• E (7/5): Poorly designed loft studio with no proper bedroom (not 1 bed apartment) - Apartment is modern and clean but the 1 bed apartment description is incorrect. This is a studio only with a bed in a loft that you can’t stand up in properly (the apartment design is completely flawed, the bedroom is not a proper bedroom. The main bed should be moved downstairs where the couch is so there is a proper bedroom) • The 1 bed apartment is a false advertisement. It is a 1 bed studio with a bed in a loft - not a 1 bedroom apartment (there are no doors separating any of spaces except toilet/ the bedroom is not a proper bedroom) • can’t stand up properly in loft (about 5ft height) • very easy to hit head off roof & light fitting many times • aircon does not keep loft cool at all • can’t use washing machine even though there is one in the apartment • approach is penny wise pound foolish (150 per night for a bed that is not a proper bedroom / missing soft touches that would balance the frustration with the loft design like a few coffee pods/ use of washing machine) • the light from kitchen flows through apartment in morning as no blind or door to close off light from kitchen • the kitchen has a frosted glass window only (poor design- should have been clear with a blind so people have option to leave open) • very frustrating place to stay in as the place is very modern but the owner should have considered apartment design better when renovating. It simply doesn’t work or flow well • one fundamental change that would help would be to move the bed downstairs and at least provide the basic service people expect for a 1 bed studio - ie have a proper bedroom

• Maya (8/5): Feedback :) - the place is beautiful to live in for 2 weeks and the location is convenient to get to places we had to ask the owner for the keys to the washing machine to use it and i find it abit tedious as they mentioned that i can only usemit for 1 day then they will close it back which doesnt make sense since i will be there for 2 weeks. I asked the owneer again when he came and only then he said ok he will close it when we leave... this needs to be clarified before the stay id say. There were alot of ants in the room, not sure why.
• Ivailo (10/5): Nice place - Clean and quiet, with a parking places in front of it.
• Filippos (9/5): A good choice for a family of four - The apartment was recentely renovated, everything was brand new and we liked the small loft in which there was the main double bed BUT you have to watch for your heads... The kitchen was fully equiped and a washing machine with dryer were available too... There were parking spots infront of the apartment in which we parked our car for 0.5 euros / hour but there were other cheaper options for parking available too... The city center is 20-25 minutes walk but a Ljubliana city bike station is near by... The sheets of the double bed on the uper floor seemed to be used (wrinkled and a little bit dirty). Hopefully we found an extra set and we changed them. It takes 20-25 minutes walk to the city center, which is not too far if you like to walk and the area you walk through is nice...
• Peter (8/5): Absolutely good to stay, easily parking - It was clean the host was great and she was kind ( prepared water and some biscuits) There was a little air in the sleeping gallery and the designed door was beauty but unfortunately it was easy to see from the outside
• Wanhee (1/5): Hundreds of ants - Location is not bad. During the staying, we found hundreds of ants. (Living room, bedroom, toilet). Not only first day, until we leave. Also on the bed, there are someone's hair and some dirty things. Also on the edge of floor, there is a lot of dust. we booked this hotel, because all of review say it is perfect clean. But if you like to stay with ants, like to discover insects and want to feel ants climb on your legs. I truly recommend this apartment. • Host tried to help us and want to visit during staying. As everybody know, nothing couldn't be changed promptly. Just ask us to spary anti-insect spray. I hope other guests will be lucky.
• Oğuzhan (9/5): Superb - The room is decorated in a modern style. Every comfort detail is considered in the room. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Car parking is in front of the room. I recommend this room for the visitors.
• Marko (9/5): Easy to access, close to downtown. - Was clean and had everything you need to spend a night, and was close to downtown. Very close to the street, could hear some very early morning vehicle/truck traffic noises.

• Selvir (10/5): Great and quiet location - It is very good equipped partment, with great and comfy beds and at a great and quiet location. Parking was also available in front of apartment and costs only 0.8€/h.
• Dimitrije (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment very close to city center, very easy to find. There is parking slots next to it, the parking is 0.80€ per hour. Cozy, confortable and good to spend some days in Ljubljana
• Silvija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartman was exellent and clean. The key is easy to find. The location is good.
• Alfie (9/5): Excellent property. Great location. 10/10 - Excellent location. Small walk away from the city center or you can jump on the electric scooters which are just at the end of the road if you don’t fancy walking. Very smart and clean Nothing really. All very good
