went to another local hotel for drinks & food as there was little on offer.
• Nuno (9/5): The hotel is new, beautiful facilities, huge room and swimming pool.The staff is amazing. - Amazing hotel and staff. I feel that is the best hotel of Passikudah. In front of the hotel the beach is a bit rocky, but very near to sand beaches that invites to a swim and to a walk until the elephant beach (wonderful spot).
• Balasingham (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent and the breakfast was nice We were looking for a swim in the ocean but the beaches were too much rocks I was little bit disappointed.
• Sahathevan (7/5): Good - Good lunch No menu, floor is felled as sticky. It should be cleaned well.
